We love staying at the ZAZA Austin. It’s so beautiful and the customer service is outstanding. Jakob at the front desk always goes above and beyond. The guys in the Valet are amazing as well!!! Great place to stay!

My husband tried to check in before me and Jacob was extremely rude as well as the manager. He did not have the reservation number and was told he could not check in because the reservation was only in my name! Terrible customer service.
On the other hand, the girls in the dining room were great; very friendly after such a horrible check in experience! Kudos to the bellman and valet as well!
Zaza you need to up your game by hiring friendly folks… after all we’re in Texas… the Friendly state.

A staycation at this beautiful property featuring a superb staff. The room, the bar/restaurant(s), the valet; top-shelf from start to finish. Accomodating staff took very good care to personalize our experience, a birthday celebration. Will definitely return!

Said it was a short walk to Moody theatre,it was not. Asked if hotel was busy and they said no and stuck us in a room with no view. Drove us down to the theatre and couldn’t find us at the same drop off place to pick us up. It cost a lot to get home. Won’t recommend or stay there again
