Guest UserThe location is excellent, with access to two subway lines. It's part of a cluster of three hotels: Alfa, Beta, and Delta. You can reach the Red Wall in under 30 minutes. Around the hotel, there are Chinese restaurants, places to buy SIM cards, currency exchange, and a supermarket. The rooms have air conditioning, a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, and a heated towel rail for drying clothes. The only downside was that the power outlets on the desk were local, which was inconvenient. The shower is in a bathtub with a screen, and it feels a bit cramped when standing. The carpet is also a bit old. The hotel is always bustling with guests, indicating its popularity. Check-out is simple – just drop your card at the front desk and you're good to go. I'd recommend it.

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to Leningradsky Railway Station by metro. If you take exit 3 and look right, you'll see the hotel. You'll pass a shopping mall, which has a good-sized 24-hour supermarket on the first floor. If you take exit 4, look right and you'll first see the yellow tower, and the hotel is right next to it. (If you have a lot of luggage, use exit 4 because it has an escalator; exit 3 does not). I was given a king-size bed, which felt at least 2 meters wide – plenty of space for two people without touching each other. The room was large and spacious. I was on the 20th floor with a view of the yellow tower, which was nice. The shower water and toiletries were just okay, but otherwise, there were no downsides, and the value for money exceeded expectations. At the 24-hour supermarket across the street, near the fruit and herbal tea aisle, I met an older, short-haired, plump woman. I'm not sure if she's always assigned to that section. This lady spoke excellent English and was very enthusiastic. I asked her to recommend some herbal teas, and she was very thorough, even telling me which ones she personally enjoyed. The teas I bought based on her recommendations were a hit with everyone.

Very close to Red Square, only 1.9 km, and also very close to the subway station, making it convenient for travel. The bedding was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Many tourists need rubles, so I suggest the front desk offer a currency exchange service. I also recommend that taxi drivers accept multiple currencies and supermarkets allow payment in various currencies; this would definitely boost Russia's economy, as Chinese people love to travel and shop. It has become a 'Chinese dormitory' due to its affordability, good location, and ease of finding. Turn left then left again when you leave, and there's a supermarket 300 meters away with incredibly cheap bread. You can cook here and share taxis.

Our stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Moscow.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations.
Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow who wants a comfortable and memorable stay.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival.
After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room.
What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response.
The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

Guest UserHuge thanks to everyone involved in running the hotel! Everything was wonderful and delightful! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay, and thank you so much for the lovely gift of Italian champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. We were so touched and impressed by your thoughtfulness and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed for 2 nights in Moscow. So 1) location: The hotel is in a great location - almost center of the city 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal English 3) Service: The hotel does not have an elevator and we were on 3rd floor - so luggage had to be taken by self. 4) Overall experience: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia: no courtesy, no support/ no extra help of any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help—just cold, transactional behavior. At least in the hospitality business like a hotel - you should be hospitable, welcoming, supporting. Russia needs to learn basic hospitality.

EmmylliaNice stay. The room was clean with full amenities. We didnt take a breakfast. But the halal restaurant is just at the lobby. We had twice diner there at Lebanese Restaurant. Nice ambiancw with amazing food. 10mins to Kremlin. And its just 10mins walks to a main street. At the junction when you turn left about 100m also have halal doner opens 24hrs but only for takeaway. My room is facing courtyard. New experience for me.

Everything at the hotel was great. We stayed there for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Easy to access to metro and Arbat area is buzzling and nice to walk around especially during the evenings/night. My only issue was trying to get our taxi to locate the hotel. When we book the taxi a different address appears on the booking app and it will bring you at the back of the hotel and you will need to find the hotel yourself. Our stay was during Feb and it was snowing and cold, so that was not a great experience trying to locate the hotel with 2 big luggage. Other then this I would recommend this hotel.

YouyongdeyuRobinThe hotel is conveniently located close to Komsomolskaya metro station and Leningradsky railway station, with Red Square just a few metro stops away. The facilities are relatively new, and the double room features a bed approximately 1.2 meters wide, a well-thought-out layout, and a large sofa. I highly recommend the hotel breakfast; it offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, and some dishes change daily. The pumpkin pancake was a lifesaver for my 'Chinese stomach'! The bread and pastries were also delicious. On my birthday, I received a complimentary small cake and a card from the hotel. The caramel cake was topped with lingonberries, which was such a thoughtful touch – big thumbs up! 👍
