I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. The bed was very cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location was also very convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to others who are visiting the area.

One of the things our family especially appreciated was the kids’ playroom ,it was clean, well-equipped, and kept our little one happily entertained. It made our stay even more relaxing knowing there was a safe and fun space for children. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Penang.

Service was good. Staff were quiet, polite, and professional. Location is good. Walkable distance to 2 hawker places, and the bakery Rotilah just opposite the hotel is a must try! And not more than 10 mins to most tourist spots by Grab. Enjoyed the pool and gym, good to work off the calories taken in. Aircon was good, just that the comforter gets a bit hot after a while. The free coffee and cold water dispenser is a godsend in this brutal weather.

Traveling with family, the room size was adequate, and the facilities were comprehensive. Although we didn't get a corner room as requested, it was quiet enough, so our rest was satisfactory. The clothes rack couldn't be removed for separate use, which was a bit inconvenient. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway. The hotel had a pool, but we didn't use it. The location was great, with two shopping malls a short walk away, making it easy to buy things. It was also not far from the '7th Street Pasar' (market). Most attractions were within walking distance, and taxis were readily available.

I recently stayed here with my partner. It’s an apartment service hotel that truly feels like my home . The unit was spacious and fully equipped with a kitchen and even a washing machine, which made my stay so convenient even for a night. The swimming pool here also spacious and open until night, so i have time to enjoy a relaxing swim in the evening after check in. In morning, I went down for breakfast at the lobby cafe. It was simple but cozy. The best part for me was the balcony with a beautiful sea view. Plus, it’s only about 5 minutes from the shopping mall, making it super convenient. Definitely a great place to stay in Penang!

I booked a stay at Citadines at the very last minute of my holiday, and it turned out to be a highlight of my trip. I opted for the unit with a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom—the layout was incredibly spacious and offered plenty of room to move around. The facilities were top-notch; having an in-room washing machine and microwave made the stay so much more convenient. My only minor gripe was having to request a dental kit (toothbrush/toothpaste) from the front desk myself. If those were already provided in the room, the experience would have been absolutely perfect. Still, a highly recommended spot for anyone seeking comfort and functionality!

This stay was truly unforgettable! The owner is incredibly kind and speaks both Mandarin and English, so communication was absolutely seamless, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We were sitting outside enjoying the view, and the ambiance was so cozy, it really felt like a return to carefree times – incredibly relaxing and joyful. The owner saw us outside and even brought mosquito repellent for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. And when we were a bit bored, the owner surprised us by bringing out fireworks for us to play with! They also prepared beanbag chairs so we could sit more comfortably and admire the scenery. Overall, these little touches really enhanced our experience. The room itself was very comfortable and spotless, making us feel completely at ease – that's really important! This isn't just accommodation; it's more like a little sanctuary where you can relax and enjoy life. I highly recommend it to everyone. If you're looking for a warm and hospitable place with a personal touch, this spot definitely won't disappoint!
