Hotel Nexta Escaldes

The location and breakfast are fine. Dinner has little variety, just two options: 1, 2, and dessert. The room was fine, but it had a very bad smell, and they told me it was because it's a hot springs area, which isn't the case, but because of drainage problems. They told me they'd find a solution, but nothing. They had rooms available when I returned, and I still had the same problem, not even a simple air freshener. When I spoke to the receptionist, who was different, they offered to change my room, but it was too late because they didn't give me that option, and a 4-star hotel can't offer that service. We won't be back.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the mattress was good, and they changed the sheets every two days. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and good, and so was dinner.

We stayed here because we had a reservation at Caldea, and it's an amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Andorra. Friendly people at reception and the room was perfect. Spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable.
