Hotel location was not bad as it is near to many eating places. Amenities are poor as they only provide 1 small bar of soap for handwashing. Nothing was provided for bathing except for a smalltube of shampoo for bathing. Not even a box of tissue and no drinking water. How much can they save going to such lengths of austerity? Worn out towels.

Last year I also stayed in this hotel and the truth was very happy, so we returned this year, but this year wasn't the same, the shower of the room was out all the water, that I arrived to where the bed was, moreover, There was a filter in the lavaman that, I warned, was going to fix, but it didn't get well so it followed the filter, then they went again and it didn't get all right, at last it wasn't very comfortable, After telling them about the situation, they offered me to change my room but to a smaller one, which I didn't accept and the solution that they gave me to stay there in the same and they passed me more towels to dry the water, badly there.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
I don't know if I'd come back...

A hotel literally on the sea, very nice, first class. The spa very good pool, massages, a wonderful outdoor hot tub on the roof. Excellent bar and restaurant. The outstanding attention of Eduardo at the Bar and Benjamin in the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the shrimp curry, the sorretinos with pesto and the Del Mar fruit gratin. Don't forget to have a complimentary sparkling wine on the terrace of the bar.

Magnifico y hermoso lugar en medio de un bosque en Renaca. Muy agradable el fuego de las chimeneas en el comdero y el bar. Mi hijo Roberto se entretuvo mucho en la mesa de billar junto al bar y la chimenea. Delicioso spa y masajes que recomiendo . Estupendo desayuno completo y variado con muy buena atencion a la mesa, no buffet como en la mayoria de los lugares. Muy seguro , ideal para descansar y alejarse del ruido , en medio de la quietud del bosque. Simplemente TODO MAGNIFICO! Viajamos por 2 semanas y estuvimos en 3 diferentes lugares pero debo admitir que BOSQUE DE RENACA ES EL MEJOR de todos!

Beautiful boutique hotel right by the sea! The location is perfect, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are absolutely perfect — stylish, clean, and very comfortable. This hotel is the light of Easter Island! I told the guys at the front desk (both guys at the front desk were named Pablo, which made me wonder if it was just a coincidence or if Pablo is a popular name in South America🤣🤣) that my birthday was in two days, and the hotel staff really prepared a cake🎂 and a bilingual birthday song to celebrate my birthday that morning. I was so surprised that I felt that I was really out of place with my disheveled appearance🤣🤣The chef lady is really kind and makes great dishes. She and the front desk are a couple. My original words to Pablo at the front desk: good for you🤣. I really took a lot of life photos on the island. It was really the right decision to celebrate my 30th birthday here. I hope I will have the opportunity to return to the island and be a happy islander in the future🥰🥰
