This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels.

Hotel had an absolutely amazing view of the bell tower from our room. The twin room had the best view so we opted for that instead of our usual Kingbed. We were celebrating wife's birthday so staff had kindly put baloons and petals on the bed. Laundry area is available for self service. Complimentary cold water bottles available in reception as soon as you walk in which is great during the summer heatwave. We are muslim so had a small selection of food options for breakfast but was enough to start our day. The only let down was that our bedsheets were not changed during our 3 night stay. Housekeeping tidied up and emptied the bins, replaced towels etc but would have been great if the sheets were also changed out (nights can get hot in China fresh bedsheets are always appreciated!)

My stay at Yongningmen Yazhi Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with both the public areas and guest rooms decorated in a warm and comfortable style. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, treating guests kindly, and you could feel their dedication in every interaction. The biggest surprise was upon checkout, when the customer service manager thoughtfully presented us with a special Xi'an refrigerator magnet and a small shadow puppet souvenir. They were small, exquisite, and full of local charm. These heartwarming little details were incredibly touching and added a wonderful memory to my trip. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Xi'an!!!

Choosing to stay at The Westin for my trip to Xi'an was an absolutely brilliant decision! Before coming to Xi'an, I read a lot of guides, and many people recommended staying near the Bell Tower because it's in the city center and convenient for getting everywhere. However, I knew I'd definitely want to visit Datang Everbright City, and getting a taxi back from there can be tough, while the subway is often crowded. So, I decided to stay near Datang Everbright City, ideally somewhere I could walk back to the hotel from. It turns out I made the perfect choice! Location: The Westin's location is incredible! Right outside, you have the Great Ci'en Temple and Grand Tang Mall, and you can reach the best photo spot for the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda just by stepping out. Datang Everbright City is just around the corner, a short walk away, and you can even see the pedestrian street from your room. It's also only an 11-minute drive to the Shaanxi History Museum – so convenient! Ambiance: The hotel's interior decor is simple and not overly luxurious, but it's very clean and tidy. The rooms are too. Breakfast: There's a wide variety of dishes, and the food tastes excellent, especially the stir-fried dishes – they were really good! The stir-fried bitter melon with egg, stir-fried lettuce with egg white, and stir-fried honey beans were particularly delicious, and you could tell the ingredients were super fresh. I rarely praise a hotel's breakfast stir-fries this much. The only minor drawback was the doormen on the first and second days; they completely ignored guests getting in and out of cars, which was a first for me. However, the doorman I met on my departure was very helpful and assisted with loading my luggage into the car. Overall, a very satisfying stay. If I get the chance to visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

Very convenient location with bell tower and famous streets like Hui Min Jie all within walking distance. It is also near to metro lines. The room is also comfortable and modern. Amenities wise, just note that not all rooms come with a refrigerator. Value for money and had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Amidst the vibrant chaos of my Xi'an trip, the Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely my best choice. The room was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature before I even arrived, so stepping in felt incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The butler service was outstanding. Communication was always warm and prompt, and the information provided was accurate and high-quality. Housekeeping was especially timely. Following Lucky's recommendations, I visited many places, which significantly boosted my travel efficiency. A big thank you to Lucky for her thoughtful care. The Four Points by Sheraton rooms are very new. I recommend choosing an inner-facing room; they are quiet and offer a beautiful sky view from the window. All amenities worked perfectly. The complimentary apple juice was delicious, so I even asked Lucky for two more bottles. Kudos to all the staff; their 'three-meter greeting' (approaching guests to assist) was excellent. Most importantly, with such a great location, superb service, and fantastic rooms, the price was surprisingly affordable! I can confidently say that among all the hotels in Xi'an, this one offers the best value for money. Oh, and the lobby bar was excellent too! They really got into the World Cup spirit. It's a shame I had to leave a day early; if I'd stayed one more night, I definitely wouldn't have slept – I would have spent the evening at the lobby bar! In a word, choose Four Points by Sheraton; you won't regret it.

The buffet breakfast at JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an Gaoxin was a perfect experience! The restaurant, located on the 38th floor, offers expansive views and a refined, comfortable dining atmosphere. The fusion of Western and Chinese dishes was a real highlight. You absolutely must try the local specialty station: the freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) had a crispy exterior and juicy braised meat, while the Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake), Hulu Tang (spicy soup), and Saozi Noodles were all authentic and delicious. You can savor Shaanxi cuisine without even leaving the hotel. The Western pastries were abundant, with croissants and Danish pastries that were soft and sweet, and the Eggs Benedict tasted authentic. The made-to-order noodle station was quick and used quality ingredients. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits, beverages, and desserts. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the quality was top-notch, making for a delightful and satisfying breakfast. A must-try during your stay!

The newly opened hotel is well-decorated, clean, and offers great value for money. The staff are very welcoming. It's conveniently located near Confucius Temple, the snack street, and Yulin Ancient City, making it easy to explore. I frequently travel to Yulin for business and was extremely satisfied with my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. There was a free self-service laundry room available for washing and drying clothes. The hotel's service was unexpectedly good; from the airport pick-up and front desk staff to the laundry room attendant and housekeeping, everyone's service was almost unbelievably good, but never felt excessive or uncomfortable. Because of this hotel, I even want to visit Xi'an again, and in the future, I will definitely stay with Huazhu Group again in China (their management must be excellent). Of course, booking through Trip.com also offered many benefits, including free breakfast and dinner (the *youpo chemian* at dinner was the best noodle dish I've ever had!), and the room also came with a complimentary fruit plate.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Great location, fantastic design, excellent service, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights, and they proactively upgraded my room type for 4 of those nights – I honestly didn't want to leave. The breakfast buffet offers a decent variety, with both Chinese and Western options, plus hand-drip coffee. The afternoon tea pastries are homemade by the restaurant, exquisite, and delicious. And the late-night snacks are superb too! Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to any friends planning a trip there. **Amenities:** The hotel's design is top-notch, with thoughtful touches evident in both its overall exterior and internal details. The aesthetics are spot on. The facilities are new and high-quality, and they even have their own private restaurant, which is not only convenient for dining but also serves excellent food. 👍 **Cleanliness:** Every part of the hotel is meticulously clean, including the rooms, lobby, corridors, and restaurant – perfect for a traveler like me who's a bit of a clean freak. **Environment:** The location is excellent, right by the city wall and not far from the subway. Most major city attractions are within a 30-40 minute commute, and spots like the Stele Forest Museum, Wenchang Gate, and the 'Old Market' are within walking distance. There are plenty of authentic local eateries, coffee shops, and traditional morning markets nearby, yet it's very quiet and peaceful at night. **Service:** Absolutely five-star service, even better than many other five-star hotels. Everyone always has a smile. The front desk staff are mostly handsome young men – proactive, polite, and quick to respond. The restaurant waitstaff are friendly local women who are attentive and can communicate in English.
