Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day.
The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday.
We would definitely return when in the area.
We arrived and had a quick and easy check in. Our room was ground level, with easy parking and room acsess. The room was spacious and clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and large closet. The TV wouldn't work so we made a call to the front desk, and someone came down shortly after and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations and stay definitely would return.
The hotel has free parking, the surrounding hotels are more expensive, this price is OK, breakfast is American, still rich, 9:00 ended, the room space design is reasonable. It is not cleaned thoroughly under the bathroom shower curtain, a bit moldy
Have your own parking lot and parking is free. The overall management level is more stable. The front desk service is friendly. The room has a microwave oven. The bathroom is a bathtub, inconvenient to use and the water is not smooth. Overall, hygiene and facilities maintenance need to be strengthened.

GGuest UserGreat staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.
PPenny Mason-AndersonGerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!

YYANThe hotel is conveniently located in the town of WEST LEBANON, surrounded by supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, etc. The hotel is located on a small hillside and is relatively quiet.
The hotel is small and the equipment is relatively old, but the service is good.
The free breakfast is not ideal, but you can make it up and it's convenient and fast.
The last night because the bath water was not hot, the waiter suggested to help me change a room. I said no trouble, and then they apologized and gave me a key to another room, saying that you can go to SHOWER over there.
GGuest UserI find it very pleasant to go to this hotel very clean and very close to several service restaurant shopping center near the motorway near the hotel very quiet as noisy hotel and very good service at The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. We had to abstain from bathing Thursday night because of this reason, because our daughter is dragged over by three older boys
TTin PauGreat location, minutes from all the major hiking trails and attractions. Right off Highway 3 and close to Woodstock and the Lincoln township. Adequate parking and we literally parked in front of our room.
They hv an indoor and outdoor heated pool. The outdoor jacuzzi is a big draw. There’s also a small lake for fishing and riding the water bots. Great location for weddings and picture taking.
The room was a bit old and the aircon was a bit noisy. The ceiling was a bit thin as we can hear our neighbours talking. Breakfast was great, coupled with great service.
We would return to stay again. A bit expensive for this time of the year but well worth it.
