The five-star rating is for Zongzi (a staff member). They arranged for my luggage to arrive early, and the person who took over for me was excellent.
On the downside, when checking out, there were a lot of staff members asking for good reviews. If a service is good, I'll naturally give one. For example, last time, they charged me 12 for the mini-bar and still asked for a good review, which I really didn't want to give.
Otherwise, this time, I really felt like giving a 2-3 star rating. Some of the front desk staff I encountered this time were a bit lacking. It feels like the more I come, the less attention I receive. This time, I didn't get a room upgrade, though they did give me some fruit. If there's an empty room, they should definitely upgrade to improve the experience. For breakfast, if one portion is provided, it would be great if another could be offered for VIPs. None of the four of us went to eat.
1. There was an issue with the pillows in the room. I was too lazy to complain about it, but you can see in the video, there were hard lumps – I don't know what they were. If it weren't for Zongzi's excellent service, I would honestly consider giving a 2-3 star review. The Vianna next door is half your price, and their service was better when I went. But maybe it just depends on the person.
2. I overheard a department responsible for external car services – I don't know what it's called. This was a particularly unsatisfactory issue. They were complaining about a guest who parked to go upstairs to get something, saying that just because a guest spends a hundred yuan, they act like they're superior. To complain about guests when you're in the service industry – that's really not the standard you should have. Everyone has urgent matters sometimes. To speak ill of guests behind their backs, especially when you're supposed to be the best hotel in Jilin, is unacceptable. What's wrong with spending money? The hotel rooms aren't even worth this price; what you're paying for is the service. And then you talk behind our backs and nitpick.

Convenient and convenient, located in the city center, you can walk to Chongqing Road business district, and it takes about 10 minutes by bus to reach Guilin Road snack street. The house is fully equipped with basic appliances, clean and tidy, and has good sound insulation

It's very good and cost-effective. We stayed in a twin room with two single beds and a massage bed. The view was great and it's most suitable for two adults and one child. The hotel gives you a bathing ticket. For an additional 49 yuan, you can have a basic bathing service. We tried the bathing service and it was very comfortable. If you are interested, you can also buy a more expensive package for better results. There is also a hot spring on the sixth floor. This spring water seeps out from 300 meters underground and is a branch of Changbai Mountain. The water quality is indeed very silky. The buffet is very rich. We didn't have the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. This is the most unobtrusive buffet I have ever had. There are many choices, the portions are large, and the taste is good. You can try the freshly steamed ones. Sea urchin dumplings. Overall I feel good and will recommend it to my friends!
This was my first visit to Siping, and I opted for Wanda. Fuli Wanda Hotels are generally quite consistent across the country, so there were no surprises. This is arguably the best hotel in Siping, boasting excellent facilities, clean, tidy, and comfortable rooms, and impeccably maintained cleanliness. Its superb location makes it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, it comes highly recommended! One area for improvement: underground parking is only free for 12 hours.

I was really impressed by the hotel's service during this stay! As soon as we arrived in the lobby, a staff member immediately came over to help with our luggage. The front desk attendant was incredibly patient and thorough during check-in; she not only processed everything quickly but also proactively asked about our preferences and thoughtfully upgraded us to a room with a better view. The hotel rooms even have Type-C outlets. During our stay, when the mini-fridge in our room ran out of drinks, I called housekeeping, and they refilled it in less than ten minutes. Such warm and thoughtful service truly makes you feel comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

I booked a Stone Age-themed room, which my kids absolutely loved and had a blast playing in. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a fantastic value. From the moment I got off the bus and walked through the gate, I felt the service was exceptional. The doorman, the front desk, and even staff I didn't recognize were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The infinity pool inside the hot springs was stunning, the food was reasonably priced, and the bath attendants were incredibly helpful, offering helpful guidance on every floor. Ms. Lin Haixia was especially helpful. She was my lucky star. I was just worried about getting a return ticket, and she just chatted with me and got a notification on her phone that she had been put on the waiting list. So lucky!

Poor value for money. The rooms were very basic, more like a guesthouse, though the overall setting was lovely, situated in a garden. We were checked in by a man from the marketing department who seemed deliberately unaccommodating towards senior guests. He initially claimed there were no twin rooms available upstairs, so we had no choice but to accept a ground floor room. After spending a long time looking at the computer, he assigned us room 168, which was tucked away very far inside. Not only was it a long walk to get there, but the room also had an unpleasant odor. We were already exhausted from our journey, and it felt like he was deliberately trying to make things difficult for us. We had to walk all the way back to the front desk to ask why he had assigned us such a distant room. He seemed flustered, glanced at his computer, and within seconds, magically found a closer room, 108. It was clear he could have made proper arrangements from the start, but he chose to create unnecessary trouble. I truly don't understand people like that. Everywhere else we've traveled, upon seeing our age, we've always been given conveniently located rooms. I didn't give zero for service because the lobby manager always greeted us with a smile when we passed through, and after we left, someone called to ask for our feedback. However, someone like him has no business being in a customer-facing role; he'd be better off as a cleaner.
The hotel facilities are great, with a hot spring and comfortable rooms. We also booked a handpan experience and a photoshoot, both of which were good.
The only suggestion I have is that I'm not sure if management has set some strange KPIs, but the experience of staff asking for positive reviews was not great, especially since they asked to mention specific names. No wonder the comment section is full of names being mentioned, but honestly, the service wasn't memorable enough for me to recall any names. Each staff member was diligent and did what they were supposed to, but most of them didn't have a smile on their face. Whether in the restaurant or other areas, the staff seemed very flustered, hurried, and expressionless, which doesn't really fit the vibe of a resort hotel. Interestingly, the outsourced services like the handpan instructors, hot spring restaurant staff, and photographers showed a bit more warmth and naturalness. Management really needs to consider why this is the case.

I stayed here for several consecutive days and was very satisfied. Every staff member I met greeted me warmly, and I especially want to commend Ivy for her help during my stay. I wanted to experience different room types, so I booked several different rooms. Ivy proactively asked about my preferred time to switch rooms and, once the new room was clean, she notified me and sent over the key card. Her service-mindedness is truly excellent. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It's in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere, and The MixC is just across the street, solving all your dining and shopping needs. It's fantastic!

GGuest UserOur suite butler Rena at Wanda JinHua Suites was excellent! She was thoughtful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She contacted us in advance to confirm our room preferences and even gave us tips on how to best use our ski lift passes, information about the airport shuttle, how to buy tickets for Changbai Mountain, and baggage storage after checkout. Every day, she’d update us on the ski resort's operating status and weather changes, truly making our trip worry-free. On our checkout day, we had a small hiccup – my friends and I mixed up the checkout time. Rena immediately stepped in to coordinate and sort things out for us. It wasn't just a robotic, standardized service; it was personalized and truly caring. By the way, the hotel's location is great – our suite was right next to the ski resort's service center!
MM500765****For my trip to Changbai Mountain, I wanted a 'one-stop, comfortable vacation,' so I booked the Wanda Sheraton Changbai Mountain Resort directly. To my surprise, this choice far exceeded my expectations, with pleasant surprises starting even before I arrived!
As soon as I got off the high-speed train, the shuttle was already there to pick me up, providing seamless direct transfer to the hotel. Moving around the resort area was also effortless, thanks to the shuttle bus service, completely saving my legs. This 'one-stop' thoughtful convenience was a huge plus!
The biggest surprise came during check-in. I had originally booked a basic room, but to my delight, Butler No. 2 upgraded me to a much larger room – an extra 20 square meters! They also thoughtfully provided complimentary breakfast, which was excellent in both quality and taste.
The room itself was worthy of a five-star rating: spacious, tastefully designed, and equipped with comprehensive and new facilities. Just relaxing in the room was a treat. The butler was incredibly responsive throughout my stay, whether I needed a car or had questions, acting like an always-online, all-around assistant.
The complimentary hot springs, water park, and skiing experiences included with the hotel benefits truly maximized the vacation fun. From transportation to accommodation, from service to entertainment, every aspect was thoughtfully well-rounded. This 'paying for comfort' decision was truly worth every penny!
GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

NNina_QuPark Hyatt Changbaishan | The Pros and Cons of a Family Ski Trip
We recently took our two kids to Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and were warmly welcomed right from check-in – the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a main building room with an extra bed, understanding our family's needs, which saved us a lot of hassle!
The outdoor balcony of our suite was a hidden gem, offering incredible views. We watched the sunrise over the snowy mountains with clouds rolling in, and during the day, we could see people skiing on the slopes – truly immersing us in the snowy atmosphere. The hotel amenities were also very convenient; we could rent ski equipment right downstairs at the snow house, and there was even a mini Bognar counter to browse. Being so close to the ski resort was a huge plus.
However, there were a few minor issues. The direct ski-out slope was better suited for beginner snowboarders. As dual-boarders, we had to walk down to the mountain base, and then trudge back in heavy ski boots after skiing, adding an extra 30 minutes of 'cardio workout' – which really detracted from the experience.
The outdoor hot springs were definitely a lifesaver in winter, but our slippers kept getting lost. Walking barefoot on the freezing ground was quite unpleasant! Calling for service also took a long time to get a response, which was disappointing. The room facilities also showed some 'signs of age.' The iron screw on the wooden door next to the bathtub was rusted and detached. When we reported it to housekeeping, we were simply told to 'leave it as is.' The sharp corners of the table by the sofa in the living room led to our child accidentally scratching their leg. Staff only symbolically put on corner protectors after the incident, showing a lack of attention to detail.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and many dishes had to be ordered à la carte. This could affect dining efficiency, especially when rushing to get the kids to ski early.
Overall, the hotel's location and basic services are commendable, but there's significant room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and detailed service. We hope for a better experience next time.
AAnonymous UserService: The butler-style service was excellent. Our butlers, Shanqiu and Songyue, were always available to answer questions and replied quickly. They were very prompt in resolving issues and proactively asked about our itinerary to remind us and help book shuttle buses for our outings.
Facilities: While the hotel's hardware might not be the absolute newest, unlike some of the smart hotels under HUAZHU, the rooms are spacious, and all basic amenities meet travel needs. The housekeeping was very clean. The cleaning lady was incredibly warm and humorous and met our requests very promptly.
Regarding our package benefits: Our hotel package was essentially all-inclusive, except for Changbai Mountain entrance tickets, main meals, and other personalized expenses. The hotel has a cute pet park where you can feed deer and a snow park for kids to play in. Our package also included skiing and snowmobiling experiences. The facilities at Heping Ski Resort were quite good, and it wasn't crowded when we went. We hired a coach for our child, while the adults just took photos. We even got to play in the powder snow on the snowmobiles, which felt quite worthwhile.
Dining: For our main meals, we primarily ate at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor and the buffet restaurant on the first floor. Here, the service was definitely better than the food. The ingredients were clean and fresh, and taste is subjective. The prices were typical for a hotel of this caliber. The Chinese restaurant specializes in fresh ingredients from Northeast China and Changbai Mountain, offering ginseng and venison. Coming from a region with bolder flavors, we found it a bit too bland. The first-floor buffet offered Brazilian BBQ and small hot pots, both with normal flavors, and you could certainly eat your fill.
Hot Springs: This truly deserves praise! Crown members could simply go downstairs in their bathrobes and swimsuits to enjoy the hot springs an unlimited number of times. Our child, who stayed for three days, went three times. It felt amazing to soak after hiking and skiing. The service inside the hot springs was also great; they provided free anti-slip socks for children and waterproof phone pouches. There were also snacks available at reasonable prices.
In summary, the service is commendable. For those who want a worry-free and excellent experience, I highly recommend it!
LLittlejuanOur stay at Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort was fantastic!
The trip went smoothly right from the moment we landed. Before we even arrived at the hotel, Donna informed us of everything we needed to know. The airport shuttle bus was easy to spot and convenient, dropping us directly at the hotel entrance. The hotel's guide was incredibly detailed, covering all practical information like ticket purchases, restaurant hours, and facility openings, so we didn't have to worry about planning our itinerary at all.
Here's what truly stood out:
✅ The hotel service was thoughtful; we could store our luggage for free after check-out, which was great for us to continue exploring.
✅ Restaurant and afternoon tea timings were well-arranged, and the food quality was good.
✅ The fitness center was well-equipped, and we enjoyed playing games at the Peak Bar in the evening. The kids also loved the soft play area.
✅ Even though the weather was very cold, the hotel kindly reminded us to dress warmly, which was very considerate.
Whenever we encountered minor issues during our trip (like asking about fireworks locations or car return arrangements), Donna from the staff was always very prompt in her replies, and communication was seamless. Overall, it was a very comfortable and worry-free vacation experience. Highly recommend it to everyone!
2205065****The hotel is huge with a great environment and a convenient location, just ten minutes from the high-speed train station when you leave. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual.
The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service.
It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious.
They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the North Slope.
SSH_TanThis is a new hotel. The room was spacious with comfortable furnishings, and there was plenty of space to lay out our luggage. The bathtub was also very clean; I wiped it down and didn't see any discoloration.
The staff at the hotel entrance were very enthusiastic and proactive in helping us with the car doors for getting in and out. Thank you for your hard work! One time, one of them even quickly carried my sleeping child from the car door into the lobby to prevent him from catching a cold on a chilly winter night. A big thank you to them! (Of course, I thanked him directly at the time, hehe).
On the day we checked in, they even upgraded our room. The upgraded room was very large, and the floor was high enough to offer a distant street view. The young man who helped us take our luggage to room 913 on December 28th was also very professional and enthusiastically recommended must-visit attractions and dining spots in Changchun. Thank you for leaving us with such a wonderful impression of the people and things in Changchun.
The smart toilet in the room was also very good. The only issue I reported to the front desk, about the slow drainage in the shower, was immediately resolved, which is highly commendable. Because of all these good impressions, I can still remember them weeks after returning home.
You can book with confidence; I'm truly satisfied. Keep up the great work!
