GGuest UserI made two reservations in my name. When I checked in, the attendants identified the two reservations and asked for confirmation. I asked if everything was correct, and I replied that the other reservation would be for my parents who would arrive on the early morning flight. In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:30 am, on 11/25, when my parents went to check in. Another attendant told us that we did not have a second reservation, and that we would have to pay again for the stay. I request a refund for the second night, from the hotel or the trip.
