Hotels With Pools in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

The hotel is located on the edge of the old city's Pisa Gran Gate. Toledo is not big and the attractions can basically be reached on foot. Entering the yard, I found that this is a Mudhar-style courtyard. One step at a time, the service staff are also very kind and like this hotel.

You can take photos of the old town from the hotel's public courtyard. You need to take a taxi to each attraction. It is not very convenient to call a taxi in Toledo. You need to make an appointment for the hotel breakfast. It is more convenient to stay in the old town. The hotel only provides one bottle of water regardless of how many days you stay.

1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

The hotel is very good in the local area, the location is also very good, 10 minutes walk from the city hall. The space layout of the triple room is OK, that is, the bed sheets are like antiques, and they look very old. The underground parking lot is free and easy to use. Breakfast is Spanish, very rich

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

The room is a bit small, and the sound insulation is not very good, it may be a very old house! Breakfast is not self-service, you need to communicate with the waiter, it is more difficult! The location is not bad, in the back of the ancient city, it is very convenient to have a bus! The front desk is good and welcoming

The location is relatively remote, but it is no problem for self-driving tours. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant is large. There are mosquitoes in the summer. It is recommended that the front desk prepare mosquito coils. There is no kettle in the room, and the one borrowed from the front desk was broken. Suggestions for improvement
