My first business trip to Huaibei, and the Bret Hotel was really impressive! A stroll in the back garden in the evening was incredibly relaxing. Nana, the assistant lobby manager, arranged a fantastic room for me with amazing views of the beautiful lake. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This is probably the best hotel within the Jiuhuashan scenic area. We stayed in an Executive Twin Room in Zone B, which was one of the few rooms facing the sun. The hotel facilities are top-notch, the lobby is grand and uniquely decorated, and the small garden is charming. The room is quite spacious for a hotel within a scenic area, with everything you need, very well-arranged and comfortable. Breakfast is also very rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, which is quite impressive for a hotel on a mountain. The dinner menu also features excellent dishes with a strong local flavor. The hotel service is even better; the staff picked us up from the transfer station, and a young lady helped me carry my suitcase, lifting it the entire way to prevent damage to the wheels from the stone path. When we checked out, Zheng, a front office staff member, introduced us to various aspects of the scenic area and invited us to come back. The cleaning aunties were also very kind and meticulous. This is a fantastic hotel, and I highly recommend it! 👍👍

Room: Spacious and clean, featuring smart voice control and a robot delivery service for small items. The WiFi signal was excellent. The 65-inch LCD TV really gave it a home theater feel. Bathroom: Very spacious and odor-free, equipped with a smart toilet. The showerhead provided a strong water flow, making for a warm and comfortable shower experience. Hotel: They offer a free laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. There are also complimentary hot beverages and cookies available. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured a smooth check-in.

Before coming to Hongcun, I didn't have high expectations, thinking it would just be another old village to visit and leave. However, my stay at 'Hongcun Yike Homestay' made me feel that every detail of this trip radiated warmth. Upon arriving at Hongcun bus station, I was unfamiliar with the area and was stressing about how to drag my luggage across the stone-paved paths to the homestay while looking at a map. The moment I called, the owner's enthusiastic voice immediately put me at ease: 'Wait there, I'll be right over to pick you up!' In less than ten minutes, the owner appeared on an electric scooter, swiftly tied my luggage to the vehicle, and cheerfully motioned for me to hop on. We weaved through Hongcun's winding alleys and past bustling crowds of tourists. The homestay was tucked away in a quiet lane near Moon Pond, an excellent location. You could see Moon Pond just around the corner, yet it was peaceful and quiet – truly an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle. Stepping into the courtyard, I was captivated by this homestay, a renovated Huizhou-style building. The exquisitely carved porch, wooden corridors, and rustic private courtyard exuded the unique elegance and serenity characteristic of Huizhou homes. Inside the room, it was bright and clean. The antique-style wooden bed paired with a soft mattress offered both classic charm and comfort. The night was exceptionally quiet, and I slept soundly. Early the next morning, I opened the window to a beautiful view of the Huizhou-style horse-head walls in the morning light, distant mountains draped in lush greenery, and the nearby sounds of birdsong and fragrant flowers. It truly felt like living inside a traditional Chinese ink wash painting. On the day of my departure, the owner drove me to the bus station as usual, reminding me of other places I hadn't visited in Hongcun along the way. Before saying goodbye, the owner pulled out a packet of chrysanthemum tea from the trunk, handed it to me, and smiled, saying, 'This is our local chrysanthemum tea, take it home and try it.' Holding that packet of tea, my heart felt warm. Staying here truly felt like returning to an old friend's home in Huizhou, thoughtful and considerate in every way. 'Yike Homestay' truly lives up to its name – making one feel 'at ease' (逸) and so content that guests (客) forget to leave. Next time I'm in Hongcun, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!

Hefei Somerset Swan Lake Serviced Residence | Three Families Traveling with Kids – Super Satisfied, Unexpected Upgrade + Perfect Experience! Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!

Jiuhua Mountain is perfect. I took a bus to Tunxi Street to relax for a night. I found a nice hotel. The male staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic when I checked in. The handsome boss upgraded the room type. The view was very good. The room facilities were complete and detailed. You can enjoy the river view while lying on the bed. Recommended

The overall atmosphere is excellent, there is no stiffness of the hotel, and it is more the warmth of home. The bathroom supplies are complete, the hot water is sufficient, the bed is very comfortable, and the public area is clean and elegant. The surrounding environment is quiet, you can take a walk in your leisure time, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, the fatigue of the journey will be resolved at once, and you will book next time. The housekeeper is super nice.

This stay far exceeded my expectations; I simply have to rave about this hotel. Checking in on the fourth floor, the front desk staff were warm, courteous, and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided information on nearby dining options and transportation routes, showing great attention to detail. The room itself was a delight from the moment I walked in. It was spotlessly clean, with no dust on the floor or surfaces. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the duvet was fresh and odor-free. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation, and all toiletries were provided. Hot water was stable with excellent pressure. Breakfast was a buffet shared with Hilton, offering a rich variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's public areas were tidy and elegant, and the corridors were clean and odorless. The location is superb, with restaurants and supermarkets right outside, making it easy to get around by taxi or on foot. All facilities, such as the air conditioning and lighting, were well-maintained and in perfect working order. For its price range, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. It's perfect for both short business trips and leisure travel. If I ever visit this area again, I'll definitely choose this hotel first. I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The Jiuhua Mountains Julong Hotel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance of the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. It was very convenient to venture around the mountain by foot. As for food, we didn’t quite get accustomed to the flavors, especially with the spices. The breakfast at Julong Hotel was good, but it can get crowded before 8 am. There is no gym in the hotel. It snowed on the 3rd day and it was chilly. The room was equiped with heater so it was ok. The walkway outside the hotel room can be very noisy, especially with kids running and adults talking. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.
