The place is nice, but rooms are not that great, they are small and basic. Also rooms are very cold at night. The area is nice, and is accross the street for great mountain trails.

Breakfast is average, American style in the lobby on the first floor. There are free billiards and bars. Very close to the Jaime duque amusement park. There is a parking lot, suitable for children. The picture is the view from the window of the room.

The room is smaller and the breakfast is OK. There is a paid drop-off service. Overall OK.

I am very happy with the experience, absolutely everything was of my pleasure from the location to the attention in general, I felt in great comfort and well welcomed by the staff, exceeded my expectations and would return 100% safe for a good stay.

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. On the third day, the hotel told the bank card to wait 15 days for the refund. In short, the money was very positive when receiving, and the refund was very laborious. The experience is very poor. The room was clean and the breakfast was OK. The hardware is in line with the quality of ibis, and the software is in line with the style of Latin American work. Fortunately, Ctrip has been very cooperative, which is why I have always used Ctrip, even foreign hotels.
