Excellent hotel. Very clean and neat. Staff are friendly. Room service is great. Perfect location  Highly recommend anyone visiting Abha to stay there! I’m considering revisiting the city with the family for leisure and stay at the same hotel.

A new and beautiful place that opened 5 months ago. Things were so easy and convenient that they didn't bother us at checkout. Our flight was at 6 pm, and we were late checking out, so we said we'd wait for someone to call us. Thankfully, no one did, and we checked out at our leisure.

My experience was very good , all staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms. Dalal .

The first time I visited her father, and I enjoyed staying at a superb hotel with some gentle notes, like room isolation, where all the sounds are clear, and also the room service, the towels were not changed during the stay. I can bid the hotel for everyone, and if I go again, this is to the same hotel, as I would like to thank all the respected staff and collaborators.

Overall it's good, the location is close to the airport, the room is large, the design is relatively modern, suitable for business trips. It would be better if there were more breakfast and entertainment facilities

Aberha is a very good tourist city in Saudi Arabia, but the overall is still very conservative Arab city, many restaurants do not have English menus and English-speaking service staff. But this hotel is still very international, the hotel facilities are also very complete, whether it is business or tourism, it is a very recommended choice.
