We had a wonderful stay at The Hidden House. The hotel is elegant, refined, and beautifully designed, with a very relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring Chengdu. The room was comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful details. A special mention goes to the lovely girls at the reception: incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and helped us with everything we needed. Their warmth really made a difference during our stay. Also, the cappuccino at the bar was surprisingly excellent, honestly one of the best we had during the trip. A perfect little luxury in the morning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Chengdu

The round bed room was quite spacious, and the location is ideal – less than a minute's walk to Chunxi Road. Right across the street, there's a nameless 'maocai' (Sichuan hot pot stew) place that's really tasty, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right next door to the hotel. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me out when I needed a local number for an airport transfer I booked on Taobao. My friend had booked a large room and they upgraded her to a round bed room for free. The only minor drawback was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough.

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.

”A wonderful stay made exceptional by Xiao Ding!” I had a great time at this hotel! A special shoutout to the night shift lady, Xiao Ding, who went above and beyond to help me. She lent me a power bank and a tripod, taught me how to use the washing machine, and gave great recommendations on places to go and things to do. Without her, my trip would have been so different. The hotel itself is beautifully done in traditional Chinese style, and it feels very pleasant to stay in. Everything works, the room is cleaned daily, and I especially appreciated the nice snack and cherry tomatoes left each day — a real help given that Chengdu food doesn't always offer enough vegetables. The porridge and tea also saved me from late-night cravings. Location is super convenient — close to Jinli, Wuhou Temple, and other attractions. I repeatedly went out for nice street food and walks. There are many restaurants nearby, and the metro makes it easy to get anywhere I want. Highly recommended!

I came to Siguniang Mountain for a competition, and my family was really worried about altitude sickness. So, we skipped the guesthouses closer to the starting line in town and chose this oxygen-supplied hotel within the scenic area instead. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive; they added me on WeChat days in advance to share check-in information and tips for high-altitude activities. When we arrived, we found this guesthouse to be amazing – beautifully decorated with tons of rooms, many of which face Mount Yaomei directly! The front desk staff were very professional and enthusiastic. They even upgraded our room for free! Also, the guesthouse is a few kilometers from town, but they offer shuttle service with a business car, and they respond super quickly. The drivers are excellent! Plus, the sour soup hotpot at the restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast is plentiful. I’ll definitely choose this place again next time I come to Siguniang Mountain. Highly recommend!

A fine hotel in a decent, central location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet, with a nice outdoor seating area and good air conditioning. Gym was very basic without much equipment. Not a bad deal for the price.

From the moment we arrived at 1:00 AM, the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure my family felt welcomed and comfortable. She was extremely polite, kind, and understanding of our family situation. She carefully arranged a suitable and comfortable room for us and continuously checked to ensure that my family, especially my children, were comfortable throughout our stay. Despite our very late check-in, she personally accompanied us to the room and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Her dedication, patience, and professionalism were truly impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was her understanding regarding our departure schedule. Since our return flight was at 6:30 PM, she kindly arranged a late check-out until 2:00 PM, which was incredibly helpful and perfectly suited our travel plans. The room was clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The breakfast provided was also very good and added great value to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu, especially international travelers who do not speak Mandarin. The staff's willingness to help makes the stay completely stress-free. I regret that I forgot to ask for her name, but she was a short, slim, fair-skinned young lady with a beautiful smile. She worked extra hours yet remained cheerful, helpful, and professional at all times. The hotel owner should be very proud of her and consider rewarding her outstanding dedication and excellent customer service. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Chengdu!

Excellent location near the high-speed railway station, with direct access to the metro downstairs for effortless travel around the city. Having an apartment with laundry facilities was incredibly convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is fantastic, filled with local shops and great dining options. I highly recommend taking some time to walk around the complex to experience daily local life and discover some wonderful hidden restaurants.

Chance upon LOUIS Hotel on TikTok and was immediately amazed by how beautiful the hotel looked. We ended up booking it through Trip.com as the room type we wanted seemed to be selling out quite fast. Upon check-in, absolutely no regrets. The hotel looked even better in person and honestly exceeded expectations. The overall design and atmosphere were stunning, and it was also very convenient to get here by cab. What truly made the stay memorable was the hospitality and customer service from the staff. Everyone was proactive, efficient, timely, and genuinely friendly. While good service is expected in the hospitality industry, we all know how challenging it can get during peak periods, but we never once felt any drop in service standards here. One tip for future guests would be to have WeChat installed, as communication with the hotel staff through the app was very smooth and convenient. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, and getting around by cab was also very easy. One thing to note is that there is no room service available as the hotel does not have an in-house kitchen. Other than that, it was a really enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend LOUIS Hotel to my friends and family.
