My stay here was absolutely terrible. The worst part was when the cleaning staff entered my room without knocking or permission while I was still inside. This was a severe invasion of my privacy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Furthermore, the hotel's service was disappointing. They charged an extra fee for luggage storage, which was not clearly stated during booking. This felt very unreasonable and like a 'hidden charge.' Overall, this hotel has significant issues with basic service standards and customer experience, making it hard to trust. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it to others.

The hostel is very new and very beautiful. The rooms are perfectly clean and bathroom/toilet/hot water running perfectly. Very nice and quite rich breakfast, although everyday the same, but still good enough. The hostel has a hidden garden with beautiful light and atmoshpere. The rooftop is very lovely, with amazing views of sunset and moonlight, intimate lighting and many seats available. The weekend was full of parties and DJ sets on the rooftop. The locaion very central and very accessible by Transport. very close to clubs and other places to hangout. Stuff is quite helpful and professional. I loved my stay here, neve rhad any single problem or disagreement. I totlaly recommend this place and will come back even myself.

This is a chain hotel with a consistent style, suitable for all ages. We were allowed to check in before 2 PM, which was a nice touch. Our room was on the top floor and the window could be adjusted for ventilation. There's a restaurant, and I saw a buffet in the evening. The front desk staff were very welcoming.

My girlfriend and I spent a weekend there. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Excellent value for money!

Nice hotel in a good location. The food and amenities were okay, but the staff weren’t very welcoming. The phone in my room wasn’t working, so I had to call reception on my mobile, and it took quite a while for someone to pick up. When I mentioned the issue, the receptionist just said “okay” and didn’t offer an explanation, he just asked what I wanted. The second time I called, the person who picked up said she couldn’t hear me, told me to come down to reception, and then hung up. I was just glad my stay was short because I didn’t feel very welcome.

Great looking hotel. They've done well converting an old monastery into a luxury hotel. Breakfast is fantastic and the bar and restaurants are superb.

Overall, a good stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and check-in was straightforward. However, it's noticeable that the apartments and hallways are showing their age and could use a refresh. Nevertheless, the price was right and we were satisfied overall.

The location and overall atmosphere made the stay pleasant and convenient. One area that could definitely be improved is the breakfast selection, especially in terms of chicken options. Adding a bit more variety there would make the experience even better for guests looking for more protein choices. Also, the checkout experience was not the most pleasant and felt less welcoming compared to the rest of the stay. A smoother and more courteous checkout process would leave guests with a much better final impression. That said, the stay overall was comfortable and enjoyable, and with a few improvements, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

The hotel is conveniently located to major tourist attractions. Take 100E from airport to Deak Ferenc Ter & a 11min walk to hotel. Nearest train station is just less than 5 mins walk to hotel. There are many bus and tram routes just less than 5mins walk around the hotel. We could do day walks around the district and admire the architectural buildings. The hotel offers decent complimentary breakfast to all guests which is so convenient. St Stephen’s Basilica is just less than 8mins walk from the hotel. The advent markets started when we arrived. There are also several cafes and restaurants around. The service desks staff are very helpful and friendly. My check-in and checkout was a breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

My overall experience at the Park Inn by Radisson Budapest was decent. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with easy access to public transport and attractions nearby. The room was generally clean, and the facilities met basic accommodation needs. However, the service didn't quite meet my expectations. During my stay, staff responsiveness was slow, and they weren't proactive enough in addressing guest requests and issues. The overall service attitude felt rather indifferent. While all problems were eventually resolved, the process wasn't smooth, and I didn't feel particularly valued as a guest.
