The Wyndham Garden Fraser Hill offers a comfortable stay in a peaceful and refreshing environment. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the cool climate is a welcome change from the lowlands. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were generally clean and spacious, although some facilities could benefit from renovation and upgrading. Breakfast was satisfactory, with enough options for most guests. Despite a few minor areas for improvement, the overall experience was enjoyable and value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful design, and both the morning views and the night scenery were amazing. It’s a great place for a family trip or a gathering with friends. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the humidity is quite high, and there was some moss-like buildup on the floor as well as a slightly musty smell. It would be great if some dehumidifying products could be placed in the bathroom to help with this. One thing we really loved was the washing machine. Having a washer and dryer in one was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the view was absolutely beautiful. The only thing that could be improved is adding a mirror outside the bathroom, as there is currently only a mirror inside the bathroom. It would also be great if the hotel could provide a qiblat direction sign in the room. Other than that, everything was great and definitely worth the stay. 1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn. 2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars. 3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay. 4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better. 5. The pool is suitable for kids. 6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though. 7. Cleanliness. - The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5 - Sheets and pillows, not clean. - Towels had dirty spots. - The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face. 8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites. 9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay). - White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement). I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

Excellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is conveniently located close to popular attractions such as GPO and the cable car. It is also easy to get daily necessities as there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, ZUS Coffee, and McDonald’s nearby. The breakfast offers a wide variety of menu choices, with a comfortable and pleasant dining area. There is also a designated area for brisk walking and a playground for children, making it a great choice for families. The swimming pool is another highlight, with a dedicated children’s pool area and a relaxing jacuzzi on the rooftop. The rooftop offers a beautiful and stunning view, making it a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Room cleanliness is acceptable. Not too clean, but not dirty either. There is still some room for improvement in terms of housekeeping. Breakfast was okay with a decent variety, but nothing too special. Staff were nice and friendly. No issues during my stay. Parking was convenient and spacious, although the parking area was quite dimly lit, especially at night. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price. There is still room for improvement, especially in terms of room cleanliness and lighting.

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

This hotel has very good location, middle of the town, easy access to mall, 2 min walk as it is in front of the hotel..the room is spacious, all is good until i tried the sink a bit tersumbat, and safety box out of battery…so requested to change the room but the manager denied ans asked maintenance to check first, eventually after check, as i was saying, that room problem, lucky i got another room that solve this issue But i think thus hotel need to improve of all of their rooms..safety box and the sink especially, the rest still in order .. Anyway, this hotel still have very good demand ..;)

The location is quite far from town, and unfortunately, the family room had no nice view at all—it was facing another building. The check-in process was also very disappointing, as we had to queue for a long time. On top of that, the toilet had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even less comfortable. This was our first experience staying at Wyndham Genting, and sadly, it was a very disappointing one.
