Ótimo hotel. Café da manhã caro.

Café da manhã é muito bom, falta repor com rapidez as coisas que acabam. Infelizmente não tem restaurante no hotel, tem que sair pra comer numa padaria uma comida horrível, atendimento não é da melhor qualidade, o tempo de chikin pra tu entrar no quarto é grande, tu chega meio dia e vai pro quarto as 14hs. Uma coisa me deixou sem dormir no quarto a noite toda, a gente ouvia todo barulho que os hóspedes faziam do lado do quarto, as paredes são falsas, a gente ouve o barulho do elevador o dia todo encomendando, vaga pra vc estacionar só pagando uma diária de 30 reais, vá logo prevenido, se tiver sorte pode encontrar um lugar fora. Não gostei da piscina, muito pequena, sem falar na academia, que nem academia é. São Luiz é lindo, mais a hospitalidade deixou a desejar. Espero voltar sempre, mas pra esse hotel aí tá difícil, me falaram que tem hotéis melhores com o mesmo preço no orla da praia.

The hotel is a very nice location, the swimming pool and the spectacular patio, the beautiful views. The rooms are large and the comfortable beds .... But it is very old. The rooms are screaming for renovation and there are many uncomfortable details, such as lights, swabs, bathroom ... But the truth, that was a pleasant stay.

It takes an hour to wait for hot water. The elevator used by hotel guests needs to wait for a long time. There is no response at all. It is faster to take the internal elevator, but there is no air conditioning. Hotel room tastes great

Very nice structure, in the first row on the sea. Rooms Services all right, very valuable the restaurant for breakfast and meals. Very good idea also to have a Portuguese cooking in the hotel, for small snacks and cake

Well located and easy to access, however the room is only cleaned in the afternoon, the parking is open and the bed in the room is small!
