The 58-square-meter apartment is a six- or seven-minute drive from the city. It is set by the blind box. The scenery outside the window is first-class. It is comparable to the view of the resort hotel. Although the beauty at the front desk does not understand Chinese and English, it is very nice and will communicate with translation software. recommend.
The hotel is very good, I recommend it. I'll just say the hard stuff.
This is an old hotel from the 1980s but it was renovated in 2017. The overall facilities are acceptable, and the condition is about the same level as the domestic 7-Day Express 8-class express hotels.
The biggest highlight:
The location is very good:
It is near the core commercial district of Vladivostok, and it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the core areas such as Victory Square and the railway station. And the beach is 100 meters in front of the hotel, and the sea view is unobstructed. There is an oken next to it, which seems to be a cinema and a food court. There are desserts and coffee on the first floor, and Korean and Japanese food, Vietnamese rice noodles and Chinese dumplings on the second floor.
The breakfast is good:
The restaurant is in the Victoria Hall on the second floor of the hotel. It is basically a Western breakfast of milk cereal, sliced bread, butter ham, and some stir-fried dishes, meat dishes and steamed egg cakes. If you are used to the Western food in the domestic hotel buffet breakfast, you should be able to accept this breakfast, but if it is particularly Chinese, you may not feel that it is so good.
The room is well-equipped:
Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, hair dryer, kettle, mineral water, free small green tea bags, even disposable slippers, pajamas, and shoe cloths are all provided by the hotel. Someone cleans the room every day, which is similar to the configuration of domestic hotels. There is also a 24-hour security guard in the lobby on the first floor. The overall feeling is relatively clean, hygienic, convenient and safe.
No problem with the service attitude:
I stayed for a few days and did not encounter any discrimination or discomfort. In fact, I did not have this feeling in the whole Vladivostok. Most of the service staff were very polite, but most of them did not speak English very well, so you have to use translation software more.
The front desk can speak English:
The front desk of the hotel can speak English. No deposit, no tip, just hand over the key when checking out, it's very fast. Most of the hotel signs have Chinese characters.
In general, it is very convenient. All the problems and bad habits that I worry about when staying in a hotel abroad are not here. I must give a five-star praise. The Russian girl in front of the Victoria Hall said good morning to me every morning, and I didn't have time to take a photo for her. Maybe next time.
In addition, I booked the hotel through Ctrip this time. Due to a problem with the phone information, I couldn’t get through to the hotel at first. I was worried that there might be some problems. Later, Haiyan, a staff member of Ctrip, helped me make the contact. I thanked and praised her.
Very close to the city center and not far from the sea. There is also a police station next to it, safe. The facilities are relatively new. Self-check-in, contacted the store the day before departure, has not responded to the email, got off the plane and did not reply, very anxious, can make a network call, no response. Finally, I called the customer service of Trip.com , the customer service was very patient, helped to contact, responded quickly, and helped translate. When I arrived at the hotel, there were guests who could not contact the store like us.
Check-in on the 17th floor, I met a little brother on the same day, he will speak a little English, can do simple communication, not bad, check-in is very fast. The facilities in the room are very complete, there is a coffee machine, microwave oven, downstairs is the very famous ZUMA restaurant (the price is more expensive, pay attention to whether the cash is sufficient), there are Japanese food, Chinese restaurant, convenience store next to it, the first floor is a coffee shop.
Plus:
Breakfasts are really great variety of fruits, meat, fish. There are fries, good coffee. Quality above average. Mattresses and beds are comfortable. In the room on the 10th floor there was a heater it helped dry clothes after walking in the wet climate of Vladivostok.
Minorities:
The main discomfort resettlement. Each time, extending the stay, you had to release the room and move to another, even if the same category was booked. It took time and created inconvenience things were gathered in haste, some remained raw.
The hotel is located at 4 star level, but actually strong 3+. The room repair has not been updated for about 15 years. Doors and walls are tired.
It was also surprising that when booking through a Chinese website, they provide a higher category of room, although in the Russian system it is considered the same. This creates a sense of double standards.
Summary:
If booking in advance at a reduced price (~3000), this is an acceptable option. At the full cost is more likely to be overstated. Staff is polite, but the extension system needs to be revised.

Stayed in the hotel's narrowest room (from the fire escape floor plan), the room looked particularly large. You can watch the Chinese international European channel and the CCTV Russian channel. The location is not too far from the city center, and there is an authentic and delicious Chinese restaurant next to it to eat affordable imperial crabs. Surprisingly, the Vladivostok net red restaurant Zuma is on the 2nd floor of the same building of the hotel, which is too convenient.
The room is large, clean and warm. Toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are provided. Breakfast is optional.
The Russian landlord is very kind and check-in is simple.
There are no other problems except that the sound insulation is slightly poor and you need to climb a small slope to enter the community from the main road.

XXiaoxixiccThis hotel is particularly good, just next to the train station, it is very convenient to travel, we have to take the train to the airport on the day we leave the store, walk 300 meters, the location is particularly good, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play nearby, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, there is a particularly delicious izakaya nearby, the taste is very authentic, recommend! The room is still oversized! Four people are very spacious! Health is also very good, also provide disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, the service is also very thoughtful! recommend!
