Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction). The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel. The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked. We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended. There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel. The hotel has a gym too. The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans. In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered.

The hotel is generally good, off the beaten track but in beautiful natural surroundings. Nearby (about 4 minutes) a tram stop. Very nice service. Poor breakfasts, i.e. a large selection, but the same for two days, scrambled eggs and grilled vegetables completely tasteless, even without salt. We went down for breakfast quite late, so everything was cold. A good place for families with children. Some guests were partying a lot but security intervened. I recommend :-)

The hotel is located very close to the center, which is its large assets. The rooms are clean and well-careed, although it can be seen that it would be useful to repair –, however this does not significantly affect the comfort of your stay. Breakfasts are really delicious, while a large minus is a very small room, which often requires waiting for a free table. In addition, ladies serving breakfasts can talk loudly between themselves, telling stories that are not necessarily comfortable for guests trying to eat a meal calmly. The big plus is, however, worthy of a helpful and kind staff who are trying to respond to the needs of the guests. Overall, the hotel has the potential and provides a decent stay, although some things require improvement.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required. The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe. Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options. I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.

Very bad service as I lost my shoe in the morning!Very stange as I go to the wrong room without password.Then I found it and ask guys to solve for me in 10:00am!I I go to reception and they say they will help.Then I go down 2nd time on11:00am and they say they will help. The third time,I go down 2:00pm and still no one handle. Angry thing. They say that is impossible!!!I agree withe them for 15minitues and go up and go down! They say the will go up to try ! Finally I found my shoe on the wrong room 304!!!Terrible Not recommended!!!

This is good hotel and about 10 min walk to main station. Good facilities and restaurant inside the hotel. Will stay again.

Central location in Poznan and a plus for parking. Breakfast was good. Rooms could use a bit more maintenance or refresh.

The hotel's location is excellent, allowing for a pleasant 10 to 20-minute walk to both the main train station and the Old Town. The rooms are well-equipped, and the bathrooms are spacious and bright with great water pressure and volume in the shower. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and gym on the eighth floor, open until 11 PM, catering to various needs. Complimentary tea in the lobby adds a welcoming touch, making guests feel right at home.

Although it is very close to the train station, it is harder to find at night. And there are many buildings but checkin is in the door. The room was new but had a strange smell. In winter, if there is no air conditioning, you must open the windows.
