Breakfast is not bad, breakfast for three days every day has changed, the environment is quiet, the room is clean, the bed is a bit soft, the front desk is still very good to communicate, help print a few documents

Location: Situated on the banks of the Ural River, right on the border between Europe and Asia. Accommodations: A 5-star hotel featuring 194 rooms, including standard rooms and long-term apartments. Amenities: Known for its outdoor rooftop pool (one of the best in the city), an indoor pool, a gym, and a spa. Dining: Home to Dolce Vita, a well-regarded Italian restaurant, and a popular pizzeria.

The environment was excellent, the facilities were complete, and the location was superb. It was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Kazakhstan. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

This stay was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and comfortable, with a warm and elegant decor. The front desk and service staff were very welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to restaurants and attractions. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure!

Комната на самом деле обычная, отель уже вышел из состава группы Marriott. В районе Атырау этот отель, вероятно, неплох (не останавливался в других отелях Атырау, поэтому сравнивать неудобно). Завтрак довольно разнообразный, тренажёрный зал очень большой, много оборудования (однако в этот раз поездка была слишком насыщенной, и не успел позаниматься)😁.

The location is convenient, close to the airport and the convention center, but there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby. The room itself was decent, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to a main road. However, the front desk staff were quite cold, and I had to remind them multiple times to clean the room. Breakfast was nothing special, and the two times I ordered dinner from their restaurant, the dishes were disappointing.
