This truly is the best hotel in Jilin city, full of thoughtful touches. My girlfriend and I met in Jilin, and a year later, we celebrated her birthday here again. A huge thanks to the housekeeping staff who decorated our room in advance; it was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. The room was also very spacious with a beautiful river view. We extended our stay for another night, and the housekeeper diligently cleaned our room and replaced towels and amenities while we were out the next day. Although the hotel has some history, this dedicated and passionate team ensures it maintains its high standards. 👍

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It offers a special VIP entrance to Changbai Mountain, saving you the shuttle ride from the tourist service center to the mountain gate. The direct bus to the Heavenly Lake summit uses a VIP lane, cutting down on waiting time. Overall, this saves at least 2 hours. The butler service is proactive, reaching out a day in advance for one-on-one communication to ensure on-time pick-up. The hotel breakfast is nutritious and delicious. In the evenings, you can enjoy the incredibly convenient and fantastic hot springs. The butler service is attentive, providing 24-hour assistance. You can even choose your preferred pillow, which is a lovely touch. We went up the mountain a second time and finally saw Heavenly Lake – it was absolutely worth it! For the North Slope of Heavenly Lake, the Crowne Plaza is an excellent choice. We also received a free upgrade to a mountain view room, offering a distant view of the snow-capped Changbai Mountain peaks!

Plus, it's conveniently located right next to attractions like Dinosaur Kingdom, within walking distance, making sightseeing incredibly easy.

There were also freshly made noodles and fresh fruit, all delicious, and every detail was well thought out. Thank you, Qixi. The entire staff was warm and attentive! Front desk check-in was efficient, and they proactively greeted us. Housekeeping was prompt, and the restaurant staff were thoughtful and meticulous. Any requests were handled quickly, and we felt cared for throughout our stay.

The park's design is quite concentrated, so dining, shopping, entertainment, and accommodation are all within walking distance. We visited during the National Day holiday, and the price for this suite was very reasonable. With three single beds, it was perfect for families like ours with older children. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, as the butler contacted us in advance with the access code, making everything super easy.

Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

Lena's service was even better than many high-end establishments. She proactively helped me with my luggage to the elevator and gave me useful tips during check-in – so thoughtful. The room had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the shower had great water pressure. The cleanliness was impeccable, not a single speck of dust. Definitely worth every penny.
