"I chose this hotel because the room rates were reasonable, it's close to the station, has a public bath, and includes a breakfast plan. The room was clean, and since I stayed for multiple nights, I only requested a change of towels and bath towels. The staff's greetings, polite language, and kind attitude made for a very pleasant stay. The amenities were plentiful, and I appreciated the complimentary ice pops and coffee. Although the bath wasn't natural hot springs, it was clean, and after bathing, my body didn't get cold, and my fatigue was relieved. I also used the self-service laundry as I had more stays elsewhere, and it was very clean and excellent. The Ise udon for breakfast was delicious, prepared proactively by the staff. I definitely want to come back here again for my next visit to Ise."

You can watch ”Movies” and ”Adult Cinema” on the hotel channel. BS broadcasting is available. The deciding factor was the massage chair. The showerhead was very good."

"A very traditional Japanese-style onsen hotel located in Yunoyama Onsen Town. The entire onsen town is quite deserted, seemingly fallen into disrepair. The hotel itself is very nice, and the food is also excellent. The onsen itself is average. The evening dessert buffet was a pleasant surprise; the variety and taste were all superb. Overall, a very good experience."

"Location was a llittle far out, not many food options nearby. Had to drive out to the nearest town to get food unless you eat at the dining hall. Stayed in the hill villa and it was so fun. There was a buggy attached to the room that we can use to drive around the hotel's compound to explore, was super fun. They have a pretty decent onsen too (the older part of the hotel). I'm excited for the new pool and would love to be back to stay here again if life permits. Villa was spacious and I love it so much. Super comfortable and there is a deck with a BBQ, deck chairs for chilling, vinyl player, a telescope for stars and it is generally an all round pleasant stay."

"The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful scenery. However, the facilities are spread out across different areas of the mountain. In particular, the restaurants are mostly located downhill, and guests need to walk long distances using stairs or escalators. This layout is not very suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The male staff member who handled our check-in was clearly unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions or properly introduce the hotel facilities. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner, but when we asked which restaurant we should go to for meals, he simply told us to make a reservation online. When we explained that we were unable to do so and asked for his assistance, it turned out that he did not know how to use the system himself. He also did not seek help from his colleagues, resulting in a long delay. Eventually, he told us that only one restaurant accepted walk-in guests. After making our way down to that restaurant, the staff there informed us that dinner was not included at that location. Fortunately, the restaurant staff helped us by making a phone call and discovered that the hotel had already arranged our dinner reservation at a specific restaurant in advance. This made us question whether the check-in staff had provided incorrect or careless information. The breakfast arrangements were also very disappointing. The breakfast menu listed around ten options, but almost all of the Japanese-style breakfast slots were already fully booked. We had checked in at around 5:00 p.m., which made this situation even more unreasonable. Afterward, we noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding the hotel’s poor dining arrangements. The bathing area was visually appealing, but the amenities were very limited. There was no water dispenser, facial cleansing products, or skincare items provided—only a hair dryer. In summary, the hotel’s hardware and design are quite good and tasteful, but the service quality and overall management are extremely poor."

"I stayed here on my way to Ise Grand Shrine. It was very convenient as it was right off the main national highway. There was no check-out procedure and I just had to drop the key in the post, which was easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We were quite happy with the hotel, which was fairly new and service staff were very helpful. While preparing my toast, a staff came back again to offer a tray. The common area was fairly adequate with a lot of seating, access to a microwave, small stove and fridge. As an added bonus, there is aluminium foil and plastic wrap available. Room size was decent, and the design of the layout was good. The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere, and it was noticed staff were extra careful to explain with the restaurants nearby."

One of the biggest advantages is the location — close to the theme park, which is incredibly convenient, especially for families with children. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of choices available. Breakfast was particularly impressive, offering something for everyone and a great start to the day. Another highlight was the free parking, which made the whole trip much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and hassle-free stay. "I was incredibly lucky to snag a room for my last-minute reservation, especially since it was right before a three-day weekend! This was my first time visiting Toba, and I traveled by car ferry. The hotel was conveniently located close to the ferry terminal, and the views were absolutely stunning! They had three different baths, and the food was delicious too!! For dinner, the Matsusaka beef Ise Udon was a highlight, and in the morning, the white miso soup with mekabu was so tasty!! I also bought some of the delicious nori tsukudani (seaweed paste) that was served at breakfast from their souvenir shop! And some local sake too!! Everyone was so kind, and the atmosphere was really welcoming and gentle, making me want to stay again. I'll definitely be back!!"
