I came for an exhibition, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. It was also very convenient for attending the exhibition. I'll definitely book here again next time. The breakfast was pretty good, and I liked that I could buy ready-to-eat food from the supermarket and heat it up in the room, as there's a microwave and fridge.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Red Square, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The main entrance is to the right of the touch bar, and you'll need to ring the doorbell for the front desk to let you in. For check-in, the hotel requires proof of residence from your previous accommodation.

My business trip was short, but the itinerary was subject to many changes. Especially in the later stages, I was eager to secure a room and overlooked the ”non-cancellable” clause, which caused some issues. Ultimately, thanks to Ctrip's customer service, who communicated and advocated on my behalf, most of the changes were accommodated. The hotel was also quite flexible, meeting our requests for extending our stay in the same room and granting a late check-out. Subway access is convenient, and the garden across the street offered a pleasant view, helping to ease homesickness. However, the Chinese restaurant downstairs is quite pricey; I wouldn't easily spend 100 RMB on a bowl of wontons.

This hotel is nice, Good room size and very good location in the new Arbat street and near to the old Arbat street as will which has a lot of restaurant and coffee. The price is a little bit expensive

Facilities: Serviced apartments, suitable for family travel, with complete facilities for boiling water and cooking, tableware, induction cooker and range hood. Not very convenient for business trips. Environment: There is a botanical garden around, the environment is good, and it is also close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are fine, and the linens are clean. Service: The front desk English is average, and can communicate simply, but not too complicated.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and quite new. Hygiene: It was very clean, and the hotel itself is relatively new. Environment: Convenient location, very close to the city center. Service: The service was excellent. Breakfast: Clean and tasty, though the variety was a bit limited.

The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the metro station and about a 15-minute walk from Red Square, Tverskaya Street, and Arbat Street. The surrounding area is nice, with plenty of restaurants and convenient dining options. The room was spacious, with a kettle and a small refrigerator. Most importantly, the 1.2-meter bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was average, but adequate, and the staff were polite and friendly. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Moscow!

The room is not big, you need to ask for slippers and toothbrushes, the breakfast buffet is quite rich, the hygiene is quite clean, the front desk service is not bad, everyone can speak English, so communication is not too difficult, the hotel is not far from the subway, about 10 minutes walk, the transportation is OK

The room was very good, with good soundproofing from outside, but not good from inside. There was a door between my room and the room next door. It was fine for the first four nights, but someone moved in from the next door on the last night, and it felt like the people in our two rooms were living together. There was no soundproofing at all. The hotel is in a great location, just a seven or eight minute walk to the subway station and you can go anywhere, very convenient.

Excellent! The location is in the city center, quiet and bustling, you can walk to the Red Square, there is a 24-hour supermarket outside the hotel, and there is a foreign currency exchange across the street, with a very good exchange rate. The hotel environment is good and has an artistic atmosphere. There are triple rooms, the sofa bed is spacious and comfortable, the room is clean, the toilet is spacious, and the heating is sufficient (a little hot). Can provide accommodation certificates for travelers, need to request in advance. The only drawback is that the hotel location is a bit difficult to find! There are two entrance locations, pay attention to the small road to enter the stairs.  I will come again next time!
