Hotels With Pools in Heilongjiang, China

This time, mini_cloud stayed in a European-style hotel near Central Avenue in Harbin. It was super convenient for shopping and dining. The room had drinks, and they delivered fresh fruit every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also amazing; I was surprised to find substantial dishes like roast meat, sausages, and prawns, along with local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and red sausage. There was also a great selection of fruits and desserts. Every staff member I encountered, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, was incredibly warm and polite. They always proactively helped with my luggage when I arrived and departed. When checking out, an uncle even gave me a souvenir — a small orange package with coffee and candies, which perfectly matched the color of my clothes! Mini_cloud had a wonderful vacation in Harbin.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Songhua River and at the end of Central Avenue, making it super convenient for getting around. Since it was the off-season, there weren't many people, which was a plus. The value for money was great, and the hygiene and service were both excellent.

Stayed two nights at the Shangri-La with my family (two adults, one child) during the May Day holiday. The lovely front desk staff upgraded our room upon check-in and gave my child a complimentary drink. The room, as others have mentioned, felt a little dated, but the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay, and we slept very well both nights. We had breakfast at 8 AM and didn't have to wait for a table. The location is superb, convenient for both taxis and the subway. I'd like to acknowledge that every staff member we encountered at this legitimate five-star hotel was incredibly warm and polite, demonstrating their professional service! A special shout-out to Wang Jingwen and Geng Jiamei. I recommend the Shangri-La.

The room was fantastic, and the environment was super clean. Plus, free laundry and drying facilities! The air conditioning was really powerful – almost too hot, I had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also delicious. The courtyard was exceptionally beautiful, perfect for taking photos. The front desk lady was also very pretty. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's – who could resist some fries in such a great setting? 🍟

Staying at the Grand Hyatt was an absolutely fantastic experience, a perfect 100 out of 100! The breakfast variety was excellent, and the front desk staff provided truly warm, smiling service. The pool and gym are on the 5th floor. The room facilities were incredibly comfortable and clean, and the housekeeping staff were also very enthusiastic. The parking lot at the entrance had plenty of space. Overall, it was an impeccable stay. The check-out staff even helped with my luggage, which was just wonderful. And the ice cream in the lobby on the first floor was so delicious! I'll definitely be staying here again.

The service is very thoughtful, the staff is very enthusiastic, which makes me feel very warm. I will choose to stay next time. The room has a wide view, bright sunshine, and comfortable beds. It is very convenient to go out to the bus stop. The room is clean and sanitary. I like it😍😍

We stayed in a family room, and my child said it was the best hotel he's ever stayed in because it was a Detective Mike 🐅 themed room. Of course, he thinks every hotel with a unique feature is the best; he's such an easily pleased kid! But I really should praise this hotel, ⛺️ it's excellent.

This is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. The photos are my own, taken directly at the large equipment downstairs that caused the noise. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802.

I came to Harbin with high expectations, and this stay absolutely exceeded them. The off-season price was great, but the service was still top-notch. It truly lives up to its 'Star of the North' reputation. Staying up in the clouds, with the snow-covered Songhua River and the city skyline right outside my window, the panoramic view was absolutely breathtaking. Inside, the hotel boasts luxurious marble and classic 'Ritz-blue' tones, with elegance evident in every detail. Simply sitting quietly by the window and gazing out, I felt like I had all of Harbin's winter to myself.
