The Hilton Quebec boasts an excellent environment, blending natural beauty with cultural charm, and its interior facilities and decor are outstanding. The location is superb, right in downtown Quebec City, adjacent to Old Quebec. You can easily walk to Old Quebec, the St. Lawrence River, and Parliament Hill. The executive lounge, located on the 23rd floor, offers an even better viewing experience, with captivating cityscapes by day and dazzling lights by night. The exterior environment is beautiful, featuring a unique outdoor heated rooftop pool that's open year-round. In the summer, you can enjoy cocktails at the poolside bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is definitely the hotel to choose when visiting Quebec! 👍
Lot's of underground parking, We were greeted with a smile in both French and English. Secure building. (you need your room card to use the elevator) The dining room on the 2nd floor was nice and the service and food was great and plentiful. I would recommend a stay there especially if you are going to an event at Place Bell.
The hotel has great location, which is located within 2-3 blocks from the old town gate, so most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. We were given a room facing the old town, had a great view of the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac Hotel.
The hotel decorations and furniture are little outdated.
We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.
Staffs were kind and professional. (except the man at the Concierge desk... he didn't seem to know much about the hotel's services or maybe he just didn't want to speak to us.)
Valet service can take very long when crowded.
It was weird that there was only 1 set of bath robe and slippers in the room when everything else was set up for 2. (I booked the deluxe room with a king size bed for 2 guests.) Room size was good and bathroom was clean.
Great location. I could walk to most of the old Montreal tourist attractions and good restaurants around.
All in all, a bit old... but a good 5 star hotel. I would recommend it.
There is an induction cooker in the room. Hotel just completed its renovation. Beside the hotel has a convenience store at petrol kiosk. Very close to the famous petit champion street
Upon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --> Extra 26$/pp breakfast <-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --> Extra 25$/day <-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too.
We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through.
I took my daughter to Sherbrook to participate in the figure skating competition. Many athletes chose this hotel. The breakfast was good, the public areas and rooms were clean and tidy, and the swimming pool and other facilities were in place. I will stay here again next time.

Centrally located but a bit expensive. Everything is to be paid by yourself. Paid parking, paid breakfast. The parking lot is 10 stories down. If all are full then you must drive to number 10 floor down the ground. Overall it’s not with the money. Over $350CAD for one night. Not worth at all.

Very Good
GGuest UserI’ve been coming to Hotel Zero 1 for a few years, being the only hotel I book in Montreal due to its impeccable walkability. That being said, it’s unfortunate that it’s no longer shiny and new, you can really see the wear and tear over the years. If you want luxury you’re not going to find it here; however, it’s still a great place to stay for the action packed traveller who wants somewhere a bit nicer than a motel to stay. I booked knowing full well it wasn’t going to be the most amazing stay but it was not as bad as some of the Google reviews make it out to be- it’s just dated. The room was clean, check in and check out was easy, and even though the valet service is closed, the parkade they directed us to was safe and straightforward. I’d categorize this hotel as 3 stars as the amenities aren’t that great, but just know what you’re walking into, manage your expectations to that, and you will have a great stay.
It’s just kind of a shame to see a hotel that I have great memories in not keep up with maintaining the property. If they repaired the fabric on the bed, replaced the shower heads and updated with smart TVs, that would make a world of difference.
TLDR;
Pros: clean linens, cable tv, microwave and fridge in the room
Cons: dated technology, broken Roku, only one elevator for the whole building, no on site parking.
AAnonymous UserGood location, close to other services (restaurant, coffeeshop..), close to downtown . Room is large enough, can be cleaner around back door, fresher odor is needed. Staff is ok, some use language more fluently than others. Kitchen/ breakfast is full, relaxing. Parking is safe
GGuest UserInteresting neighbourhood, close to metro and airport bus terminal, rental bikes as well as city attraction. En suite bathrooms a bit old but clean and tidy. Good size rooms with fridge and aircon/heating. Decent breakfast and free coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall excellent value.
GGuest UserThere are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping.
The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.
The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.
LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.
GGuest UserThis is our second visit to the Bonaventure. Both visits we have had trouble with paying for parking, and I am now calling because I think I was billed twice. I prepaid through Trip.com, and was charged again at the hotel.
That bruised a really nice visit. This was a rare family visit, and we were able to get a adjoining rooms.
Hotel is located on the 10th floor “penthouse “. There is access to the underground so no need to go outside in the cold, unless you want to take a dip in the pool. A unique experience for many guests
We miss placed our parking receipt and was given a voucher to give the parking attendant that never showed up. We waited 45 minutes to leave, had to go back up to the desk to explain and get another receipt. This morning I have to call the hotel because I believe I was charged again for the rooms. Front desk mixup? Probably, but
AAnonymous UserThe service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!
GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and helpful. I had a strange experience in which a random girl ran into my elevator, talked to me rapidly in French and ran out. Maybe that’s because the location is downtown. But it was an easy walk to sightseeing spots. I was only staying overnight before the next plane, but I went to Chinatown and the pier, and even rode the Ferris wheel in the short time I had.
CConsultantI booked a hotel at the last minute (I booked it on the train to Quebec and didn't do any travel planning). I originally hoped to book a hotel 500 meters away from the train station, but almost all the hotels that met my requirements in terms of price and performance were gone. I had to book this hotel about one kilometer away from the train station. After checking in, I discovered that this hotel is located at the very core of Quebec's old city. It is only 100 meters away from the famous and top-notch Fairmont Chateau Hotel and the terrace area. It is basically 100 to 500 meters away from the main attractions, the business district and dining area of the old city. Mine. The landlady, a Chinese from Guangzhou, is very friendly. recommend!
