My stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I was warmly welcomed by two exceptionally friendly receptionists, Yana and her colleague, whose hospitality immediately made me feel at home. They went above and beyond by offering insightful recommendations on places to explore and even provided me with a printed map, making it effortless to plan my outings. The hotel was immaculate, and every area was impeccably maintained, reflecting the staff’s attention to detail. Overall, it was a delightful and seamless experience, and I left thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

Stayed at Geo38 Premier Suites in Genting Highlands and overall had a pleasant experience. The unit was impressively spacious, clean, and very comfortable—definitely a great choice for families or groups who want extra room to relax. The layout felt modern and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Oakwood Cameron Highlands exceeded my expectations. Although it is not a five-star hotel, everything is comfortable, clean and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is excellent, and the room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, reliable hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is very good, but it gets busy after 9:00 a.m., so arriving earlier is better. The internet is fast, although connecting several devices can require a little effort. The balcony offers a beautiful view and fresh mountain air. The location near the golf course is convenient, the restaurant is good, and the terrace on the 15th floor is outstanding. I have not enjoyed such a peaceful and pleasant hotel stay for a long time and would happily return.

1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn. 2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars. 3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay. 4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better. 5. The pool is suitable for kids. 6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though. 7. Cleanliness. - The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5 - Sheets and pillows, not clean. - Towels had dirty spots. - The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face. 8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites. 9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay). - White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement). I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

Excellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

I signed up for the jogging and tea program the day before, which started at 8 AM on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, and it was great. Luckily, a car was provided for the return trip, which was convenient. I was initially surprised that some amenities were missing, but after messaging the hotel concierge on WhatsApp, they were immediately brought to my room. Thank you.

Returned to this hotel after 10 years. Many changes, especially the pool. We stayed in a deluxe room. The room was quite spacious and clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. The water pressure was strong, which made for a pleasant shower. The mattress and pillows were just average. Breakfast was also just average with limited choices. The bellboy was excellent; he helped us carry all our luggage without complaint, even using the stairs since there's no elevator to my room's building. It was fine though. We'll definitely be back because the kids loved the pool.

As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway.
