The hotel is in the style of an old state-owned enterprise. The facilities are too old and seem to have not been renovated. The rooms are small and damaged everywhere. Its location is the best, just within 100 meters after entering the toll gate. The service in the front desk lobby is relatively good, and they are caring. The mix of guests is also a problem. You can hear loud noises at four o'clock in the morning, and at six o'clock in the morning, the old men and women ”wake up” everyone like the crowing of the 🐓 in the morning. The breakfast is average. By the way, I have to remind you that starting this year, Jiuhua Mountain does not allow self-driving to the mountain during the day (it is allowed after 5 pm, but it is also subject to the daily control notice). Guests need to pick up their own luggage and take the shuttle bus at 50 yuan per person to check in after going up the mountain, which is not very convenient.

The decoration of the hotel is very much to my liking. I like the current style very much. The service of the ladies at the front desk is so good~ very enthusiastic! The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, there is also free mineral water provided, and the front desk also gave me a small gift 🎁 I like it very much, the price-performance ratio is very high, and I will come often in the future.

The service was excellent, and the environment was superb. The courtyard is beautiful; being there in person feels much better than just seeing photos. Since we were on our honeymoon back home, the owner specifically helped us decorate the room. The owner/manager has excellent English and is very thoughtful and attentive. The only minor flaw was that the bathtub stopper leaked, so the water wouldn't stay in if you wanted to take a bath. It's not a big issue, just needs to be replaced.

The white homestay has a unique charm on this quaint Jiuhua Mountain! ! Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy! Environment: It is very close to Yueshenbao Store, but far away from the streets. It is quiet in the bustling city, and the privacy is very good. Service: The service is simply amazing! Champs Elysees Exclusive Afternoon Tea Set: Very delicious! It was put in the room in time. The breakfast is also very good. Forgive my photography skills! Anyway, I will stay here next time! ! !

The hotel is very close to the airport but a bit far from the city center. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach Huangshan Old Street, so I can only give it 4 stars. The hotel lobby, restaurant, gym, corridors, and guest rooms are all very new and impeccably clean, deserving a full 5-star rating. The hotel staff were extremely warm and welcoming. They upgraded our room and provided many services for our baby since we were traveling with a 0-year-old. For example, they prepared a baby crib, baby toiletries, and other thoughtful amenities. The service was excellent, deserving a full 5 stars. Although the hotel is quite new, our room’s air conditioning did not provide heating. Even after calling staff for repairs, the issue was not resolved. In January, nights in Huangshan are very cold, and our room temperature stayed around 20°C throughout the night. We had no choice but to keep our baby wrapped in the blanket while sleeping. In the morning, our hands and feet were freezing—it was truly disappointing. I hope the hotel will thoroughly inspect and maintain its equipment, as this is a basic requirement for a high-end hotel. Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars for this aspect.

this is a very high standard hotel. great service from the ladies at the front desk and great amenities with thick towels. room is comfortable and very convenient. located right by busy intersection with lots of shops and eateries nearby. pedestrian street just few min walk. I love the location. the lobby is on 6th floor and there is someone there 24 hours which is very nice. you can walk to many places nearby amd spend whole day walking around hotel looking at shops and eating there. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Hotel is situated in an office-like building judging by the entrance, or it could be an apartment, i'm not sure. Only 1 lift out of 6 serves the hotel. The room was really nice, especially the bathroom. The only minor issue i had in the room is the cleaning staff left a few sticky streaks on the floor mid-way through my stay. Washing machines and dryers were very useful, though the provided iron is too small and the ironing board legs were broken. The carpark entrance malfunctions often as it fails to detect cars exiting, many drivers resort to honking in the hope that a staff member nearby will open the gate. However, it’s unclear whether there is anyone assigned to manage this as i did not see any booth or place for carpark staff.
