A great hotel for short stay. The room has soap facilities, toothbrush, pasta. White shirt. Heavy blanket. New pillow. Free sauna+swimming pool from 8 a.m. to 16 a.m. Breakfasts are very satisfying and delicious. In the non-season instead of the Swedish table can feed on the menu. Note that the double room is one person and it has a very cool staircase, almost vertical. Not everyone will fit. So the hotel can boldly recommend!

A great hotel in the center. With Armenian color and hospitality. In room 2 bottles of water, we were kindly offered a second blanket to comfortably accommodate. There are toothbrushes in the bathroom. We were treated to the resepshen with the delicious marinated kistil and their insistences is a miracle. We liked everything. We'll come again ! )

Amazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

The hotel was chosen by convenient location and adequate cost.
There were hotels and cheaper, but all decided to stop here.
Here we haven't regretted at all! The hotel is cozy to the impossible, the staff are all friendly, polite. The rooms are excellent, spacious. Everything clean, neat!
I advise everyone this hotel!

Gumri left me with very good memories! People are very enthusiastic, the front desk brother is very good, I really want to thank him. When it rained, I was embarrassed to borrow an umbrella and he offered it to me. This point reflects that the people of this country are very friendly and enthusiastic. I love this city because of this hotel

Почитали некоторые отзывы и сомневались в выборе отеля, но рады, что выбрали именно его.
Плюсы:
- хорошее местоположение, от этого отеля начинается старый город и основные достопримечательности
- чистый номер, высокие потолки, хорошая постель.
Что смущало:
- писали, что есть шум от ресторана. Проживали на втором этаже, шума не слышали
- был шум от вытяжки из кафе на первом этаже.Гул был достаточно монотонный поэтому спать не мешал
- немного расшатанная лейка для душа, но не так, чтобы брызгается во все стороны. При тем что напор хороший.
- писали про плохую шумоизоляцию. Может повезло с соседями, но особо никого не слышали.
Вид из ресторана на завтрак - вишенка на торте. Действительно прекрасный вид. Сотрудники отеля действительно супер доброжелательные.
Рады, что остановились именно в этом месте

The overall experience is very good, the accommodation room is big and cheap, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. Jiumli is a warm city, because the place is not big, it is very convenient to walk or take a taxi, I like it very much.

Такое гостеприимство и радушие, что меня пробирало до слез.
Начнем с того, что отель выглядит, как гостевой дом, но сервис отеля.
Уборка в номере каждый день.
Удобные матрасы, мягкое постельное белье. ЧИСТО.
Есть общая кухня. И на этой кухне есть все. Даже продукты очень эстетично разложены в холодильнике: яйца, хлопья, сыры плавленые, кексы, хлеб, джемы видов 10, масло сливочное.
Есть сухие смеси, чаи, кофе. Молоко.
Посуду сказали не мыть, что есть человек, который этим занимается. Приходит каждый день и делает уборку.
Мы путешествовали на машине, здесь есть парковка внутри отеля.
Так же у нас была потребность в стирке. Стиральная машинка как раз сломалась, но её починили на следующий же день и дали мне все необходимые средства для стирки.
Есть качели, дочка была в восторге. Так же дали мелки и разрешили рисовать даже на стенах.
Отношение настолько трепетное и заботливое, чего не бывает в 5🌟 отелях.
Наши пожелания для улучшения- это:
Поменять дверь в туалет, чтобы закрывалась плотно, как обычная дверь. Так гостям будет комфортнее. И что-то сделать с дверями в душевой кабине, а то через них, когда моешься просачивается на пол вода. Может просто сделать шторки.
В остальном все чудесно. Так же отдельные слова благодарности женщине,которая приходит на уборку( не узнала имени). Мы с ней очень тепло побеседовали. Это и есть дружба народов, на которую никто не сможет повлиять ❤️
