It's super big room though this is 12 occupants but still very huge room, I stayed at room 19 , old yet clean and big kitchen and big common area. I love the high chair and best of the best the coffee even without breakfast they provide free coffee with milk,tea clean dishes and utensils. So close to all landmarks and attractions. I love also the staffs they are helpful and very accommodating. There's a storage room as well for your staffs. Highly recommended this hostel and value of money. Higher my expectations. Thank you so much till I will visit Leon.

The installation of the fatal pool: disregarded grass, broken hams, broken summers and unleash, the showers were not working nor gunna of the 4th. The room was not delivered until 18:30 because it was unprepared. 30 minutes waiting for us to have so the doors of the parking at night because the receptionist had to do more functions. Excellent location. The cleaning is good. Kitchen is good. staff care very good. Room is good. The air conditioning was going to rats. A considerable difference from last year to this. As it is now overstairs. It is lacking staff.

We were traveling by car, parking was free (parked on the roadside in front of the hotel), the room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy. But it doesn’t matter if there is no toothbrush or toothpaste. The key is that the price is low and the cost performance is extremely high. It is convenient and cost-effective for friends who drive. It is very close to the ancient city of Avila and less than an hour away from Segovia. It is worth recommending.

After explicitly asking for a wedding bed, they delivered a room with twin beds. The breakfast was OK, 2.6 it wasn't bad, but it wasn't good or excellent either (something you expect from a 4* hotel) although it had variety. Despite not having eaten at the hotel restaurant, the experience was not the best. After my wife and I sat down at the table (affordably priced and expected to be a hotel restaurant) the waitress took 3 dishes to the other tables. as the 3 dishes returned to the kitchen. After seeing the constant mistakes made by the kitchen, I didn't have the courage or confidence to order anything from the menu. As for the Spa: a very high price for a 1H:15M tour. Better to include it in the hotel night package. Apart from the price, the conditions and condition of the space were fine, only the Turkish bath must have had some kind of fault, because the temperature was quite lower than it should have been (around 47ºC). Would you come back? Yes, I think it wasn't the best time due to the receptions and graduation events that were at the hotel, imagine that the workers were trying their best to try to please everyone who was staying or spending time with their family. Furthermore, it is in a quiet place and just a few minutes from Salamanca. Next to the Hotel there is a park close to the Tormes River, which unfortunately due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy.

Very good, worth having, the breakfast in the quiet morning is good, and the scenery outside the window and door is even better. I will stay here next time. Parking is also convenient. There are 2.2/2 hours in the surrounding area, free from 8 pm to 8 am, which is 13/day; (free on the roadside on Sundays) or park in the hotel’s own parking lot 19/day;

Very good hotel, there is a small bullring, there is a barbecue bar, because it is the off-season of tourism, the price is very attractive, if the summer season, it must be very lively and interesting, horse racing is also very good, there are many winning records

Clean hotel, with all necessary in the bathroom: towels, tape, gel/champo, and disposable glasses. The hotel is very comfortable, and the kitchens are a small pelin, which is already tasteful for each, clean and soft soaps. The hotel offers a nice and comfortable room for the hotel. A spacious room and a wide and comfortable box. I stayed in a room with a wedding bed

The city is very clean, the hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of attractions The hotel has ample parking spaces, and parking is charged A very big problem: ants will enter the hotel room. We lived on the first floor (actually on the second floor). We saw a lot of ants on the table and bed in the early morning. The next day, there were ants on the clothes in the closet. I felt uncomfortable all over.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in a beautiful and quiet area in Valle de Sedano, near a waterfall. The hotel itself is quaint and rustic. The staff are very nice and friendly. The younger staff, the young men, speak English, which is really appreciated as it’s not always the case in Spain, and not all of us speak Spanish. The room we were given was a bit smaller than the photos, but still comfortable. The ceilings are low on the top floors, so watch your head. The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that there is no parking possible nearby as it it up on a hill with very narrow uphill streets to get there. You have to leave your car at the bottom of the hill outside the village and climb up by foot to the top. Yes, their website stipulates this but not on the Trip.com website. As my husband is a civil handicapped person, we were exceptionally able to arrange to leave our car near the hotel for our short stay, but it was REALLY exceptional. If you are handicapped or mobility reduced, you shouldn’t stay there, unfortunately. Anyway, the drive up to and down from the hotel on those unbelievably narrow maze of streets is really too stressful. I don’t recommend it. But if you are otherwise young and fit, I highly recommend it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, amazing scenery, good food and friendly staff.

AAnonymous UserUrban hotel, next to the most important pedestrian street in the city, in the center. And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category

LLynnette DawnThere is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.

GGuest UserLocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines. Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.

GGuest UserThis boutique hotel surprised me; it was the best hotel I stayed at in Spain. Located very close to the old town center, it's a converted monastery with a simple yet cozy interior. The bedding was nice, the bathroom was large, and there was plenty of drinking water. I had a very comfortable stay, and it was definitely worth the price of just over a thousand euros. If I had to nitpick, it would be that check-in is only available after 3 PM, and one of the front desk staff was very unfriendly.

HHongquanlaoshiVery simple and tasteful hotel, diagonally opposite the cathedral, the location is very good, it is a former castle transformed, the hotel's door is not big, but the interior is very spacious, there are two glass-top dining halls. The rooms are also very nice and antique, and the facilities are perfect. The service of the hotel is also very good, the reception staff is very enthusiastic and answer all questions. In short, this hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.
