Excellent location and facilities. Convenient shuttle service and inclusive breakfast. This is the cleanest Hampton by Hilton I have so far stayed at! One thing to consider in lactose and gluten free options for a breakfast, other than that, I have absolutely enjoyed my stay and will be back again and again!

The staff were incredibly friendly. I arrived well before check-in, but they kindly offered luggage storage, which allowed me to visit the Starbucks coffee farm (about a 30-minute drive) beforehand. It was convenient to pick up essentials at the Walmart just 4-5 minutes away, and I also appreciated being able to enjoy the food court and shopping at City Mall, which was only a 10-minute walk.

The hotel counter staff is friendly and the shuttle bus is convenient for the evening flight to exceed one o'clock in the morning. There is a sheep and cattle free-range under the scenery of the mountain view. The sound insulation effect is ordinary. The room is turned off and the air-conditioning is about 23 degrees. The bed is hard. Next to the department store holiday crowd, it takes about 1 hour to wait for the meal.

The best of the low-cost in La Fortune. No problem getting to a taxi . The view from the window is incredible.

Very friendly and uncomplicated reception. The hotel is very well located near a mall and the airport. I thought the free laundry facilities were great. Unfortunately, the free shuttle to the airport was 10 minutes late, which is acceptable but should not happen given the very expensive price of the overnight stay.

Good stopover hotel. It is larger than expected. Great surroundings.

We arrived to find a beautiful hotel In a lush setting with the most beautiful foliage with tropical birds.  The grounds were a paradise. Every morning we were serenaded with the songs of all the different bird species.  The restaurant was an excellent Italian restaurant  that we would recommend to anyone.  The staff was always happy to provide any assistance with a smile.

Having stayed in so many hotels in Costa Rica, this is definitely the top 1 in our hearts! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was surrounded by surprise. The environment was so good that it was like breaking into the secret garden in the tropical rain forest. Each room was a single-family wooden house with its own warmth. The most surprising thing was that there was air conditioning (you know that many local hotels do not have it, this is too much points)! The facilities in the hotel are also superb, the pool is clean and spacious, and the pools in the hot springs are so dazzling that they are not heavy every day. They are comfortable and don't want to go. If you bring a baby, you don't have to worry at all. The farm can interact with small animals. The children's playground can also let the baby play, and adults can take the opportunity to relax. Must focus on boasting the restaurant! The dishes are delicious and amazing, the price is particularly close to the people, and the plate is super ritual, it feels like dining in a high-end restaurant, the price is absolutely perfect. The staff is more enthusiastic like family, greeted with smiles throughout the whole process, and will take the initiative to hand over homemade drinks, warm and intimate. The most important thing is that this experience is actually cheaper than other hotels we have stayed in, and it is really good value for money! If you come to Costa Rica, you will never regret choosing this one, and it is highly recommended to everyone! Really Chinese do not lie to Chinese people, really recommend! Next time I come to live in this 👍 I really regret not staying for a few more days 😭 I really suggest that I want everyone to live here without eating the loss of the hotel I stayed in before! This hotel is one of the best in Costa Rica 💖
