15 min drive from Haneda airport, spending 2730 yen for Uber at midnight 2am. The hotel provided self checking for late night arrival. Got microwave and vending machine at ground floor. No lift so we have to carry luggage by stair.Room space is small and not allow full open of 50:50 28 inch luggage. Bed is comfortable.

The front desk service was excellent. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept really well. The room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. The view was great. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Plus, it's just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station.

It was Saturday and I checked in around 9pm, so the 15 parking spaces were full, and I was directed to a nearby multi-storey car park. I walked for 2-3 minutes with my luggage, but it seemed they were affiliated with the hotel, and when I took my parking ticket to the front desk, they operated the parking lot for free 24 hours. They politely said, ”Sorry for the trouble,” and my feelings of regret that the private parking lot was available were quickly put to rest. The room was small, but there was no problem at all for an overnight stay. I stayed in a room on the 11th floor, but the window was a push-out type, so I could only see about one-third of the view, which was a shame, but it can't be helped due to the structure. I took a picture by putting my hand out of the window with my cell phone. The shower was also comfortable to use. Although it was installed in the room, I had to take my favorite amenities from the front desk. Welcome drinks were also available at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable, and although they only had a semi-double plan and check-out was at 12 o'clock, I ended up falling asleep twice and three times, and it was very comfortable. The free breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:00, and consisted of four kinds of Danish pastries and soft French bread, which was very delicious and all-you-can-eat. There was a soup bar, a drink bar, coffee, tea, corn flakes, milk, jam, and margarine. When I called to confirm before selecting the hotel, I was told that ”it's not really something that can be called breakfast,” but I was very satisfied and impressed, and would like to use it again. Although there was no fruit or salad, I felt the wonderful spirit of hospitality in this era when everything is rising in price, and I was grateful. The staff were also kind and it was a pleasant hotel ⭕️

Lovely hotel in the prime location. We had the best time here with nice onsen experience and can see Odawara castle right from the rooftop. The staffs were very friendly, welcoming and could speak English properly. Highly recommended if you want convenience and onsen experience. Also recommend to borrow their Yukata for only 100 yen. It will be great to do photoshoot.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, I accidentally booked a smoking room when booking. The hallway, the room, and even the pillows reeked of cigarette smoke. After asking at the front desk, I was unable to change rooms, so I had to stay with a friend. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The location is excellent. Tenzawa Station is about a 10-minute walk away. Tenzawa Station is conveniently connected to Tokyo and other areas within Kankura City, with trains, express trains, and JR trains available for quick and easy travel. The hotel offers free luggage storage, saving travelers the inconvenience of leaving their luggage.

Really enjoyed my stay at Toyoko Inn Chigasaki. The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Location was super convenient, with easy access to the station and nearby supermarket. Breakfast was simple but genuinely tasty. We drove but didn't reserve parking ahead, had to park in the parking lot next door (1,000 yen for 24 hours). Overall, a great and reliable stay.

It was conveniently located near the station. Also, all the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I think the prices are a bit higher than in the surrounding area.

The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a commercial complex with Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend. The hotel has several entrances and exits, which can be a bit confusing at first. You need to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor from downstairs before you can access the guest rooms, as it requires transferring elevators. There's also a direct elevator under the pedestrian link downstairs that allows easy access in and out of the hotel, making it barrier-free for large suitcases. The commercial complex also connects to the hotel lobby, but you'll need a good sense of direction to remember the routes. This location is very convenient for visiting Anpanman Children's Museum, the CupNoodles Museum, Minato Mirai, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown. Both subway and bus stations are downstairs, and Yokohama Station is just one stop away. A tip: one side of the guest rooms offers stunning Yokohama sea views at night, while the other side allows you to see Mount Fuji from your bed. If you have a preference for a specific view, be sure to inform the front desk. On the downside, the room facilities are a bit old, and the front desk's approach to service is traditional and somewhat inflexible.

GGuest UserI spent a wonderful night here during New Year's Eve. The waiter barely understands people and foreign languages, but he is friendly and good at communication. I booked a public bathroom first, but then I changed it to a private bath when there was room. My satisfaction improved a lot! The hotel is very close to Hakoyō-Yumoto Station, and the taxi cost was less than 1,000 yen. Later, we couldn't get a taxi and it was very comfortable for us to walk to the station for 15 minutes with our children🏳️🌈

GGuest UserFor a hotel priced at 11,000 yen per night, I expected the facilities to be fine. However, the water suddenly stopped while I was washing up in the evening. I called the front desk, and they told me it was due to strong winds and they didn't know when it would be fixed. Although it was restored after about an hour or two, the toilet suddenly started gushing water after the water came back on. The staff's problem-solving skills and attitude were terrible, while Ctrip customer service was surprisingly helpful. Breakfast was a fixed Japanese style, and I really couldn't stand the fish, sashimi, and pickles all morning. I asked a waiter if I could have a piece or two of bread at the next table to fill my stomach, seeing that they were eating bread. They replied that Day 1 was Japanese style, and only Day 2 was Western style with bread. If I wanted some, I would have to pay 600 yen for three slices of bread... The service staff's logic was unbelievable. Nobody gave me a choice when I checked in! I checked in at 5 am, and the only breakfast option was at 9:30 am. I should have known better than to wait for this awful breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with excellent service. Everything was great, except for the down pillows, which I found uncomfortable (I was too lazy to call and ask for a replacement). The hotel itself is beautiful, and the large windows offer stunning views! All of Yokohama's famous attractions are nearby! Getting to the airport is also very convenient, as you can catch a bus right from the hotel's ground floor for 1000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children.

GGuest UserHakone Kowakien Ten-yu is a truly comfortable and relaxing ryokan that made our stay very enjoyable. The staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived by car, and they promptly helped unload our luggage and delivered it to the hotel. They also assisted with carrying our luggage back to the car during check-out. The room was well-equipped, clean, and very hygienic, and the high-floor view was wide and beautiful. Breakfast and dinner buffet were both satisfying, with delicious food and a good variety of choices. The onsen was also impressive, with two levels of outdoor baths that are alternated between men and women at different times, allowing guests to enjoy both. The water park-style onsen area was a bit less impressive, but overall, this ryokan deserves a very high rating. The official site highlights its open-air onsen, private baths in all rooms, and well-regarded dining, which matches the strong overall experience here

HHehehe_233This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in the greater Tokyo area! The transportation is incredibly convenient; it's very close to JR Kawasaki Station, and you can reach Tokyo Station in about 20 minutes with just three stops on the Tokaido Line. It really holds its own against hotels within central Tokyo. The area around Kawasaki Station is also bustling with businesses. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. The room itself was spotless and tidy, and the amenities were well-appointed – even the TV was a large Sony. Thank you!!

11360173****Ryori-yaku (restaurant name), the hot springs in Hakone are unparalleled, but the food here really deserves mention. I've been to Ryori-yaku in Izu before, and compared to that, this one probably suits my taste better. It's not as sweet, so the food is refreshing and not cloying. The only downside is that the rooms are really small—every inch of space is precious!

GGuest UserTake the Shinkansen from Osaka to Odawara, then transfer to the tram to Hakone Yumoto, and then take a bus to Gora. Two people dragged their suitcases and walked uphill for 15 minutes. They were exhausted. When they arrived at the hotel, they found that they could wait for the train in Gora, and it only took 5 minutes to walk. The hotel facilities are not new, and there are not many guests, mostly Japanese tourists. The hot spring is relatively small, and the water temperature is very high. You have to come out to breathe after soaking for a while. I experienced the private bath and open-air hot spring, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The food is OK, worthy of the price.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning – I had a super comfortable stay! It's perfect for unwinding after a day trip to Hakone, and then enjoying some drinks in the evening. The minibar is well-stocked. My only minor complaint is that early check-in isn't possible, and there's no luggage storage on-site. If you need to store your bags, you can use the paid lockers at the nearby station.

AAnonymous UserAmbiance: 💯 From the moment you step out of the elevator, you're greeted with a Muji-esque essential oil scent. On the 20th floor, piano music plays, and the panoramic sea view is just incredibly relaxing. Service: The staff's English is excellent! 👍 Facilities: Everything is brand new! The hairdryer is a Refa, which is quite good and lightweight. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless! The sea view room is truly stunning. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yokohama.
