Nice and clean. Not very close to city centre or airport. But modern and international standard. Comfortable stay.

We arrived very early after a connecting flight delay for up to 2 hours. Reception was very helpful ensuring our check-in was completed without any hassle and we need to hop on to bed after a long and tiring journey…..

Facilities: Excellent, the bed was huge. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area felt very safe and clean. There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby. Service: The front desk staff was very friendly. Great value for money, and dining options were very convenient. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Lima.

The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.

I've stayed here several times. It was recommended by a customer. It's opposite his high school, hahahaha The hotel is quite nice, free breakfast. If you pay, it’s 130 RMB for a meal. It's a bit of a bummer that they only give you one bottle of water, but I told the cleaning staff that they'll give you an extra bottle.

Room cleaner forgot my room one day. The airport service person ignored me when I asked a question. Otherwise, all employees were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the fast check-in. The safe in the room. The comfortable bed. The prompt elevators. The room temp was perfect and the room was quiet with plenty of space for a solo traveler. Internet was excellent. Breakfast looked good but I ate offsite. As I eat a light breakfast and the hotel breakfast buffet was 50 soles.

Between traveling for a long time, the hotel is our most satisfied. His breakfast is delicious. The traffic outside the hotel is also very convenient. The area is also very safe and quiet. The service attitude of the hotel waiter is very good.

Our stay at Sheraton Lima was absolutely amazing ✨🏨. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. This hotel is flawless. It has a beautiful warm heated swimming pool the rooms are beautiful with the breakfast is perfection. This hotel could use a concierge but it is a very upscale hotel and if you're paying less than $150 a night then you have got a steal for a room. The architectural features and the technology of the hotel was outstanding. You couldn't stay at a more Chic lovely Hotel. Make sure you get breakfast included because it is delicious treat filled with nutritious and exotic foods. Thought was put into every element of the building and in the concept of this hotel.
