Our train was several hours late and we didn’t arrive until 22:30, but the manager responded to our messages and reassured us that he would be available when we arrived. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast that we purchased was very good. You can’t beat the price!

The hotel front desk service was very considerate. Knowing that we had to go to the pier to catch the boat early in the morning, they took the initiative to help us check the bus route, informed us in detail the time of the first bus, and checked the taxi fare by the way, so that we could choose by ourselves.
What surprised me most was the hotel's breakfast. I thought I had to leave hungry to catch the early boat 🚢, but I found that the hotel breakfast started at 6 o'clock, and there were dozens of choices on the dining table.
It is very close to the airport, about fifteen minutes walk. Figure 2 is the sheep raised across from the hotel entrance

Wonderful hotel, very clean, nice staff. Breakfast is good, everything is very tasty. It is far from the center and from the sights, but if you have a car, it is not a problem. There is a parking lot with charging for the car. I recommend booking the hotel 🏠

BBurgessBreakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.

GGuest UserThe room was OK. There were photos of the Aurora in the elevator, which was very novel! The location was good and it was convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast was quite rich. This time the whole family traveled.

NNicholas Jeremyafter 3pm there is no one manning the reception. if you arrive late due to your road trip having some delays, do not fret. call them using the TRIP app instead of your mobile (if you are a foreigner with a overseas service provider) to avoid roaming costs.
We had an issue with the book in, but all settled when we reached the professional service desk who was good with English and they guided us through the check in process.

GGuest UserThe address of this hotel is excellent, the front is the harbor, a few minutes walk back, it is a shopping mall, there is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor, there is a Vietnamese takeaway below, it can solve the problem of eating well, and this hotel has been acquired by the company in Shenzhen, so there are Chinese employees and communication is convenient. When climbing the sermon stone, it is recommended to order this hotel. Will not be fooled.

The hotel's breakfast is very diverse and delicious. It is highly recommended. FFrancescoI stayed in a single room, which was too small in size, but very cozy.Very comfortable bed! High level of cleanliness. Excellent buffet for breakfast with many options.
I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. Service at the restaurant didn't match the level of the cousine.

GGuest UserGreat location for me from friend’s house and otw to the airport. Good breakfast daily and with dinner provided. Mew building and fully furnished comfortably. Not to forget to mention the scenic balcony view pf the ocean! Happy stay with family so far!
