The B&B environment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! It offers fantastic value for money, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

Traveling by car, the hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied, ensuring I got all the calories and nutrients I needed, which is crucial at high altitudes. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious. The assistant, Xiaocanghu, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. They contacted me in advance, and considering the high-altitude environment, helped prepare a portable oxygen tank after I inquired. They also meticulously informed me about breakfast times, the best spots for sunrise/sunset viewing, and important travel tips, covering every detail. I was lucky enough to catch the hotel's 8:30 PM bonfire party, which had a fantastic atmosphere; I even joined in a Guozhuang dance for a bit. When I asked about sunrise viewing for the next day, the staff kindly reminded me about everything. Although we didn't get to see the sunrise due to rain the next morning, the meticulous service throughout our stay made the trip incredibly rewarding. Plus, the hotel offers a free ******* robe try-on service. The responsible staff member patiently helped us get dressed, styled, and took photos, making for a superb and wonderfully comfortable experience from start to finish.

Overall, my stay at the Sofitel Xining is pretty decent. The check-in process at the front desk was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the breakfast – it's quite ordinary with nothing special to offer, and the dishes aren't particularly well-prepared. When there are large tour groups, many items run out quickly, and restocking is a bit slow. This definitely falls short of what I'd expect from a hotel of this brand.

Located in the bustling Haihu New District, it's incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. My stay was exceptionally comfortable. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, though the decor is a bit dated. It's good value for money and suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

The room itself was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location near the train station was really convenient, just a short walk away. My only minor suggestion would be to improve the drainage in the bathroom and the showerhead. Overall, it's great value for money and I'd definitely recommend it!

The location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay. The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.

Very good hotel, the town is very small, this accommodation is particularly good, the service is good, recommend the knife noodle shop next to the hotel, the big plate chicken is particularly big! I had a good experience in this hotel. It was previously booked by my tour and we extended our stay as our train to Lhasa was at 11pm. The staff were courteous and frequently checked in with us to check if everything is satisfactory. I was impressed by staff Jinjin (津津) as she noted that we were headed to the railway station and arranged a complimentary transfer for my family. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Xining in future.
