The balcony had a city view, but the view was terrible and it didn't feel like a resort at all. If you're staying here, I recommend the Diamond Head view. It was clean, but for this price I should have tried harder and stayed at the Hilton. The view from the pool is the best.

Nice hotel in the heart of Honolulu. The room was spacious, but unfortunately the view from the balcony was of the neighboring building and there was no elevator. Check-in took quite a long time and the bartender was also quite grumpy. The rest of the staff was very friendly. All in all, we would come again.

Had a solo day trip and wanted to try Hotel La Croix because they had a penthouse room for under $300.  The front desk staff were helpful and very eager and upbeat in a friendly way compared to other places where it seemed more forced or fake.  Skyline Penthouse only had a city view and it was decent sized for the price. King sized bed with a massive tv across of it. Bathroom was around the corner of the tiny kitchenette area. My only complaint would be that the room did need some touching up. For example the manually operated push button curtains were frayed, torn and crumpled in some areas which were noticeable.  The bathroom though clean, had some wear on the sink’s finish and there was a flapping panel on the wall near the toilet. Minor things but it didn’t help make the penthouse seem as exclusive.  Location wise though it is walking distance to high end shopping, restaurants and the beach. It’s adjacent to more expensive hotels like the Ritz Carlton, so it’s a budget option in a great spot without having to break the bank for rooms.

As soon as I entered my room, I was struck by the stunning marina view. The hotel is old, but the rooms have been beautifully renovated, so even picky Korean guests will be satisfied. The pool and view are beautiful, and you can even see the Hilton fireworks every Friday. I highly recommend it. Ala Moana Shopping Mall is also within walking distance.

Came here for the Friday fireworks, but this hotel is a mix of old and new. Make sure you know which building you're in! The twin room was really bad; one of the beds was incredibly close to the door, with the headboard facing it. If that bothers you, definitely don't book it. If you forget your toothbrush, you can ask the staff for one, but there are no disposable slippers. As for the view, my room was pretty good.

Stayed one night since I was visiting Oahu to eat at some new restaurants. The price was budget friendly and the location was perfect since it’s right across the street from the International Marketplace. Room was clean and spacious but it was because I got the ADA one. Only complaint about the room was the sound of an ice machine or some kind of faucet every so often by the headboard of the bed. There must be something across the wall from it since it is a corner room and no adjacent neighboring rooms. Overall though I would go back largely for the location. The hallways are a bit trippy if not creepy in a cool way.

Let's start with the positives: The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning ocean view, and I woke up to the beautiful beach every morning 🥰. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful 🫶. The room was also very spacious; coming from Tokyo to Hawaii, I really appreciated the upgrade in space 😍. There are many bus routes right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to Pearl Harbor. The Pink Line of the 'Waikiki Trolley' also stops directly at the hotel entrance, which is great for going shopping at Ala Moana. Now for some areas for improvement: The room didn't have many amenities, and there was no free bottled water. It's a bit far from shopping and dining areas; getting to lively spots usually takes more than a 10-minute walk. However, if you love surfing 🏄‍♂️, this is a great choice as the beach is just a short walk away.

Nice spot close to the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious but the building is a bit old. Pricey a bit. There are other similarly priced hotels that are a better deal for the money in the area. Building is only 20 floors - so ocean/mountain view is kinda limited. Breakfast is just okay. Its mostly the same menu everyday for people with dietary restrictions. Same fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread etc. no pancakes or waffles.

The room felt quite new, likely having been renovated within the last two years. The only downside was the incessant sound of running water in our room, day and night. I suspect it's from a water pipe within the wall. Also, the microwave is located at the very end of the corridors on the 9th and 15th floors, built into a wall niche. If you're trying to heat up a couple of items, there's absolutely no counter space or anywhere to set things down beside it.

It was a great location to go out and have fun. I could get to Kahanamoku Beach by walking for about 10 minutes. It was nice to visit Ala Moana Center because it was close by. The disappointing thing is that the bedding was a bit uncomfortable. Due to its location near the road, it is unfortunate that there is noise. The swimming pool is the same size as you see in the picture. It's small compared to other places. It was convenient to use because there was a refrigerator, and the bathroom was open. It seemed like it was. I think it's good value for money on its own :)

AAIThe location was great, right next to Ala Moana Shopping Center and within walking distance of Waikiki! The amenities were a bit inconvenient, with only a hairdryer, tissues, bar soap, and body cream provided. Overall, though, I thought it was a great hotel!

GGUOQINGThe hotel has good facilities and a beautiful environment. Our room is right next to the golf course. Walk in for a few minutes to the beach. The room is not very soundproof and can be heard when walking on the second floor. The parking lot charges 15 dollars.

SSevost13We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

JJordan NicholasNestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. 3333ひろ333I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.

DDaisy226The hotel room is ok, but there is basically no sound insulation. The noise downstairs will last until the early morning. Those who have trouble sleeping can look for other hotels. The location is very good. The restaurant downstairs is always lined up and the taste is not bad.

Jjuliaxx1534Stayed for two nights, and not a single front desk staff member smiled; their attitude was very cold. When I asked questions, they either said they didn't know or told me to scan a QR code with my phone myself. The gym is tiny, and the equipment is old and sparse, making for a poor experience. Outdoor parking is $35 per night. I deeply regret booking this hotel; it's extremely poor value for money.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is definitely good in Hilo, Big Island, with beautiful scenery and a free botanical garden next to it where you can see the Hawaiian state bird, the nēnē goose. It is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The interior decoration of the room is relatively ordinary, with large white walls. There is only a small outdoor swimming pool. The sea view room I booked does face the sea with all windows. It is very beautiful when I open the curtains in the morning. There is another thunder point. This hotel does not clean the room by default for consecutive stays. You need to make an appointment for cleaning in advance or tell them that you need to clean every day when you check in. Otherwise, their room service will not enter the room! The breakfast I booked on Ctrip included three breakfasts, but in fact, their hotel can only book two by default. When I got there, I contacted Ctrip again, and Ctrip refunded me the breakfast fee for one person. Later, when I checked out, I asked the front desk to print out the bill to figure out how they calculated the breakfast. Here I will also introduce it to you: the hotel breakfast is priced at 25 yuan per person. It is not a buffet but a meal. After ordering, it will be posted to the room bill and charged according to the actual fee. But when I checked out, the front desk didn't mention the breakfast bill, and directly calculated the total bill. I found that the settlement email sent to me was the total bill including breakfast. I went back to the front desk and reminded her that I had booked a breakfast-included package. She said, ”Oh, sorry to check it.” Then she said she would refund 25 yuan/day/person (50 yuan/day) to my card. If I hadn't checked it, I would have charged it again without knowing it. So it is recommended that you don't include breakfast in this hotel. The quality of their a la carte breakfast is still good, and you can go to the restaurant to order it directly. In addition, the beverage coupons given in the lobby bar can be used in the lobby bar, but I didn't find out until the last day that it can also be used in the breakfast room. One coupon can be exchanged for a glass of juice or soft drink. Then the hotel also has free hot coffee and hot tea, but it is hidden next to the restaurant. You have to ask to understand. There are also two large cookies given when you check in, and you can ask her for them at any time. The front desk will be happy to give you two. Here I provide information for people with social anxiety and friends who are not good at English.
