Setting aside ZZ correctly, the native-looking waiters in this hotel are all level and attitude unqualified. Arrived at the store at 12 o'clock and said that the room was 3 o'clock, but I suggested that I try it at 2 o'clock. There are more than two rooms, but I gave a new white man first? ? ? After checking in, I asked about breakfast time, the front desk answered six to ten, I can't believe it, it's not bright at 6 o'clock here, and it's six o'clock again? All received a positive answer. I booked a tour at 7 o'clock and thought that the two were beautiful. I rushed to the restaurant in the morning and was impatiently blocked by the waiter. Go to the front desk again, the night shift changed to a completely uninformed English? ? ?
The lobby is shrinking inside, the gate is shared with the west car rental agency, and a sign is made to the left to the right. The result is the guest room to the left. The lobby is actually to the right. The hot day and the big sun are very unfriendly to tourists dragging boxes. Wouldn't you get an arrow to mark it?
Other rooms or something, over-priced is normal in this place.
Pros:
-Nice pool area
-Comfy bed and pillows
-Rainshower with great water pressure
-Good WiFi in the room
-Within walking distance of the main street (15 min)
-Yoga and other activities included
-Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere (except when they do barbecue/pool party on Saturdays)
Cons:
-Lack of air con/ceiling fan in the room
-More attention to detail needed (e.g: terrace bench cracked and terrace chairs/table quite tired)
-Amenities (soap, etc) could be better
-No place to put the suitcases other than the floor, and very little space for clothes
-Lack of TV could be a con for some
-Breakfast buffet could be more varied and of better quality
Overall a good stay!
Good hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was ok, the fruit juice come from the machine, safe guarded parking. From the hotel you are 20 minutes by bus 104 and 121 in the city
Located in a quiet area surrounded by wild nature, Hotel Jireh offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and breakfast. The main square is 656 feet away, and free parking is available.
Rooms are decorated with tiled floors and wooden fittings. All rooms at Jireh Hotel have satellite TV and private bathrooms, and some of them feature seating areas with armchairs.
A buffet breakfast is daily served.
The Moon Valley is a 20-minute drive away, and the property is 11 mi from Los Flamencos National Reserve.
There is a 24-hour front desk service, and luggage storage is provided.
The hotel (homestay) is very close to the pedestrian street in the town and it is more convenient to be 100 meters away. This is a big advantage. There are trees and flowers in the yard, so there is no atmosphere. And the hotel provides a convenient homemade breakfast such as a toast driver, a refrigerator.
Although my room was outside the hotel at the street intersection, I could adapt. The problem is that the water heater in the bath in the room is a problem. The contact is often powered off. I have controlled my bath time within three minutes, but I have to cut off the electricity several times for a bath. The pressure is very high. After all, it is a plateau and cannot catch cold. Wifi is also a problem, slow and weak signal, very inconvenient.

Great
LLeona RFantastic hotel - lovely rooms (we had the Small Double and it was more than fine for the two of us) and all areas beautifully done.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Raul, whose recommendations and advice was invaluable.
Only slight drawback was not having an on-site restaurant but there are so many good places within 5 minutes walk that it really doesn’t matter (again, really good recommendations made!)
Right in the centre of San Pedro (actually behind the church) but felt very safe and secure, and literally a couple of minutes from the shops, market, restaurants and excursion agents.
Breakfast was fine - eggs an option to the buffet; fresh OJ on request and access to coffee etc whenever needed. Towels available for hire for the excursions that involve swimming.
We stayed for 3 lovely days and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well.
VVCWHGreat hotel just 5 mins away from airport. Comfortable stay, have a nice restaurant that serves full fledged food, with a nice welcome drink from the bar!

Overall a good stay!
AamatravelcharacterI recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they did me earlier check in.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good, offering a variety of breakfast options like omelette, sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, sweets . The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport to go to San Pedro de Atacama and lots of Peruvian/Bolivian restaurants.
Overall, the Ibis Hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
JJosephineThe lodge is 3km outside of town and thus has a quiet setting away from the dust and traffic of San Pedro. The staff was exceptional. They gave us helpful trips for sightseeing, helped us to order a taxi when we didn’t feel like driving to town, and were always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and there is 24h free (and very good) coffee. On top of that, the pool is super refreshing, clean and with plenty of chairs and even a fridge with cold drinks (which you have to pay for of course but the prices are super fair). Bedroom and bathroom was exceptional as well. We loved our stay at Lodge Quelana!
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles in Antofagasta very much. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are not too small and not too big. I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

GGuest UserPros: -Spacious room that was impeccably clean. -Fridge in room -Friendly staff -No AC not necessary as cool during the day and sufficiently warm (with blanket provided) at night. Of note, we were there during the month of March. Cons: -Wi-fi in the reception area but no Wi-Fi in the room -Hot water was spotty. If you ran the shower long enough, you would usually get hot water...but one hates to waste water, especially in the desert. -Breakfast was lackluster and did not change from day to day (rolls, jam, butter, cereal, powdered milk, ham, cheese, one fruit). One day they ran out of food. Although, it seems that breakfasts at hotels in San Pedro are generally not great. Other: -Staff don't speak much English but if you know a little Spanish, you will be fine. -Staff very nice but reception was not always staffed and it could be a nuisance to track someone down. -Parking is outside during the day. At night, they recommend bringing the car inside the compound given the dust at night. If staff was not around, it was a pain to find someone to unlock the parking area to bring the car in/out. -There is a small pool but we only used it once for about 10 minutes as whatever chemicals they use to treat the water caused the eyes to burn. -No hairdryer or Kleenex in the room. If you anticipate needing either, bring your own. -Slightly out outside of town. Not an issue for us as we had a car. Giving it 3 stars due to the hot water issue, no wi-fi in room, and difficulty tracking down staff at times. If none of these elements are important to you, then you will be happy here.
CChuwucaishenThis hotel is great! It is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in in the past six months.
1. Good location. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center.
2. Quiet. No noise. 3. Good environment. The structure of the hotel is like in a villa community, and the environment is beautiful.
4. Clean. When I entered the room, the towels, quilts and sheets of the hotel were as white as snow, extremely clean and pleasing to the eye.
5. Good service. The front desk and restaurant staff of the hotel are enthusiastic.
6. Humanized. My flight is at 3:30 pm. I called the front desk to apply for check-out at 2 pm. The front desk agreed and told me that I could check out before 4 pm. Wow, so humanized and convenient, so happy. Thank you Ctrip and the hotel for making me very satisfied.
