Small faults include a massive shower cubicle with the shower head and controls on opposite sides of the walls. Sink and soap available in the separate toilet but no hand towels. Main sinks have no hand soap Great choice available at breakfast Attention has been given to the surrounding gardens of this hotel which is unusual given its an airport hotel but appreciated by guests waiting for flight

Honestly, it was pretty mediocre. For a room rate of nearly 1800, the service should match the price. This price is on par with InterContinental, Westin, and Sheraton. Let me just mention the parts I experienced that weren't worth it. First, the restaurant service. Since the location is so remote, guests have no choice but to eat inside the guesthouse. Not only were the portions insufficient, but there was only a tiny bit of napkin on the table, no basic dental floss or wet wipes. Second, I was told to come back to the restaurant after 8:30 PM because it was full. So I went after 8:30 PM, and after a few bites, I wanted to quickly add more dishes, but was told I could only add vegetable dishes because the kitchen staff was about to go off duty. You told me to come later, and then you tell me your staff is leaving? Isn't it normal and expected for tourism service staff to work an hour or two later according to customer needs? Third, the hand soap in the room was diluted like water; it basically had no cleaning function. There's no need to cut costs to this extent, is there? For an 1800-yuan room, couldn't they provide a decent hand soap for guests? Fourth, since the room comes with a soaking tub, shouldn't you at least provide a bath bomb or some aromatherapy for guests? Rooms in Emei Mountain costing a few hundred yuan provide these; your 1800-yuan room doesn't? Is money that easy to earn? Fifth, the minibar in the room had too few items. Even InterContinental rooms have more drinks than this. There was only one sachet of Maxwell coffee. Who provides just one? Isn't it usually two? Chinese people believe in 'good things come in pairs.' What's the meaning of providing just one? Is it for you or for me? And then there's breakfast. It was too ordinary, so ordinary I can't even describe it. Buns, steamed bread, and congee are the most basic. And guests coming to high-altitude areas might experience altitude sickness; shouldn't you provide more small desserts and cakes? I can think of this, why can't you people running a guesthouse? These are all very small details, but details are enough to show that this guesthouse isn't professional enough. If it were five or six hundred, I wouldn't say anything. Many guesthouses and hotels in Lixian do much better than you in terms of details. Just some reference for other friends.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, and it’s super convenient for taxis and the subway. The area downstairs is very lively, and there are even street food stalls at night. The room was clean and had no strange odors, which I really appreciated. I honestly can't stand rooms where the bedding, pillows, and curtains reek of smoke, but this hotel was perfect – not a hint of any smell! When I arrived, the staff in the lobby helped me with my luggage and offered me water. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the front desk staff were all so good-looking and had excellent service attitudes! I started feeling unwell with a cold and sore throat after arriving, so I casually asked if they had a humidifier. Within a minute, a staff member brought one to my room! It was so touching; many hotels don't even have humidifiers. This is the only hotel I've stayed in recently that did, and it honestly saved my life, haha. The biggest surprise, though, was the laundry service. Staff came to collect my clothes for washing, and after they were washed, dried, ironed, and neatly folded in a bag, they were delivered back to me. The clothes were soft, fragrant, and still warm – simply amazing! 👍🏻 Breakfast is on the 30th floor with a great variety of options, and the restaurant environment is lovely. I particularly enjoyed the noodles! They also have freshly squeezed juice, like that sweet and tangy orange juice that isn't watered down or thickened. Every single staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, room service, and even the laundry lady, always had a smile on their face and was incredibly friendly. You could tell that even though their work might be busy and trivial, every single person radiated a positive, lively energy! They truly seemed to genuinely enjoy serving guests from the heart; you could feel their sincere work ethic, not just a perfunctory attitude. This was a stark contrast to a hotel I stayed at in Guanghan, so I absolutely have to praise this hotel and share some real photos. My fellow travelers, you can book with confidence! When visiting Emei Mountain, my top choice has to be The Le Méridien right next to Baoguo Temple. As an international chain, their service is professional and impeccable. Before check-in, Xiao Hui from the concierge team confirmed our itinerary, arranged for high-speed rail station pickup, upgraded our room, and even provided an extra breakfast for our child. The service truly was faultless. The hotel's breakfast also offered a wide variety of delicious options. For dinner, the hotel is conveniently located right next to Ma Lu Qiao Food Street, where there are plenty of local restaurants to choose from. In terms of transportation, it's about 800 meters, or a 10-minute walk, to the Baoguo Temple stop at the tourist center. Overall, the hotel left a wonderful impression on me, and I look forward to another opportunity to visit Emei Mountain and stay here again.

The hotel is very good. It is close to Wanda Plaza. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The lobby is very beautifully decorated. James, the front desk clerk, is enthusiastic and friendly. I give it ten thumbs up. It is very safe. The room is close to the river and has a good view. I was satisfied with my stay and praised it! The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit weak and the fried things are cold and hard. I hope it can be improved.

We arrived late at night and i'm thankful that i booked this hotel as it is just across the street from the train exit. Look up and you will see the hotel sign, big and clear and once you reach the building, you need to take the elevator up to reach the hotel lobby. So, the location of the hotel is super convenient and also walking distance to some of the attractions.They gave some coupons for tea and hot spring too, we used the tea coupons at their cafe but is just normal tea and nothing much. For the breakfast, it was simple and nice.

This is the best hotel in Songpan, perfectly situated right next to the city walls. It boasts an excellent location while also being incredibly quiet. The hotel's interior environment is superb, and the room furnishings are fantastic. The toilet even thoughtfully includes a disposable seat cover, and the complimentary bottled water is the premium Nongfu Spring brand. Breakfast is also very good, especially the beef noodles, which are delicious. It's truly the most worthwhile hotel to stay at in Songpan. Plus, the hotel offers a thoughtful shuttle service, and the lovely concierge upgraded my room!

Super huge room with queen size bed and vicinity to restaurants and pharmacies just beside the hotel. Very near to Tamg Yue Onsen and sauna to relax and soak in onsen after hours and days of walking and climbing up stairs at all the mountains. Near to Chun XinRoad ans IFS as well as Taikooli. The hotel is dated however all good for water pressure and hot water for bathing . Room come with air con cum heater, local tv programs, kettle and basic toiletries. 5 mins to Chun xi MRT and 10 mins to IFS Airport drop off and pick up stops which estimate takes 1.5 hours Airport. I include the bus pick up timing and price for guide as well. Renovations going on opposite building thus noise was an issue during my stay however pretty quiet during bedtimes when works stopped. All good as room price is not expensive at all.

It is placing you right in the heart of the city's most trendy area. You are just a short walk away from Taikoo Li high-end shopping, cafes, and unique architecture. Getting around the city is incredibly easy from here. The hotel is very close to the Metro Station, making it simple to hop on the subway and explore further-flung attractions. There is also a Lawson mini-mart conveniently located right downstairs for any snacks or essentials you might need during your stay.
