It is located in a residential area about 300 meters outside the west gate of the ancient city. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. It is not on the main road and is very quiet. The decoration is quite good. It feels like it is a new hotel. It can almost catch up with Atour in China. The facilities are very good, which is rare when traveling in Central Asia. The bed is big and comfortable, and the room is spacious and bright. The service attitude is excellent. There are people greeting you when you enter and exit. They are very enthusiastic and provide various snacks for free. The breakfast restaurant is also quite good, but the food is hard to comment on. After all, I don’t like local food. It doesn’t look too rich, but there are very few people, so there is probably no need to make it complicated. Overall, it's well worth a stay.

The best hotel in this area. Reasonable and rich breakfast. Clean and big rooms. Small but warm swimming pool. Friendly personal. It's better to get a taxi to reach the old town (worth seeing) - unexpectedly cheap.

Останавливались в этом отеле и остались очень довольны!✨ Новый, уютный отель с красивым интерьером, видно, что всё сделано с душой. Заселили нас ночью без проблем — хозяин оказался очень приветливым и заботливым. В номере чисто, белоснежные полотенца, просторная комната со всем необходимым: кондиционер, телевизор, шкаф, тапочки, фен, шампунь и гель для душа. Завтрак с элементами традиционной кухни — очень вкусно и сытно. В коридоре всегда есть холодный чай с лимоном, что оказалось приятным бонусом. Отель расположен удобно — найти легко, а от входа в Ичан-Калу всего несколько минут пешком. Мы остались в полном восторге и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова. Рекомендуем!

Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

It's not far from the ancient city. There is a free shuttle bus to the west gate of the ancient city. You can call the front desk to arrange it, whether it is pick-up or drop-off. The breakfast is rich. The swimming pool was not experienced due to the low temperature. The price is right and the personality is high.

매우 잘한 선택이었다. 이찬칼라 안에 위치한 호텔이라 옥상에서 본 성 안의 모습과 명절이고 비수기라 고요했던 밤하늘은 잊지못할것이다. 유네스코행사가 2개월전에 있었기때문일까? 대부분의 성안 호텔이 깔끔하게 단장 한채 겨울을 맞았다. 올드시티안의 모든 내부는 리모델링된것같았다. 칸스팰리스의 내부도 정갈했다. 타일이 깔린 복도 바닥과 욕실바닥은 따끈따끈한 온돌이라 추위에 언 몸을 금 새 녹여줬다. 반짝이며 따뜻한 로비는 맨발로 다니고 싶었다. 실제로 주인집의 어린 아들들이 맨발로 다니고 있었다. 레스토랑의 가구들도 새것이었으며 독특하여 내 눈길을 끌었다. 방안에서 특히 좋았던 것은 침**다 콘센트2개~^^ 그러나 한가지 단점은 욕실의 선반이나 옷걸이 위치가 너무 높아서 나처럼 키가 작은 사람은 불편했다는.... 그럼에도 불구하고 빳빳하고 정갈하게 제공되는 타월이 있어 만점이다.
