The hotel's location is great, super convenient for taking the subway or a taxi. Everything about it is excellent, really good value for money!
The staff are enthusiastic and lively, providing fantastic service. They really understand what young people are looking for. Not only do they patiently answer all your questions, but they also proactively recommend sightseeing and dining routes, making you feel as comfortable as if you were with friends. The travel package I booked also had no complicated procedures, making the whole trip easy and relaxed. Downstairs from the hotel, there are BBQ spots, local specialty snacks, and even trendy网红 (wanghong/influencer-style) shops, all just a few minutes' walk away. Carbs galore, a paradise for carb lovers!!! Xi'an's noodles are truly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋
Overall, whether you're traveling with company or solo, this place is an unparalleled choice. I highly recommend staying here!

I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well.
[Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower.
[View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it.
[Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means.
[Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received.
[Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised.
[Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well.
[Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs!
[Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

Great location in the Muslim Quarter. Lots of food around, short walk to the bell tower, near the buses to the Terracotta Army, and a short subway ride to all the other main attractions. It’s down an alley, but there are a lot of signs t make to it easy to find, and it also means it’s very quiet despite being in the middle of a popular area. The owners were friendly. I visited in winter and they made sure the room was heated in advance of my arrival. It was quite cozy.
This guesthouse at the foot of Mount Hua is a real hidden gem, so authentic and down-to-earth! The owner is incredibly warm and genuine, the rooms are spotless, and their shuttle service is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. It's a comfortable and relaxing stay, my top pick for climbing Mount Hua. I truly recommend it!

This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and a huge part of that pleasure came from the outstanding service provided by Xiao Qiao and the other staff members at the hotel.
Xiao Qiao proactively upgraded our room. Later, a family member accidentally broke a glass in the room. We felt very apologetic and uneasy at the time. Xiao Qiao reported it to her superior, and not only did they not ask for any compensation, but they also offered us warm comfort and genuine care, which deeply touched us.
Furthermore, during our stay, whenever we ordered takeout or needed anything related to our room, Xiao Qiao was always able to resolve our issues promptly and efficiently. As we were leaving, the staff even presented us with local specialties as a kind gesture.
This series of thoughtful and meticulous arrangements filled our entire trip with warmth and wonderful memories. You truly put the customer first, making us feel completely at home, and that's what made this trip so unforgettable.
My sincere thanks again to Xiao Qiao and every staff member who helped us.

If you looking for a place to stay at East Gate, this is the place for you. It right smack in front of East Gate of Xi'an Wall and exactly in front of the metro station. The hotel itself is only 2 storey at 4th and 5th floor with the receptionist, dining room, washing machine and gym on the 4th floor. It's actually very big as I think it occupied almost whole 4th and 5th storey building. The bulding itself share with other commercial tenant. The room I got is on the 5th floor far away form the lift so it kind of bit hassle to walk down let say to wash your clothes.
The breakfast is exceptional. Not big variety type but enough to fill your stomach in the morning. I got myself room with a verandah with Xi'an Wall. Just a bit put off that the parapet wall/railing is kinda high up to your chest fully opaque so in case you want to see the view you need to stand up rather than sitting down. I will be better a glass type of parapet wall/railing so you can bask in the view.
My opinion if you want to get a room maybe 4th floor is good enough with facing the city wall. I don't think got anything different than 5fh wall only they have verandah.
The owner was super warm and friendly, and they even offer a pick-up and drop-off service to the train station. The apricots in the courtyard were perfectly ripe, and we were allowed to pick and eat them. The rooftop offers amazing views and is perfect for taking beautiful photos. I'll definitely recommend this place to my family and friends, and I'll be staying here again next time! 😊

I accidentally booked the wrong room type, as I wanted one with a view of Qingliangshan at night. Luckily, there was a room available, and the kind young lady at the front desk helped me upgrade to a scenic room for a small difference in price. The room facilities were all excellent. While waiting to check in, as there were many people, I enjoyed the complimentary black tea at the front desk – it was really good. The hotel also features some antique TVs and sewing machines. The calligraphy and paintings in the hallway are truly remarkable; I walked around every floor as if I were at an art exhibition. Although the hotel has been around for some years, it's well-maintained and refurbished, clean and hygienic. All the facilities and equipment are also very complete and well-maintained. Whether it was the front desk staff or the cleaning ladies I encountered, everyone greeted me warmly. A very pleasant experience overall.

My wife and I had a lively stay at the Eastern House Boutique Hotel in X'ian. The location is within walking distance to the Muslin Quarters, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, City Walls and the Morning market! The room is spacious, clean and the staffs were very accommodating. The decor was up to date. One of my two recommendations for the hotel is to notify AMap that their English name is not listed in their application, only in Chinese or have their front desk personnel point out their Chinese hotel name so it will be more convenient for their guests to get around. The second recommendation is the hall-way area needed to be better ventilated.

LLiguaishouThe service was excellent. On my first day, I arrived in the rain, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind. Noticing I was lightly dressed, she quickly checked for an available room and allowed me to check in. I was truly grateful for her thoughtfulness.
Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless.
The location is also very convenient, with a subway station and a shopping mall nearby.
GGuest UserThis hotel is said to be the only one of its kind in Xi'an, and one of only two in Asia. I decided to give it a try for one night, and overall, I had a good experience. First, the environment: it's located in the former People's Mansion, within its own large courtyard, providing a quiet retreat from the bustling city. There's even a fountain downstairs. The hotel's designer is Chinese, but it boasts a French style. It was originally built during the Soviet aid era to host Soviet experts, so it likely incorporates elements from Chinese, French, and Russian cultures. About 90% of the guests are foreigners, possibly French, though I couldn't really tell. The room decor is quite elegant, not modern. The facilities and amenities are good, but some furniture and the floor show obvious signs of wear. The staff are all young and provide excellent, smiling service. Breakfast was just so-so; it seems more geared towards foreigners. For Chinese guests, the variety is quite limited, and it pales in comparison to the breakfasts at InterContinental, Four Seasons, and especially the Ritz-Carlton. But then again, each hotel has its own unique characteristics. All in all, it's a hotel worth staying at!
GGuest UserWe arrived very late for check-in, but the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade for both our rooms and thoughtfully arranged them side by side, which made things so much easier for our family.
The rooms were very spacious, clean, and modern, with two very comfortable double beds. We also really appreciated the complimentary daily laundry service — such a thoughtful touch, especially when traveling with kids.
The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to Wen Chang Men city wall, which made exploring super convenient.
Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. There was a wide variety of options, including local Xi’an specialties like rou jia mo, zheng gao, and you zha ma hua — everything was delicious and gave us a great taste of the local culture.
A special mention to Apple from the hotel staff, who truly went above and beyond. It was my daughter’s birthday, and she kindly helped decorate the room with balloons, birthday decorations, confetti, and even birthday sunglasses. She also arranged a very cute cake for her — it absolutely made her day unforgettable.
Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is available 24 hours, and they responded to our requests even late at night (around 2:30am), which we really appreciated. My kids also loved the little robot that delivers items like mineral water — such a fun and memorable touch.
When we checked out, the hotel even gave us Xi’an fridge magnets as souvenirs, which was a lovely gesture.
Xi’an has become one of our favourite cities in China — 5 days were simply not enough to explore everything this culturally rich place has to offer. We will definitely be back, and without a doubt, we would choose to stay at this hotel again.
GGuest UserWe rent a total 5 rooms 5 night total of 10 people trip.
The front desk has provided an excellent job and very good in keeping up in touch with us before, during and during emergency time.
Good communication and gave us a free shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel.
Due to the flight cancel, the front desk also helps us to rebook anothet of stay. Helping us to send a parcel.
One of my friend forgot his very valueble item in the room. By the time my friend realised this. He already 100 miiles away from the hotel. We called the front desk.
And the front desk helped us by live video communication and searching thru out the room. And found the item.
100% and i will recommend this hotel. Good worker
Very clean room, toilet very clean
TTangaiqiThe price was great, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's decor was very comfortable and relaxing, perfect for photos – it's a shame we only stayed two nights and didn't have enough time to take more pictures.
The hotel also offered a complimentary photoshoot with a photographer, afternoon tea, red wine, and late-night oatmeal porridge (which was perfect since I was on a diet, I could drink it without guilt!). The overall vibe of the hotel was fantastic.
Because we had an early flight the next day, we couldn't make it to breakfast. I thought that would be the end of it, but the butler offered to deliver it to our room. Even though it was a simple meal, it made me feel very well taken care of. All the drinks and tea in the room were complimentary, unlike many expensive hotels that don't offer such services. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserBecause I booked for my friend, I booked three standard rooms, and then I went to their hotel in advance to inquire whether there was a deposit or something like that, and then the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, left me a WeChat, and the service was very good. The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to Ganjiazhai and Keji Road subway entrances, the environment is very good, and the sanitation is also very clean. The main thing about their hotel is that the location is very good, the service is very good, the facilities and equipment are very good, including afternoon tea, which can be used at the entrance of the lobby on the first floor, which is also very convenient and has plenty of time. It is also convenient to have breakfast and supper in the restaurant, and there are many tourist attractions nearby. The location is also good, and there is free parking at the door,
GGuest UserOur group had a wonderful six-night stay at the Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Before checking in, we inquired about various hotel services, and the reservation staff were incredibly patient and helpful. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered, no matter their role, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As hotel guests, we enjoyed complimentary access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area and the hot springs. We booked a room with a private hot tub, which was disinfected daily by staff and refilled with fresh water every evening – it was so relaxing to soak in after a day of sightseeing! The hotel also helped us purchase tickets for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, and our seats were excellent. A dedicated staff member guided us to our seats before the show and picked us up afterward. The outdoor hot spring experience was also fantastic; perhaps because it wasn't peak season, it wasn't crowded. Like the private tubs, there were complimentary drinks and fruits. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. If you're visiting Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Army, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Ivy at reception for the smooth check-in and check-out. The staff were very thoughtful — they even lent us contact lens solution when we asked where to buy one. We also received complimentary magnets and a free room upgrade. The rooms were big, spacious, and comfortable. It’s about 10mins walk to the Great Mosque, Bell Tower and Muslim street.
One tip: be careful when selecting the hotel on DiDi, as there is another hotel with the same name nearby. Our taxi brought us to the wrong hotel twice. I guess difference in the translation
BBopaiExcellent location right next to CapitaLand Mall, and not far from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Ci'en Temple, Shaanxi History Museum, and Xi'an Museum. The rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable and well-functioning amenities. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The biggest plus is the suite-style layout and fully equipped home appliances, offering outstanding value for money. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Xi'an again.
GGuest UserThe inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business
