Facilities: The facilities were excellent and fully equipped; we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the air conditioning was very powerful. Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean and very tidy – excellent. Environment: The environment was superb! With the ocean right outside the window, the view was absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Service: The owner was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive.

First time in Chongzuo, and I picked a fantastic B&B. The view of the mountains from the window was breathtaking and so refreshing! We traveled with a child, and they even provided a baby safety rail, which was a huge relief for us at bedtime. The lady at the front desk was very warm and helpful. The breakfast, served individually, was delicious, and surprisingly, they serve it until noon! 👍 If you're not keen on eating out nearby, the B&B's menu is also excellent, so you don't have to worry about going hungry if you get back late. 👍 Overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I ever come back to Chongzuo, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to help (24-hour customer service is a huge plus). The room was spotless and fresh, with no unpleasant odors, and I appreciated that the bedding was changed for every new guest. Facilities were top-notch; the Wi-Fi was strong, all equipment felt new, and the shower always had stable hot water. The location couldn't be better – super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, with not many restaurants or shops nearby, mostly residential areas. However, there's a small night market about a ten-minute walk away. Getting to Qingxiu Mountain and Sanjie Liangxiang takes at least 20-30 minutes. The hotel facilities are very good, and parking is convenient. The staff are all young and have good attitudes, but it feels like their training isn't quite thorough, and they're not always meticulous in handling issues. On the first night of my stay, I was startled awake by a minor incident in the middle of the night. After I reported it the next day, the duty manager immediately called to apologize, showing a high level of service awareness. My Ctrip booking stated that cocktails were included, but the hotel didn't proactively offer vouchers or information. On the second night, I mentioned it to the front desk staff, who then told me where the bar was and even offered an extra drink because there were two of us. My Ctrip order stated one drink per night, and since I booked two nights, shouldn't I have received two drinks? The supervisor nearby noticed my displeasure and immediately apologized, saying they would give us a total of four drinks. She even personally escorted us to the bar, showing excellent service attitude, but their familiarity with procedures and execution was lacking. Also, a tip for guests driving: be careful when returning to the hotel at night. The driveway isn't very well lit, and many local residents often walk or children ride bikes in the middle of it, which is quite dangerous. I suggest the hotel ask the property management to improve the lighting in the area. The hotel's food could also be improved, apart from the fruit. However, considering the price, I would still rate this hotel above 90 out of 100 overall.

An absolutely fantastic getaway, a true haven nestled between mountains and water. I stayed at this hotel last weekend, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location is wonderfully serene, tucked away at the foot of the mountain, making it incredibly quiet. Yet, it's only a 10-minute taxi ride to West Street, offering convenience without the noise. Service: The front desk service was excellent. They were warm and welcoming, helped with our luggage, and gave us a detailed introduction to local attractions and activities. They even helped us book tickets for the Yulong River bamboo raft and the Impression Liu Sanjie show, which were cheaper than online – a real time and effort saver. Facilities: * Pool: The pool is large and the water is very clean. We were so lucky; the sun came out right after breakfast, so we immediately went for a swim, which was incredibly refreshing. * Room: The room was very spacious, with a stunning mountain view directly opposite. Enjoying the mountain scenery from the balcony was pure bliss. * Dining: The buffet breakfast included in the room rate was delicious, and the afternoon tea was exquisite. All the drinks in the minibar were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. Special Features: The hotel even has deer and rabbits! You can feed them yourself, which was absolutely adorable!

This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations. From my room, I had a perfect view of the entire landscape right outside the window. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite, and they had carefully noted all my check-in requests made in advance, so my room key was ready as soon as I arrived. The housekeeping was meticulously done; every corner of the room was spotless and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. During my stay, I needed a few extra items, and after calling the service desk, someone quickly delivered them to my door – the response time was excellent. The entire stay was comfortable and relaxing, making it a truly reassuring choice for my trip. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful Hotels i ever stayed in. The location is amazing, right in the middel of town, and next to the river. The hotel has an amazing garden with a viewing platform where one can drink tea and watch the rooftops of the town and the mountains above. The staff is super friendly and are always there to help out and give tips for what to do. They also served me amazing tea. Truly overwhelmed by this hotel, and area, can't recommend it enough!

The girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They knew that I was in a hurry to go out and made the wrong order, so they took the initiative to change the room. What a thoughtful service! There was no impatience at all during the whole process. It is indeed a well-known hotel here! It is worth it for this service! The room is clean and tidy, and it is also very quiet at night.

The hotel is not far from the Twin Moons Twin Towers and offers excellent value for money. There's a large parking lot right at the hotel entrance, making parking incredibly convenient. The front desk lady was also very enthusiastic and charming; I especially loved her voice. I arrived in Guilin in a rush and left just as quickly, but I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this scenic city.

Best breakfast in China! Xiaoming was very helpful with anything we needed and very generous. There are e-scooters to use, which you really need. Guilin traffic is not for the feint heated though and this is certainly not the place to learn to ride an old e-scooter. At first I wondered why I had booked a place so far out of town but in the end, with the scooter it didn't really matter. The room has seen better days and the lack of ventilation means high humidity from the shower mist, meaning sweaty nights, which isn't good. Didn't like the fact the music was left on ALL night below in the breakfast room as you can hear it in the room!
