Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpfu as usual, and rooms are confortable. We appreciate the location, as the metro station is downright under the hotel building and there are a lot of small restaurants for breakfast or dinner nearby. Unfortunatelly, because of winter temperature, we could not enjoy the rooftop.

It's very good and cost-effective. We stayed in a twin room with two single beds and a massage bed. The view was great and it's most suitable for two adults and one child. The hotel gives you a bathing ticket. For an additional 49 yuan, you can have a basic bathing service. We tried the bathing service and it was very comfortable. If you are interested, you can also buy a more expensive package for better results. There is also a hot spring on the sixth floor. This spring water seeps out from 300 meters underground and is a branch of Changbai Mountain. The water quality is indeed very silky. The buffet is very rich. We didn't have the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. This is the most unobtrusive buffet I have ever had. There are many choices, the portions are large, and the taste is good. You can try the freshly steamed ones. Sea urchin dumplings. Overall I feel good and will recommend it to my friends!

This was my first visit to Siping, and I opted for Wanda. Fuli Wanda Hotels are generally quite consistent across the country, so there were no surprises. This is arguably the best hotel in Siping, boasting excellent facilities, clean, tidy, and comfortable rooms, and impeccably maintained cleanliness. Its superb location makes it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, it comes highly recommended! One area for improvement: underground parking is only free for 12 hours.

This hotel stay completely redefined my understanding of what a truly excellent accommodation should be! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm lighting and soothing music in the lobby immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; check-in was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room, which was a delightful surprise! The hotel also thoughtfully provided Type-C charging ports. The room itself was absolutely flawless: the bedding was incredibly soft, and with the blackout curtains drawn, it created a perfect sleeping environment. Even the bathroom was impressive, featuring a smart toilet and a large rainfall showerhead – every detail showcased thoughtful design and comfort. The hotel gym was equipped with brand-new machines. Breakfast offered such a vast selection that it was hard to choose, with everything from Chinese hot congee and fried dough sticks to Western pastries and coffee, truly catering to all tastes. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. This entire stay was absolutely perfect – a definite five-star experience! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again for my next trip.

I booked a Stone Age-themed room, which my kids absolutely loved and had a blast playing in. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a fantastic value. From the moment I got off the bus and walked through the gate, I felt the service was exceptional. The doorman, the front desk, and even staff I didn't recognize were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The infinity pool inside the hot springs was stunning, the food was reasonably priced, and the bath attendants were incredibly helpful, offering helpful guidance on every floor. Ms. Lin Haixia was especially helpful. She was my lucky star. I was just worried about getting a return ticket, and she just chatted with me and got a notification on her phone that she had been put on the waiting list. So lucky!

The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too.

After a trip to Changbai Mountain, we stopped over in Changchun for two nights on our way back. After a long search on Ctrip, we finally settled on this hotel for two reasons: the TV series 'A Lifelong Journey' was filmed here, and it's a garden-style hotel. Our two-night stay certainly didn't disappoint, though our only regret was that it was too short. The hotel is located on Nanhu Street, directly opposite Nanhu Park. Bus G252 stops right outside the main entrance. The nearest subway station is a bit far, about two kilometers away, so we mainly relied on ride-hailing services for getting around. Our room in the main building wasn't large, but it was well-equipped and very clean. It seemed to have been renovated a few years ago. Staying here, you can actually sleep with the windows open at night without needing the air conditioning. Breakfast was also decent, but the dining area seating was predominantly round tables. The à la carte dinner at Bailian Hall was excellent. While a bit pricey, the taste was absolutely superb! It's best to stay for at least three nights here. That way, you can take a complimentary ride on the hotel's electric buggy to fully explore and enjoy the premises. The hotel is truly enormous, covering an area of 1290 mu (approximately 212 acres), and comprises over a dozen buildings.

A very satisfying stay experience. The location is very good. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the church, museum, and Confucian Temple Railway Station by taxi. There is a shopping mall downstairs and a food court. It is very economical. The house is decorated very warmly, and the firefly background is so romantic. The bathroom facilities are new and clean, with smart home. The store also thoughtfully provides disposable bath towels. When I checked in, I happened to meet the owner, who enthusiastically introduced the fun and delicious food in Jilin. When I left the store, I put the pajamas I didn't want in the bag, and the cleaning lady kept it for me and asked if I wanted it. Everything is done with great care. Highly recommended

Staying at this hotel with my child during the National Day holiday perfectly met my need to 'escape the hustle and bustle'! It's not a traditional hotel building; instead, 32 independent structures are spread throughout the park. The lobby, the Cidu all-day dining restaurant, and the swimming pool are all in the main building. We stayed in a Superior Landscape Twin Room in Building 7, which was accessible by shuttle bus. The room was spacious and clean. The new Chinese style was elegant and charming, making for a truly relaxing stay. A short walk from the hotel takes you to the wetland lake, where you can watch black swans glide by – much more pleasant than battling crowds at city attractions. Service highlights: 1. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in and check-out, patiently answering all our questions. 2. Chen Xin, a staff member in the breakfast restaurant, was exceptionally thoughtful: my child had just turned 1.4 meters, which meant he met the criteria for breakfast charges. Unexpectedly, Chen Xin proactively offered, 'Please enjoy your meal, and I'll either give you a discount or waive the charge when you leave.' This simple gesture deeply touched us and showcased the hotel's flexibility and goodwill. 3. Room service was prompt; any requests (like extra amenities or ice) were quickly handled, and the service was polite and thorough. 4. Staff in other roles (such as housekeeping and security) were also very courteous, greeting us proactively. When they saw us with our child and luggage, they even offered a helping hand. The only downside was the behavior of a few guests – in the breakfast restaurant, there were often large amounts of leftover food piled on tables and napkins thrown on the floor. In the swimming pool changing room, despite clearly marked bins for towels and trash, some people still left used towels and clutter everywhere. While we constantly saw staff cleaning, the sheer number of guests during the National Day holiday sometimes made it hard for them to keep up. I sincerely urge guests to be more considerate of public areas.

EE3176****Overall, the value for money is quite good, and the comprehensive experience was enjoyable. Hotel Facilities: Lobby: The Sheraton's floors are consistently impeccably clean, a standard upheld across all its locations nationwide. Room: I was very satisfied with the room, as all the facilities worked perfectly, which is a rare find. When staying in hotels while traveling, the bathroom is often where problems arise – either the water temperature isn't responsive, the lights break easily, or the hairdryer malfunctions. There's always something. Room Type: They mentioned an upgrade, but the usable area didn't seem to match the photos. However, the higher floor definitely offered better views. Overall, the room was very satisfying; the bedding, lighting design, and bathroom facilities were all excellent. Package Benefits: 1. Breakfast: Not a huge variety, but the quality was consistently good and reliable. The yellow noodles were a Northeastern specialty, wonderfully chewy. The limited supply of fruit is understandable; it was taken from a fridge and needed time to warm up, but was still quite cold. The oatmeal was quite good. 2. Ski Pass: The ski pass was indeed a great deal, but during our soft opening stay, there were also many training teams skiing. Since I'm older, my skill level is basic, and I'm just learning, it felt a bit pressured skiing alongside them. 3. Hanla Mountain Hot Springs: Since there weren't many people, I tried the Hanla Mountain Hot Springs, and it was decent. It wasn't as bad as the online reviews suggested, possibly due to the fewer crowds. If it snows, there could be accumulated snow by the pools. 4. Rafting: We were told rafting wasn't open, so we could only redeem the iron pot stew set meal. What can I say? The food was actually pretty good, no worse than outside restaurants; the average quality was high. 5. Water Park and Snow Park: These officially opened on the 20th, which was a bit disappointing. The package stated they were included, but they weren't available upon arrival. If this had been mentioned beforehand, it would be understandable, but finding out upon arrival was quite frustrating. Butler Service: Manager Xiao Hui was quite proactive, responding promptly and efficiently, and communication was smooth and pleasant. A good warrior doesn't boast of great achievements; less is more. The only minor drawback was that the detailed explanation of the benefits' usage dates could have been more comprehensive.

CcicikaluFirst time skiing in Changbai Mountain! This is truly the perfect ski resort for a family vacation with kids! We have two children and two adults, and the Jin Hua Suite was absolutely ideal. The large living room was perfect for storing ski equipment and all our luggage and miscellaneous items. Plus, there's a simple kitchen, which was super convenient for boiling water for tea or instant noodles (skiing can be exhausting, and sometimes you're just too lazy to go to a restaurant). Our customer service agent, Qiqi, seemed to be online 24/7. We could ask her anything at any time, and she even helped our kids print their homework! 😂😂😂 From Building 1 of the Jin Hua Suite Hotel, you're right at the ski town. From Building 2, it's only about 30 meters. Surprisingly, every room in the hotel has a humidifier, so it doesn't get dry! They even provide A.C.C.A. Kappa shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap! Amazing! I've always loved this brand's toiletries! The breakfast spread is also quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options. There's a row of restaurants and a convenience store right outside the hotel, which is super handy. It's also very close to Hannashan Hot Springs and the Water Park! Skiing during the day, hot springs at night – it's an absolutely heavenly vacation!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

MM369000****I've stayed at Park Hyatt hotels in Sanya, Beijing, and Shenzhen in China, and this one in Changbaishan is my fourth. The pros and cons are remarkably similar, so let's start with the pros: 1. Park Hyatt hotels consistently boast high-quality decor and design. The wooden cabins in the back garden are incredibly photogenic! 2. The toiletries are excellent; the Lelabo No. 22 is a standard Park Hyatt amenities. 3. They contacted me promptly before arrival, inquiring about my arrival time and arranging an upgrade to a suite in advance. 4. The room service is excellent; the overall stay experience is very good. Now for the cons: 1. A common problem with Park Hyatts is the mediocre food. During my stay at the Changbaishan Park Hyatt, I ate dinner three times and had room service once. The conclusion is that, apart from Northeastern Chinese cuisine, everything else was very average. Some dishes were even quite poor. I tried dishes ranging from high-priced to low-priced, and my personal recommendation is to stick to Northeastern Chinese food. The breakfast was also just average. 2. Some service was lacking. It seems the hotel has hired many new employees, perhaps due to the upcoming peak season, but their training has been inadequate. Firstly, at least half the staff lacked enthusiasm and professionalism; they didn't greet me proactively, and sometimes I was ready to reciprocate but they simply walked past. Secondly, the staff's professionalism was insufficient; for example, they were clueless when asked about the dishes. I hope the hotel can strengthen its staff training in this area. I want to especially commend Liu Changsheng from the food and beverage department; he handled customer needs promptly and was very enthusiastic, and suggestions were readily accepted. Since I drove here, I didn't experience the hotel's shuttle service, and I didn't try skiing this time, so I have no comment on those aspects. If there's room for improvement, I hope the hotel can learn from the Park Hyatt Sanya and enhance privacy. My girlfriend was taking photos in the outdoor pool when someone was secretly filming her… Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault, but increasing privacy would certainly reduce such incidents. Overall, I still have a fondness for the Park Hyatt and hope the Changbaishan Park Hyatt continues to improve. I'll probably come again next year and hope to see improvements.

LLiangcha_666888## Ambiance The environment was excellent, and the room was quite spacious. ## Facilities Facilities were generally good, but a notable oversight for a hot spring hotel was the absence of a drying rack for swimsuits. After a dip and washing your swimwear, there was nowhere convenient to hang it to dry. ## Cleanliness Very good. ## Service A significant point of frustration arose with the hot spring policy. My booking confirmation did not explicitly state that hot spring access is limited to one entry per person per day. When I inquired, the hot spring area manager informed me this was the hotel's default rule. I found this completely unreasonable, and it severely detracted from my overall experience. Had such a crucial restriction been clearly communicated upfront during booking, guests would not have been caught off guard. I strongly recommend the hotel clearly outlines its hot spring usage guidelines.

MMoqingWe booked two twin rooms for four people, and since we were taking care of two aunts, we discussed with the hotel about getting a suite. They upgraded us directly, which made it really convenient for us to chat in the room. The butler's service was also excellent; they'd remind us every day if we needed a shuttle. The only minor issue was that the shower drain in the bathroom was a bit slow. Overall, it was a very good stay! 😌

RRuisiliThe Grand Hyatt Changchun is probably the best hotel in Changchun. First, my complaints: Honestly, the design is illogical. The driveway from the car entrance/exit to the lobby is a tiny, U-shaped hairpin turn! The public area of the lobby has no sofas, so a bunch of people were standing around waiting to check in! The underground parking garage is practically for expert drivers only! It was the National Day holiday, and we booked two king rooms. One room's key card was ready at 3 PM, but the other wasn't available until 5 PM. Last year during the National Day holiday, the InterContinental Taiyuan's efficiency was far, far better than the Grand Hyatt Changchun. Now, for the praise: The decor is very new, the rooms are spacious, and having the toilet and shower separate is a huge plus. The facilities are also very new, and the bedding meets Grand Hyatt's high standards. When they couldn't free up a room, they upgraded us. A senior manager in the lobby, who spoke fluent Cantonese, was excellent at communicating and managing the situation. Her attitude was very good, and she handled issues promptly. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency and optimize processes like check-in, public areas, and luggage service. Ultimately, if you come to Changchun, I still recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt Changchun. It's centrally located, and the facilities are great. I give it five stars. However, try to avoid coming during holidays; your experience might be better on weekdays.
