MMister StephenThis hotel is about 250 meters walk from the airport. Turn right out the front gate of the airport, cross the road and walk. Look for the hotel name on a big rock and walk down for ten meters. It's a twenty minute walk from town center. Kenatea was a great host, allowing me late check out. Very comfortable bed and nicely landscaped. Very good wifi. Nice pool. I enjoyed my stay. Good continental breakfast.

GGuest UserHotel location was not bad as it is near to many eating places. Amenities are poor as they only provide 1 small bar of soap for handwashing. Nothing was provided for bathing except for a smalltube of shampoo for bathing. Not even a box of tissue and no drinking water. How much can they save going to such lengths of austerity? Worn out towels.

AAnonymous UserIt’s a good idea to visit the Sheraton in Viña! Outside the window is Viña's famous Waffle Castle. The V balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, and the view is very good!
The hotel's service is very good and responsive to all requests. Self-driving parking is also very convenient. The breakfast category is quite complete and the ingredients are relatively healthy.
In addition, special praise should be given to the hotel's swimming pool. The water temperature and indoor temperature are very suitable. The hotel also provides everyone with heated towels. It can be seen that they are very attentive to the service!

GGuest UserLast year I also stayed in this hotel and the truth was very happy, so we returned this year, but this year wasn't the same, the shower of the room was out all the water, that I arrived to where the bed was, moreover, There was a filter in the lavaman that, I warned, was going to fix, but it didn't get well so it followed the filter, then they went again and it didn't get all right, at last it wasn't very comfortable, After telling them about the situation, they offered me to change my room but to a smaller one, which I didn't accept and the solution that they gave me to stay there in the same and they passed me more towels to dry the water, badly there.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
I don't know if I'd come back...

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the center of Zhaozhen Town, but because we rent a car, it is actually fine. The room conditions are not bad on the island. Tropical gardens and swimming pools. I like to sit on the balcony of the room and let go.
