The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great location! It was easy to find, not far after entering Mount Jiuhua, and very close to the Baisuigong cable car and other attractions. The parking lot is also spacious. We stayed for two nights and received complimentary fruit each day. The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage. If I visit Mount Jiuhua again, I would definitely choose this hotel. It's really good.

Choosing this guesthouse for this trip was definitely the right decision! The owner's service was excellent. For both nights we stayed, there was daily pick-up and drop-off service, and they were always available whenever we needed them. The owner even accompanied us on our pilgrimage up the mountain, saving us a lot of time. The rooms were nice and clean, and they included free breakfast. There's also their own restaurant where we could order food, which was clean and hygienic. The auntie's cooking was delicious, so we didn't have to go out to find restaurants. The elders were very satisfied with this guesthouse; it didn't disappoint them. They all said they'd recommend it to their friends and that they would definitely choose this guesthouse if they ever come to Jiuhua Mountain. Highly recommended! Fantastic location, right at the foot of Huangshan Mountain, making access to the mountain super convenient. The room was spacious and bright, and they even offer a free shuttle service. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and the complimentary pick-up/drop-off was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Great value for money, highly recommend staying here.

The biggest highlight was having the entire lotus pond to ourselves; I'd come back just for that. The paths were also exceptionally tranquil with excellent views. I particularly liked the ground-floor rooms, which made getting around and enjoying the scenery so convenient. The hotel arranged complimentary fruits upon check-in, afternoon tea, late-night sweet soup, and handicrafts, all of which I loved. The staff were also incredibly enthusiastic. Plus, there was a free photographer who had a great eye! The restaurant's dishes were delicious too! I especially want to praise the breakfast mini-wontons; the meat filling was superb, and you could tell it was fresh and additive-free!

The room was nice, the service was great. The lady boss invited us to drink tea, she has her own tea garden, we drank Taiping Houkui, it was good! We were lucky this time in Huangshan, we saw the beautiful Huangshan, my daughter and son liked it, the fish in the boss's house was very fresh, the food was refreshing, we ate at the boss's house! I will come again if I have a chance

I checked in with the intention of giving it a try, and the room I booked was a pleasant surprise. The view was stunning from the window, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It was a truly relaxing stay. The value for money was truly excellent, and the hot springs were fantastic. With so many different pools, I could find the perfect temperature for my needs, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The parking lot is spacious and free. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place—it's a surefire hit!

The landlord is very enthusiastic and patiently answered my questions. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration style is what I like. The landlord is very considerate and put some books for guests to read when they are bored. This is something I rarely encounter when staying in a B&B outside. Thumbs up👍

My partner and I had the best experience at Floral Hotel. The owner/manager goes above and beyond to help, and speaks very good english. He helped us plan our trip to Huangshan in depth, and his route was perfect and worked well for our plans. Highly recommend staying here for non-mandarin speakers wanting to see the mountain. The rooms are incredibly nice and clean, at such a reasonable price. The hotel restaurant is really good too and the atmosphere is very homely, with a cute cat. The location is not too close to the mountain but this does not matter as the hotel arranges transfers to the train station, and the owner even personally drove us to the mountain bus stop. The part of the town where the hotel is located is also quite lovely and quiet. Highly highly recommend staying here as a base for your trip to the magnificent Huangshan mountain.
