The hotel left a very pleasant impression. I especially liked the beautiful and spacious garden here, free car park and the polite staff, I especially want to mention Anara and Sumai, who are very friendly and polite! Pleasantly communicate, do their work very professionally, always greet you with a smile, thanks to which you feel comfortable, and want to come back here again, here I feel at home!

The room was clean and tidy, the boss was very enthusiastic, the food was very cost-effective, and the problem of eating was solved.

Luckily, my visa hadn't expired yet. The flight wasn't crowded, and despite the heavy snow and bad weather, we arrived late at night. The lobby was incredibly warm, and since it was just before Christmas, the decorations on the first floor were beautiful. With the festive Christmas music playing, it immediately felt cozy and romantic, just like a Christmas movie. The lobby has plenty of seating, including single armchairs, sofas for two, and larger group arrangements, perfect for relaxing or chatting. I booked a single room; it wasn't huge but felt very cozy. The mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The service was also very attentive. As an introvert, I really appreciated the overall vibe. Plus, the light meal options at the downstairs restaurant were quite good.

great service. it's my second time staying this hotel, my wife and daughter came with me, hotel offered an extra bed for free,which should be 25usd. though we didn't need it. really appreciated!!

The room was a little small, but very clean, which was great. It was a shame that it took a while for the hot water to come on in the shower (about 30 minutes after turning on the water heater), but at least the hot water eventually came out.
