I had an exam nearby and the hotel's location was super convenient, just a few hundred meters from the test center. I wanted to go back and rest during my lunch break, and the hotel was very accommodating, extending my checkout time until 2 PM.

We chose the Hilton Jinshitan for our kids' spring break, and the location is fantastic. It's within walking distance to Discoveryland, and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach. If you prefer to stay put, there's plenty of sand for digging right by the hotel. The hotel's own playground and pool kept the kids entertained for hours. It's a great choice for a relaxing, slow-paced vacation.

Front desk staff Anthony and Manager Tang provided exceptional service. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. Their warm and courteous attitude made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

The check-in process was quick and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours. The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!

The location is excellent, right next to the Broken Bridge over the Yalu River, which is incredibly convenient. The room offers direct views of the beautiful Yalu River. The hotel facilities are also very new, and the room size is just right, with one 1.5m and one 1.2m bed, making it very suitable for families with children.

The Gree Hotel has an excellent experience, the rooms are clean and tidy, the lighting is good, the bedding is comfortable and sleeps peacefully. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the location is convenient, the facilities are complete and cost-effective, and I will choose here next time I stay.

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. The hotel is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city and 3 kilometers away from the sea. There are no commercial facilities around it. It is in the development stage and has some construction sites. The main body of the hotel is located above the 7th floor of an apartment building. The lobby is located on the 7th floor, and the bottom is a bathing place. This mixed structure of commercial and residential is more chaotic. There is no feeling of a hotel on the first floor. There is free parking, but because it is shared with the bathing center, the parking space will be tight during the peak period. For self-driving tourists, you need to be mentally prepared in advance. As a newer hotel, its hardware facilities have their highlights. The laundry room and gym on the 8th floor are convenient for long-term guests. The rooms are apartment-style, equipped with simple cooking equipment such as microwave ovens, and have a balcony with a view to create a home travel atmosphere. However, from the details, the decoration of the room is slightly rough, many obvious project leftover problems have not been properly dealt with, the shower head blocked the water flow, affecting the overall living texture and experience, the view outside the balcony has no highlights, you should see the sunrise. The hotel still has a lot of room for improvement in management and service details. It has a convenient location and the hardware foundation of the apartment hotel, but if you want to truly match Hilton's brand standards, you need to invest more energy in the engineering fine detail and service quality to make the guest's stay more perfect.
