The hotel is a bit dated but functional. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but everything else was impeccable. The location is great, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The breakfast was more than excellent, with both sweet and savory options. Great value for money. Absolutely recommend.

The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .
A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable.
The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.
We stayed at this hotel in 2019, but it's certainly tired since then, and the service has declined (no free beach towels, no bottled water, no slippers, etc.). But in terms of price/quality, it's still one of the best options! The hotel is on the beachfront, fairly close to the train station, and shops are within walking distance. There are plenty of delicious restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Breakfast hasn't improved, but overall, the buffet is decent; you definitely won't leave hungry. There is a pool, but the heating was turned off, so no one could use it – the water was freezing. We didn't use the spa services. It's not a 4-star hotel, but it's definitely a 3-star hotel.
Structure located in the centre of the country, in a very beautiful location, near the main square and next to the park where the summer show of blues and other concerts is held
I came for work, carrying my usual mix of focus and fatigue, and somehow this hotel became a small reminder to slow down. The welcome was warm, the check-in effortless, and the staff carried a calm kindness that made everything feel easy.
The room was spacious, quiet, and honest in its simplicity. After a long day of travel and meetings, it felt like a safe pause, a place where my mind could finally rest while my heart caught up.
Breakfast was bright and generous, full of small details that made the morning feel lighter. The smell of coffee, the sound of soft conversation, the way sunlight filled the dining area, it was the kind of calm that makes you grateful to simply be there.
It's pretty good, but there are some shortcomings. For example, there was no quilt in the room at the beginning, so I had to find a quilt in the closet myself.
Pleasant hotel, courteous staff . Nice little breakfast to start your day. Walking distance to beach area approx 15min. Hotel location convenient to many restaurants and attractions.
Large room with flat screen tv - bathroom on a smaller scale.
This hotel offers the best value for money in Parma. The location is excellent, right on the edge of the old town. If you're not comfortable there, you can easily visit the church and other historical sites, as well as the pedestrianized commercial street in the old town center. There are also several fantastic restaurants nearby!

Very Good
JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too
