My stay was fine, and the service was friendly, however the room was a bit dusty and the general appearance of the hotel corridors and shared spaces are a bit dated. The breakfast was okay, but a lot of the items like bread and cheese were stale and dry.
I didn’t get to use the amenities, which looked like a good feature, however I would say the quality of the stay doesn’t live up to the price.
The overall experience was good, The bedrooms were clean and adequate, but a little dark. The leisure facilities were adequate, however the changing rooms were really cramped, We ate in the restaurant on the first night, but were very disappointed with the menu, the food and the service. The breakfasts however were good.
Centrally located and within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable and cozy. The rooms were larger than expected, making them ideal for three people. The staff were very friendly.
I stayed here alone for business. It was a good location for me as I was driving somewhere the next day, but this hotel didn’t seem to be near anywhere so you couldn’t walk to a town or anything.
The room was nice, and comfortable.
The swimming pool was ok but the larger hot tub was cold in temperature in my opinion. I also didn’t like that the lockers in changing rooms needed a padlock to be used. As a hotel guest I don’t make a habit of carrying a padlock with me for use in a situation like this. So I had to carry all my stuff into the pool area rather than leave in the locker room.
The bar could definitely do with a face lift to make it a nicer place to sit in an evening, especially as there isn’t really anywhere else to go. The food I had was ok at best, breakfast was also good.
It was a good hotel, a bit basic, rooms (in the hall part of the hotel) need updating; not sure of the others. The restaurant good. The breakfast was good but a bit busy on one of the days.
The hotel facilities need attention. TV remote not working, the team couldn’t get it fixed easily; not ideal.
Had a great time staying in this hotel this was in fact our second time here! We did have to make the child’s bed up ourselves as it wasn’t ready but reception was quick to help, apologised and this was a very small inconvenience and did not have any impact on our stay.
The hotel was really nice and clean, I enjoyed the pool area, oh and the food was amazing my partner and I really enjoyed the food.overall the experience was good.
1. The location of the hotel is very good. In the center of Chipping Campden, there is a public parking lot next to it, and parking is very convenient. But be sure to pay attention to the address when navigating. There is another hotel in the same area with the same name in front of it.
2. On the day I arrived, the hotel temporarily informed me that there was something wrong with my room, so I was transferred to another higher-level hotel in the suburbs. The environment and facilities were indeed better.

The room has an old house smell that is unbearable. The small air conditioner installed has a very dirty filter and I dare not turn it on.
The front desk staff is not always there, and there is a queue for check-in
The environment outside is very beautiful

EEdward TsengThe overall experience of this hotel is very good, the process from check-in to check-out is very smooth. The service staff is kind and courteous, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and well maintained. The location is convenient and the surrounding life functions are also very convenient. The overall accommodation environment is comfortable and relaxing. It is a pleasant stay experience. I will have the opportunity to visit again in the future.
GGuest UserLovely setting, plenty parking. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on restaurants. Just next door there’s a cafe and a pizzeria with a marque type set up and also a van that serves churros, donuts and crepes in the evening. Plenty of walking around and about. Only thing that was a little annoying is not being able to use the pool without booking a spa treatment which we did not do.

GGuest UserGreat location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.
