Amazing
TTomazzI recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed.
The bar deserves a special mention:
they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio
Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas.
Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending!
I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! Wishing you all the best!

CCarolyne_fsWhen I saw the hotel in a NGO, I was scared, but when I arrived at the site I was glad with care, care and zeal for the environment and everything that is done there. The rooms are enough for a short stay: clean and comfortable. The hotel is in front of the beach and I made a very pleasant walk around. If you are looking for an accessible place for a short stay, go without fear.

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel in Lisbon. It is the best and most convenient choice for family travel. It has a refrigerator, an induction cooker, pots and pans, and even red wine glasses. This is really surprising. The decoration of the hotel is very high-quality, and every waiter is enthusiastic. A handsome guy at the front desk even shared the snacks he bought with us, which was really heartwarming! I stay here with my family every year.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at this hotel in Lisbon. Everything was great, and the overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking a large park right in front, which made our stay even more special. The bed was very big and extremely comfortable – we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

XXiaolangalexI stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great.

GGuest UserRoom was moldy, hotel stinks really bad, breakfast very poor choices, the only good thing about this hotel is the view. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

GGuest UserBath foam was empty on 1st night when we want to take a shower. Advised the cleaning woman next morning to refill which she did. On 2nd night, when we want to wash our hair, the shampoo is empty. I think the cleaning woman did not check the shampoo when she refill the bath foam. Phone reception that night and advise front desk in the morning to fill up the shampoo. Front desk promised to refill shampoo and replenish all amenities including the shower cap. When we come back on 3rd day, the shampoo is still empty and no amenities including shower cap were given. Complain to hotel manager on 4th day before check out regarding shampoo and front desk promise but not fulfill issue, the manager apologized and offered our friend free breakfast which we appreciated. I expect all hotels bath foam and shampoo are checked and refilled before new guest arrives.
