GGuest UserThis suite hotel is perfectly located within the resort, close to all the main attractions. My butler, Haha, was a delightful and attentive young lady. She was always quick to answer any questions and handled any issues with professionalism and speed. When a family member caught a cold after visiting Tianchi Lake and couldn't eat, she thoughtfully brought some plain congee. The room facilities are comprehensive and perfect for a family trip. The resort also offers a variety of activities, like firework displays and iron flower performances. There's so much to do here, truly suitable for all ages. We rented bicycles and enjoyed a leisurely ride through the mountains. I'd love to come back next summer!

ZzlzdulinTraveling during the Qingming Festival, the resort wasn't crowded, and neither was the hotel. The breakfast spread wasn't huge, but it offered a decent variety. The view outside the window was still beautiful; we even experienced snow, waking up to a pristine white landscape. When my child wasn't feeling well, even though the park didn't have medical facilities, the hotel kindly helped us by making ginger tea.

下下雨了布布The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

GGuest UserChoosing to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Changchun, was one of the smartest decisions I made during my Chinese New Year trip to Changchun. My experience showed that it offers excellent value for money, in terms of both its facilities and service.
**Location: The Absolute Center of the City**
The hotel's location is truly prime, right next to People's Square. It's incredibly convenient for taxis or ride-sharing services. Downstairs, you'll find the Zhuozhan Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza, so shopping, dining, and catching a movie are all just steps away. What was even more delightful was discovering that just across the street is the former site of the Bank of China's Changchun headquarters from before liberation. For history buffs and photography enthusiasts, you can easily snap some fantastic photos when passing by in the morning or evening.
**Room Experience: Spotless and Cozy**
Staying during Chinese New Year, the room was decorated with a lovely festive atmosphere. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and they even offered a choice of pillows, which meant even someone like me, who struggles with sleeping in new beds, had a great night's sleep.
Shangri-La's renowned 'hospitality' was fully evident here. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage and guiding me to the front desk, to the warm towels and tea offered by the front desk staff during check-in, every detail exuded warmth. I asked a lobby staff member about local dining recommendations, and she not only described the dining environment and approximate distance in detail but also thoughtfully reminded us of the convenience of getting around: a central hub for exploring attractions.
Using the hotel as our base, our itinerary for the past few days was incredibly smooth: a taxi ride to Nanhu Park, Changchun Zoological and Botanical Garden, Ice and Snow World, and Ocean Fantasy Park were all within a reasonable distance. After a day of exploring, returning to the hotel meant easy access to the bustling commercial area downstairs for food and shopping.
If you're planning a trip to Changchun, especially in winter when you want both comfort and convenience, the Shangri-La Changchun is an choice you won't regret. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's the perfect base to truly experience the charm of this city. Clean, welcoming, and well-located – I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Changchun.

The environment is tranquil and secluded, a perfect escape for a holiday.
From post-booking follow-ups, airport transfers, room cleanliness, bedding, toiletries, and turn-down service, everything reflects Park Hyatt's high quality and personalized service.
The hotel staff are wonderful, especially Joy and Eric, who were meticulous, thoughtful, and highly professional.
The breakfast offers a rich variety, with both buffet and à la carte options. The noodles and pastries were particularly delicious.
Afternoon tea and dinner each have their unique charms, catering to diverse guest preferences.
The hotel package includes benefits provided by Wanda Resort, making it ideal for families.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is lovely, and they even have small animals that kids can feed up close. The hot springs are fantastic, and they claim to be the only true volcanic geothermal springs around. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor options, and the fish spa was a really nice experience. If you stay for three consecutive nights, you get some extra perks, and there are shuttle buses available for everything. If you plan your time well, you can finish your activities and head back easily. The hotel is super close to the Old Mountain Gate entrance of the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, just a 300-meter walk. After visiting the attractions, the hotel's shuttle bus picks you up, which is very convenient. Our butler was incredibly helpful and responsible, always ready to solve any issues and even brought us a big fruit platter. We were very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious and comfortable. They offered a lot of perks, and the hotel even had fun activities like water bikes and those popular transparent boats. I had wanted to switch to a king-size bed, but they didn't have any available, so they helped me combine the twin beds instead. The mini-bar had some nice complimentary drinks, and they replenished the four bottles of water daily. Since I was traveling with a friend, their butler upgraded them to an executive breakfast. We contacted our butler, Gjnnn, and they also upgraded our breakfast for free. Overall, the service was excellent, highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Changbaishan High-Speed Railway Station, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service. The hotel environment is also superb, from the front desk staff to the service personnel, especially Zhao, our front desk manager, who was incredibly attentive and provided excellent advice. Although we didn't get to see Changbaishan this time, which was a bit disappointing, the hotel experience was 100% satisfying! Northeast China truly is amazing, and I welcome friends from all over the country to visit Changbaishan and stay at the Puyue Hotel! (P.S. The hot springs are also fantastic and very kid-friendly).

**Arrival: A Warm Welcome**
The outdoor temperature was above zero (Celsius, implying a warmer-than-expected winter day), and as soon as I entered the lobby, I was enveloped by a warm, pine-scented aroma. The lady at the front desk saw I was holding a coffee and immediately offered me a wet wipe and a portable cup sleeve. This small detail instantly made a great impression on me.
**In the Room: Embracing the View**
Pulling back the curtains, I looked out at the High-tech Zone's evening streets, with traffic flowing like golden ribbons. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was perfectly quiet inside. A hot bath washed away the dust from my journey. The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and I slept deeply that night.
**Culinary Delights: A Taste of Northeast China**
You absolutely must try the steaming hot wontons for breakfast. Sitting by the window, watching the morning light slowly illuminate the city, I felt life was particularly beautiful.
A good hotel makes you fall in love with a city because of one room. Changchun's spring is beautiful, but the hospitality at InterContinental is truly heartwarming.

GGuest UserThe overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.
