Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, amazing view of the ocean, perfect area for travel, close to both ports, and convenient area for food too. Local places downstairs for Oysters and BBQ and McDonald's too if you're not feeling adventurous. Room itself is wonderful with a washing machine, a brilliant shower and toilet and great kitchen area too. Superbly comfortable and my wife and I hope would definitely stay here again when we visit Zhuhai and the price is the bonus on top of it all. A perfect place to stay if you're looking at the ports or just a comfy place to stay for a great price.

We checked in on Thursday and received a complimentary room upgrade. The hot springs pool on the first floor was incredibly comfortable and clean. The front desk attendant was very gentle and informative, explaining the hotel's facilities and environment. Two young men kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. The upgraded room was in Building 1, a bit far from the outdoor hot spring pools, so we opted to use the in-room hot spring. A packet of bath salts was provided, leaving our skin smooth after bathing. The first night's minibar was also complimentary, featuring two boxes of soy milk, Coke, and beer, plus a fruit platter. In the afternoon, we went out to take photos. The weather was lovely and sunny, and the flowers, plants, and trees were beautiful. The staff were diligently watering and cleaning, very hardworking. There's also a paid mini-train ride in the park. Our package included six archery shots, half an hour of mini-golf, as well as billiards and table tennis. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts are also available but require advance booking by phone. Our package also included a buffet dinner at the Brilliant Restaurant. Since the buffet wasn't available on Thursday, we were offered three options: a la carte at Brilliant Restaurant with an 800-yuan credit, a more standard 'order anything' menu with common home-style dishes, or a fixed set menu. I chose the a la carte option at the restaurant and ordered five dishes and a mango sago dessert. It was very filling, the food was excellent, and the service was perfect. We had black truffle conch slices, giant river prawns, casserole perilla mountain snails with free-range chicken, mango sago, and cumin pine nut baked lamb rice (which was incredibly delicious, though it took an hour to prepare. The crust was fragrant, and the lamb was excellent). The stir-fried fern shoots with dried shrimp was also very tasty, with a crisp yet tender texture similar to Chinese broccoli. Breakfast was also very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as steamed dim sum. All the staff were fantastic; they would introduce dishes and help clear plates quickly as soon as you approached the counter. There are also many children's facilities in the park, and it's a pet-friendly hotel with an outdoor pet park. The only downside is that there aren't enough signposts in the park. Even with a map, we still got lost frequently, haha.

I chose the Marriott Hotel Shaoguan for my business trip and it exceeded my expectations! As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are brand new. The room is minimalist yet stylish, with wooden walls and soft lighting creating a fantastic ambiance that's comfortable for both work and relaxation. The bedding is incredibly soft; after a day of business, lying down on it instantly relieved all my stress, ensuring a perfect night's sleep 💤. Its location is very convenient, close to Shaoguan East Station, saving a lot of commuting time. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a good balance of carbs, protein, fruits, and vegetables. Service was excellent and incredibly responsive. From check-in to room service, everyone was highly professional.

My stay at the Hilton began with a wonderful experience the moment I stepped into the lobby. The subtle, calming fragrance in the air, the genuinely warm smiles from the staff, and the elegant, sophisticated art decor instantly washed away my travel fatigue. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a captivating city skyline view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Hilton's signature 'Serenity Bed' truly lived up to its reputation; lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds, ensuring a night of deep, restful sleep. Every detail exuded quality: the clean, soft bathrobes, perfectly ambient lighting, and the smart control system – everything was designed for ultimate comfort. The dining experience was an absolute highlight! The breakfast selection was unbelievably extensive, from freshly made omelets to local delicacies, every dish was exquisite and delicious. Evenings at the Executive Lounge were particularly delightful; enjoying expertly crafted drinks amidst soft music, overlooking the city as the lights came on, was truly the most luxurious way to unwind during my trip.

I was here for a business trip. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, and the room was very clean. The front desk even upgraded my room type for free, and it had a smart assistant. It's also very close to the airport. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, the bathrooms are thoughtfully equipped, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed night's sleep. The private hot springs are perfect, and the indoor heated pool is great no matter the weather. The outdoor pool is surrounded by lush greenery, allowing you to swim and enjoy the views simultaneously. The water quality is clean and odorless, making for a worry-free and enjoyable experience. The front desk staff are professional and friendly, handling check-in efficiently. They proactively upgraded my room and introduced the hotel's facilities. Later, when I had questions, they responded quickly and attentively, providing impeccable service. The dining options are extensive: the Western restaurant offers fresh and abundant seafood buffet, while the Chinese restaurant serves authentic Cantonese cuisine, complemented by Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The service staff are enthusiastic, and the dining environment is clean and elegant. It's perfect for both family trips and romantic getaways. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

Haven't even checked in yet and a butler has already reached out via WeChat to ask about our preferences and needs, which is a great touch. The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is soft and very comfortable, and the bedding feels really nice. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious. I especially want to mention the concierge service. When we took a taxi back to the hotel at night, the doorman helped us check if we'd left anything in the car. He even found a phone that the previous guests had left behind! That's incredibly thoughtful, highly recommend!

The Zhuhai Holiday Resort was the first hotel my daughter and I stayed at in Zhuhai during our trip from Guangzhou, and it exceeded my expectations in every way, which is saying a lot since I'm quite picky. They upgraded our room, and the breakfast was delicious 😋. Later, my daughter asked for some candy, and the staff generously gave her a lot 👍. Their slippers are incredibly comfortable, with a bouncy feel that's very stress-relieving! The kids' play area is also the largest we've seen in any hotel, and my daughter absolutely loved playing on the slide. The service staff were all very dedicated and attentive. It was a truly memorable experience for us in Zhuhai. We loved the building's curved design; every time we passed by during our stay in Zhuhai, my daughter and I would turn back to look at it and share a knowing smile. Thanks for the wonderful encounter.

Came here for a concert during the National Day holiday and brought the kids along to stay at the hotel. Our whole family chose Ascott Serviced Residences, and it perfectly met our needs. The staff were all very warm and attentive. The hotel breakfast was also excellent; we met many foreign guests and even chatted with a few, which was great exposure for the kids. It was super convenient for the concert. I'd definitely go again next time. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to use the swimming pool, but it looked really nice. A five-star serviced apartment hotel indeed lives up to its reputation.

The hotel is simply amazing! It’s really 5 stars Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The managers Kelvin and Ivan are a very polite person. At the restaurant, David, May, the manager Leo, and all the staffs are impeccable. The room is clean, new, good smells, perfect cleaning in all the hotel. Our family are so happy with the treatment. Breakfast delicious and also dinner buffet with so fresh meat and all. We extended 2 days more just because of all the things and the people kindness that the Hotel can offer. We gonna be back in this Hotel for sure and indicate all our friends. Thank you all for everything and perfect treatment.
