No breakfast, sorry! This time I need a refrigerator microwave, but there is no, the room is quite clean, there are fewer facilities, and there is no breakfast! ! ! !
Room equipment was a bit old, chair handles were broken, bedding was tacky to touch, and the air conditioner smelled bad, make up, but the madam at the front desk was very nice, we called the car for us early, and we did n’t have breakfast before leaving Gave us fruit and water

We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.
Next to the son's school, the location is very convenient, walking to the school, the son will stay every time the holiday transition time, the room is large, the breakfast is rich, it is familiar, it will be safer.
Hotel is probably the best location in December as parking is not enforced that month. Other times, you’d need to take a shuttle to the hotel from remote parking lots. Location is smack in the middle of town.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. The spa looks nice, but we didn’t partake. The hotel has a great vintage feel, as it’s truly original. We loved the hardwood trim, the caged desk clerk and ease of check-in. Definately a trip into history. The elevator was small and painfully slow, so even after a long wait, there was a good chance you couldn’t board due to other guests (and lots of dogs) filling it. No big deal as there’s no need to rush anywhere.
Ah, the room. Interesting hardwood bed which was fairly comfortable. Huge with incredibly tall ceilings. Unfortunately that’s about it for positives. Wall a/c and heat far away but very noisy. Bathroom was newer but horribly designed—I’m sure from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was oddly up on a small platform— too small for any function. Shower was also very small with a very long wait for hot water and no control for velocity—you know, a single lever with cold next to off and rotated to hot. Water pressure was weak and I’m glad I only needed one. I wasn’t a fan of the cheap renovation attempts that completely failed the style of the room— modern chrome hardware next to antique bronze. Too bad whoever allowed this was more concerned with cost more than authenticity.
The sink was in the bedroom without the slightest bit of privacy. The mirror over the sink was so high, my 5’3 wife had to use her phone on the shelf to see herself. Even my 6’4 self only got the top of my head; the middle of the mirror was 6’6” high. Very bad positioning.
All in all, a great hotel with some odd quirks but I’d stay again. It’s a beautiful building.
Hotel service is good, facilities are complete, there is also a pick-up service. In addition, it is close to the place where the customer lives, and it is convenient to go shopping. The most important thing is that it is very comfortable. There is hot water. Prepare to return home
This place was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Fort Smith. I would recommend it to anybody for a night out or a family stay, they have hot breakfast which was biscuits and gravy sausage patties make your own waffles and eggs as well as a bunch of other things you could get that was complimentary. Also they have an indoor pool and work out area as well. And the service at the front desk was awesome by far the nicest people I've ever met at a hotel for sure.

TTonyaThe cost is decent. Quiet and clean. They charge an extra $60 refundable deposit plus an extra $5 when booking on this website so be prepared for that.

GGuest UserCould definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!
PPatricia RoseburrowI got there and I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I was able to get my room something was going on with the computers owner he accommodated me instead of me paying the $56 that I have previously paid he end up charging me just $38 and that was good but when I got in there it was roaches crawling around food was off in the bathtub food within the refrigerator drug heads with steady knocking on my door maybe feel uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it you couldn't ask for anything more they had a big deep swimming pool no water was in it I wish the pool was working but if they had no lottery on their property their property would be much much better but because there's a lot of lottery and drugs going on then it makes it hard and it makes the people that stay there sometimes scared especially if you're new to the state of Arkansas but overall for the price between 30 and 50 bucks the sheets were clean the towels were clean
GGuest UserI had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities.
The facilities were top-notch—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!
MMaryPool doesn't work, but staff was polite. And they are pet friendly. Not too many hotels are these days .
Overall, it's not the Ritz but it's better than a lot of the local competition. I would definitely stay again .
GGuest UserAhmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff.
The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day!
The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must.
The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT!
*Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge
**Maybe add a trip type of ”Pleasure”
GGuest UserThe important things first. Cleanliness, Safe Environment, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower, Nice TV, Good Size Refrigerator, and an AC that would freeze you out. The only downside (if any) was the front desk is only staffed from 9am until 9pm. So you are basically on your own outside of those hours. The complimentary continental breakfast has been eliminated since my stay last year. However, you can still get complimentary coffee from a Keurig in the common area that previously hosted the daily breakfast. For the price, I think it's a great bargain. I have another booking here within 30 days.
