Seeing that there are very few Chinese reviews for this hotel, I decided to add one for Chinese travelers to Vladivostok. The hotel isn't located in the city center, but in a local residential area. It's convenient for seeing the bridge at night, and a taxi to the city center takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 200 rubles (about ten yuan). The advantages are that it's very quiet and fairly clean. The rooms are only on the first and second floors shown in the pictures, not the entire building. The rooms are considered large for a budget hotel in Vladivostok; compared to other budget hotels like Equatorial, Tepro, and Primoye, they are quite spacious, around 20 square meters. The room has a refrigerator, disposable toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, a towel warmer, a safe, and free Wi-Fi with decent speed. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. Overall, it's decent, and at around 260 yuan per night, it's relatively good value for money.

Guest UserThis is an excellent hotel in the city center, within walking distance of the train station, the embankment, banks, currency exchange offices, and cafes. We would give the service an even higher rating if we could. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly; they greeted us warmly and quickly processed everything we needed for our stay. They also provided a tourist brochure. A coffee machine is available 24/7 in the buffet area, and the room has a kettle and teacups. The breakfasts are of excellent quality, and the menu changes daily, with delicious dishes. The room is compact but has everything you need. The windows open (it was important for us to be able to air out the room from outside). The bed is comfortable, and there's a hairdryer and even a heater. They also helped us easily prepare the accommodation document for our expense report.

Anonymous UserCheck-in was smooth, and the room was quite satisfactory. I think anyone who isn't super picky about their living environment would find it acceptable. It's particularly suitable for women traveling alone abroad because sometimes there are Chinese tour groups staying, so having more fellow Chinese people around makes you feel safer. Otherwise, being surrounded entirely by foreigners can be a bit daunting. The room design is very similar to what you'd find in China, and the owner seems to be Chinese as well, as even the charging outlets are standard Chinese ones. It has air conditioning and hot water – basically, everything you need. The location is excellent, right in a central area. All the city's attractions are spread out nearby and are within easy walking distance. Plus, the price is really budget-friendly, as other recommended options were far too expensive. There's occasional noise, so just bring earplugs, and once you're asleep, it gets quiet by midnight. Overall, it was a very good experience.

HaikuotiankongCHENThe first night, I booked a room directly at the front desk for 4000 rubles without breakfast. The room was a bit small but still around 40 square meters, which is considered quite large in Vladivostok. Compared to the nearby Novotel, which costs about 1000 RMB per night, it's really incomparable. The next day, I used points on Ctrip to extend my stay for another night for only 350 RMB, also without breakfast. They upgraded me to a large sea-view suite, room 406, which was 60 square meters. There's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending!

KengshenjimiThe experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were all new and very clean. The room was equipped with a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, and pots and pans, making it convenient to buy groceries and cook at home. The surrounding area is residential, so it was very quiet at night, which was my favorite part. The front desk service was also very attentive.

I forgot to take a picture! This hotel is located right next to the railway line and is actually a B&B with no front desk staff. Upon arrival, I couldn't get in! There was a staff member's WeChat ID on the door. I downloaded the app, contacted the staff, confirmed my reservation, and sent them the door code, room number, and password before I could get in. (The problem came on my first night. I was woken up by a guest who arrived in the middle of the night and kept knocking at the door. It took a while for them to get in.)
The room was small but clean. It was fine for a one-night stay, but it became a problem for a few consecutive nights. 😂 We ended up using our supermarket bags to take out our trash. The area around the hotel looks run-down. Across the railway line is the commercial district, and it's quite close to the beach.

Accommodation based on Vladivostok is more expensive, and I expect it to be impossible to compare with domestic. The price of nearly 1,000 nights can live in China. It is 300 meters away from the train station, but the road is all slopes. If there is more luggage to and from the airport, it is actually inconvenient. We were not lucky in the room, the air conditioner outlet was moldy, and we didn't dare to turn on the air conditioner for a few days. The reception of the service staff was still warm. We stayed for 5 nights. The bedding actually saw stains at the beginning, but they said that it was changed once in 4 days. Considering that the level of sea cucumbers was almost too lazy to change.

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy, the front desk service is very good, you can send a package, the location is not far from the main attractions, about ten minutes walk to the train station. But there is a problem with the water in the bathroom. The normal bathing water cannot leak at normal speed, resulting in water accumulation. In addition, the person who cleans the bathroom never knows that the shower should be adjusted to the small one! When you open it, the overhead shower (and the water is cold) is really bad.

Guest UserWe stayed for one night as we were passing through. The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The sofa, meant for two children, seemed a bit small, but luckily our kids are slender. We had a beautiful view from the 9th floor. The buffet breakfast was tasty; the selection wasn't huge, but no one left hungry. The only big drawback was the carpet, which had an unpleasant musty smell.

Kisehy861. This is a typical capsule hotel. Having used many in Japan, it felt much the same. The bedding and common areas were in good condition.
2. The restrooms were clean, but it felt like the odor didn't dissipate well.
3. The shower rooms were also quite clean. However, there was one stall where the water didn't drain, causing it to pool, but after a thorough cleaning, it was fine.
4. They provide many amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, and earplugs. People were quiet and polite.
5. When I requested a proof of residency, they provided it for free.
