Ccj in shanghaiThis hotel boasts an excellent location, with Central Street to its right and Zhaolin Park to its left. It's just a 15-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower by the Songhua River and 17 minutes to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The prime location allows you to wake up early, beat the crowds, and stroll along Central Street, admiring the old buildings – it's definitely worth it. Right next door is the original restaurant famous for Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork). They don't use pre-made dishes; everything is cooked fresh, which means a wait of at least 40 minutes, but people queue up every day.
The room itself was a bit small. I booked a twin room, but there weren't any available even at 2 PM, so they upgraded me to a king room. It was about 2 square meters larger and had a bathtub in the bathroom, which was generally satisfying.
The owner has put a lot of thought into the hotel, using antique furniture to create a great atmosphere perfect for photos. Their service is genuinely good; they helped with luggage and even offered afternoon tea. The laundry room on the top floor is a bit basic, but the hotel offers laundry service, which is a nice touch.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was spacious and came with a bathtub, but the location isn't particularly close to Central Street. However, it's very quiet here, and the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. The parking is free, but there are limited and small spaces. Every time I returned to the hotel late at night, finding a parking spot felt like taking a driving test. I hope the hotel can design more parking spaces next time so guests don't have to squeeze in and maneuver so much.

DDitbanThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent, right near a charming specialty street with tons of delicious food options. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the soft water was a delightful surprise. The breakfast was incredibly refined and truly stunning. The staff were warm and their smiles were like a spring breeze, making us feel very comfortable. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

MMuzixiaotuThis is the biggest hotel I've stayed in for this price point. I love the hotel's style – it's very photogenic, the ambiance is great, and the service is excellent. Special shout-out to Sally Zhang, the executive lounge concierge, for her incredibly thoughtful and wonderful service! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Aside from being a bit pricey, I have no other complaints. I'll definitely come back when I have more money. The breakfast is super thoughtful, serving until 1 PM, and afternoon tea is from 2 PM to 8 PM. The hotel's scent is also lovely. They used to have late-night snacks, but not anymore – I highly recommend bringing them back permanently! Also, the toiletries used to be small bottles you could take home, but now they've switched to large bottles that can't be taken. 😭

RR151003The hardware at The Ritz-Carlton is simply exceptional. Kohler fixtures, smart toilets, and bottled water – what more could a traveler ask for? Whenever I visit a city that has a Ritz, I always make sure to stay there and experience it. I love the rooms at The Ritz, and I enjoy the food at their restaurants. But more importantly, it's the staff at The Ritz that truly makes the difference. Their genuine service is incredibly touching. Whether it's the front desk, restaurant, or housekeeping staff, they all deeply impressed us. Someone can speak insincerely or out of politeness, but their eyes rarely lie. The Ritz staff were warm, kind, and friendly, which we found incredibly moving. We'll definitely stay at The Ritz-Carlton again whenever we have the opportunity. There's also one small detail I'd like to mention: the Ritz in Harbin. The washroom had three towel racks, which is incredibly practical. 90% of hotels in China don't have towel racks, so sometimes you have to hang your towel on the outer handle of the bathroom door. This small detail really made me look at the Harbin Ritz in a new light. I've said a lot, but let me take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at The Ritz-Carlton Harbin. I wish them health and happiness!

GGuest UserThey proactively upgraded our room and even gave us hot spring tickets, which was a nice surprise! The hot springs themselves were really fun, with lots of different pools. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

Everyone was warm, polite, and attentive. The biggest pleasant surprise was how pet-friendly the hotel is – it made traveling with our furry friend so much easier, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Our room was clean and quiet, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Sunac Land and within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for leisure activities. Finding a hotel in Harbin that welcomes pets, offers great service, and is right next to an amusement park is truly rare. We’ll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Harbin – highly recommended!

The amenities are comprehensive, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are all very meticulous and provide excellent service, paying attention to every detail. I would especially like to thank the tall gentleman wearing glasses who assisted us at the front desk during check-in. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch his name. He spoke excellent English, so there were no communication difficulties at all, and he made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable. Having a staff member who can communicate so fluently in English is a great advantage for international guests. His friendly and professional service left a very positive impression on us

Xu Tingting at the breakfast restaurant was also very kind and welcoming, with a lovely smile. The staff members who cleared the dishes from the tables were equally friendly and attentive, which made our breakfast experience even more pleasant.
The hotel’s location is excellent. It was very convenient to have meals or go shopping at Wanda Plaza and then return to the hotel to rest. There are also many good restaurants nearby, and the museum and department stores are within easy reach, making this an ideal location for exploring Qiqihar.
We were very satisfied with both the convenient location and the warm service. In particular, the excellent English and professional assistance provided by the gentleman at the front desk made our stay much more comfortable and left us with an especially positive impression of the hotel.
