JimunaisimalunI had a flight in the early morning and wanted to spend the night here, but the room was absolutely terrible. The first floor of the hotel was basically a semi-basement, extremely dark and damp. Staying in it felt like being a mouse in a basement. The sheets and blankets were very damp, and I had to warm them up with my own body heat. The bathroom was relatively large, with a separate shower and toilet, but the water temperature fluctuated wildly, mostly cold, making it impossible to shower.
However, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. When I didn't have change for a taxi, he used his own money to give me change. He also kindly pointed out where to get water (there was no bottled water in the room).
The surrounding area was also very desolate, with no restaurants or convenience stores, just buildings under construction. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to a place with a panoramic view of the bridge and over 30 minutes to reach Victory Square.
In short, if you can't tolerate dampness and cold, don't choose this hotel.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is unbeatable. There's a 24-hour supermarket right next door, and it's super close to attractions like the church and popular restaurants. The staff (the 'xiaojiejie' as we say in Chinese, a friendly term for young women) were incredibly warm and helpful, even escorting me to my room at check-in. The self-service coffee and tea were excellent, and having afternoon tea on the rooftop was incredibly chill (see pictures). The only downsides were the slightly small room size and some noise from the main road, but they thoughtfully provided high-quality earplugs (which I even took home!).

Guest UserThis Chinese-owned hotel has an excellent location. It's within walking distance of the train station and major city attractions, with convenient access to dining, shopping, and transportation nearby. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and sufficient, and the hygiene is good. However, due to the high number of tour groups, the service isn't great.

Юлия_ruStaying at OneSea has become a wonderful family tradition for us. We've been coming here every summer since it opened. We've stayed in the family room, but most often we book the Suite. The Suite is very comfortable and beautiful. Our stays in these apartments are always fantastic. A big thank you to the staff, who are always very attentive and polite. This time, we were quite amused by how comfortably the housekeeper arranged the toys we had in our room :)))

I forgot to take a picture! This hotel is located right next to the railway line and is actually a B&B with no front desk staff. Upon arrival, I couldn't get in! There was a staff member's WeChat ID on the door. I downloaded the app, contacted the staff, confirmed my reservation, and sent them the door code, room number, and password before I could get in. (The problem came on my first night. I was woken up by a guest who arrived in the middle of the night and kept knocking at the door. It took a while for them to get in.)
The room was small but clean. It was fine for a one-night stay, but it became a problem for a few consecutive nights. 😂 We ended up using our supermarket bags to take out our trash. The area around the hotel looks run-down. Across the railway line is the commercial district, and it's quite close to the beach.

debastetWe were just looking for a place to crash for the night, and this capsule hotel turned out to be an experience in itself – we'd never seen anything like it before. We didn't stay in a capsule, though, but in a private room. It was clean, very quiet, and had pleasant lighting. The staff were incredibly responsive – we were practically dead on our feet after an all-night flight, and they let us check in earlier than scheduled. Honestly, if we're ever passing through Vladivostok again, this hotel will be our go-to. Thanks! The only downside is that climbing up Tiger Hill is a bit exhausting.

Good hotel, I stay here not for the first time and will definitely return again. A quiet area, no noisy institutions, the main thing is that the neighbors behind the wall do not speak loudly)) but at the same time the beautiful location - many restaurants, embankment, bath, waiting station, cinema, everything in the walk of availability. The room has everything you need and even more - a pan, a spoon, shoe cream, shoes, coats, toiletries. Big shower, smart toilet. A chic view from the 3rd floor windows and from the 2nd floor is not bad either. From the downsides (they are not for me, as I come here easily): The hotel is in a alley (may be difficult to find a staircase to it), on a steep slope with suitcases will be difficult, as on the staircase inside the hotel (the elevator is not available). But the taxi is coming and your car can be put at the hotel, booking a place under it in advance

AllaLeeA wonderful mini-hotel right in the city center, perfect for leisurely strolls and sightseeing. Even though our ground-floor window faced the street, we didn't experience any noise or discomfort. The curtains were thick. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. The bed/mattress was very comfortable and high. There was plenty of space under the bed for suitcases. Tea/coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby near the reception, and a delicious breakfast was served in the morning. The hotel staff were all very friendly women. There's also laundry service available. For our early check-out, they even provided us with breakfast to go. You can really feel the care put into everything. Our stay at Hotel Kaminn left us with nothing but pleasant impressions!

XinxinxiaorourouThe location of Equator Hotel is fantastic! Many city attractions are within walking distance, and you can enjoy sea views and sunsets directly from your room. It's also super convenient for going to the beach.
Breakfast is available, but it might not suit Chinese palates. Make sure to bundle up when you go to the restaurant because it's extremely, extremely, extremely cold in there, though the menu changes daily. The front desk staff are very kind and patient!
The Wi-Fi name is 'China,' but the internet speed isn't very fast.
In the bathroom, you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, which isn't very convenient, and the faucet occasionally only dispenses scalding hot water.
