I was very satisfied with the service, room, and breakfast during my stay. The service was fast and efficient, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although some of the furniture looked a bit dated, it didn't affect the overall experience because all the facilities were neat, organized, and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was extensive and tasted good too.
The room with a private pool was great, and the hotel itself was very luxurious. The downside was that the hotel shuttle was really hard to catch during peak hours. Adding the WeChat concierge didn't help; I had to call the landline. The hotel breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was just so-so. The hotel's private beach was man-made, and the sea water wasn't clean. For a proper beach experience, you'll need to walk or take a taxi to other beaches.
If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet, green setting, with large rooms and a good pool, Klana Resort works well — especially for a family or short getaway. Just keep in mind that it’s not a brand‑new luxury resort, so if you priorities top‑tier luxury, you might want to manage expectations. For breakfast, it was actually quite good. There were many choices, and the food tasted okay too better than I expected. The pool was a highlight, very good for kids/family fun. Should try!
The price is comparable to a Hanting or Orange Hotel in China, but the facilities are a tier lower. It's more like a guesthouse in a small town. The main issue is that it's right next to an expressway, and the motorcycles are incredibly loud. And with only single-pane windows, you can imagine. If you're a light sleeper, don't even think about it. A good night's sleep is worth hundreds of RMB.
The air conditioning was freezing cold and noisy, so I had to turn it off to sleep. On the top floor (3A), there's a conference room where they hold a lot of events. One event from 8 PM to 10 PM had people chattering until 11 PM, and there were even children crying. The front desk service, however, was decent.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The location is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Sitting quietly on the balcony watching the waves crash on the beach 🏖️, while the kids fish nearby 🎣. Even though they didn't catch anything, everyone had a great time. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the staff are lovely, and the overwater bungalow 🛖 views are fantastic. It's perfect for families with a car 🚗.
As soon as we walked in, we were hit by a stale, dusty smell. The room wasn't very clean, but we didn't think much of it and checked in anyway. To our surprise, the next day we woke up with those terrible little rashes shown in the pictures. If this hadn't happened on the second day, we could have changed hotels sooner.
Our first day's experience was also awful. After a tiring day of hiking, we couldn't get back into our room because our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to call someone for maintenance. Luckily, after some fixing, we got in, but dramatically, the same thing happened a second time. Frustrated, I asked them to fix it permanently or please give us a different room. This time, it was fixed quickly again, so thanks to the staff.
But I didn't realize that this was just heaven's first warning.
On the third morning, we were supposed to sleep until noon and then leave the hotel refreshed. Instead, the biggest nightmare arrived. I was half-asleep when I was woken up by a continuous wake-up call that lasted at least three minutes. I finally broke down. Although this wake-up service wasn't for us, I was clearly more ”serviced” than the neighbors who wouldn't get up. Angrily, I got up and saw that next door was clearly a group of students on a tour?
I'm writing this review in anger, hoping to help anyone who needs it.
”The hotel location is consider quite near to town area which surrounds with seafood restaurant which within walking distance. However overall building outlook seems a bit dimmer. The room was spacious but not clean with spider web around. The staff at the front desk were helpful, especially the room door can not open due to technical problems. Bathroom only have rainfall shower head without hand held shower head, should improve on this.
We arrived around 12 ish and the room is not ready but they allowed us to store the luggage while they are doing the final check of the room before releasing it to guest hence the front desk were quick to process our registration first.
We then went out to have lunch and came back knowing that the room has been well prepared and ready upon our return. All the staff has been super friendly and courteous to brought us to the room and let us know the facilities.
Location wise is really good as it is beside a beach and we definitely would be returning here again in the future.
Breakfast wise it is not bad but can be further improving by adding in hash browns!
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were clean, neat, and well maintained. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Breakfast was good with nice choices. The staff were polite, courteous, and always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel.

This is the 2nd time here. And the experience was amazing. Got upgraded room to deluxe for free. The room equipped with the balcony and the view is nice. Green lush scenery. With the bath tub, my kids were over the moon. The pool as usually is the best place for them.
A very new hotel, currently in soft launch. Glad I booked the seaview room, the view is really nice and peaceful. The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is big too. Staff were super friendly, and there’s Netflix and YouTube, so it’s great even if you just stay in. The splash park is open for kids now, and the adult area will be opening soon. Will definitely choose Quest Hotel again next time I’m in PD!
I recently stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment and was genuinely impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was — perfect for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. One of the best parts is its prime location, just a short walking distance to the beach, which made morning strolls and evening sunsets effortlessly enjoyable. The hotel also offers excellent recreational facilities, including pools with fun water slides that my kids absolutely loved. Another plus point is the abundance of eateries right outside the hotel, offering a wide variety of local and international food options. However, one area that could be improved is the lighting in the apartment. The lights were quite dim at night, especially in the hall. A single white fluorescent light would make a big difference and enhance the comfort of the space. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — convenient, family-friendly, and ideally located. I’d definitely return, especially if the lighting issue is addressed.
My body at hometown, but my corpse still in lexis.. miss all the moment so much.. Our experience at Lexis Hibiscus was amazing from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, the villa was well-maintained, and the private pool overlooking the sea created an unforgettable atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for a luxurious retreat.will make sure to cime again n again.
This is my firs time staying here. The service is very good (thumb up). Staff is friendly and attempted to my request promptly (5 stars for the services). My 5 year old kid loves the kid-pool in the hotel. There is a beach behind this hotel too. As for the food, it is below my expectation especially the BBQ dinner as I was too lazy to drive out for dinner after a day in pool with kid. The room cleanliness is acceptable. The room and bathroom are spacious (i have booked the superior twin room). Overall I am happy with my stay at Villea Port Dickson with the price I've paid.
Brought my parents for a staycation here to decompress, and we were treated to such a magnificent sunset. The view was unreal! The beds were all very comfortable and the room was clean. I really liked the wooden features throughout the house. The hosts were very amicable; they explained to us the story of the place and we even got to talk about the constellations due to how clear the stars were at night. Overall it was a very good stay, good to unwind especially surrounded by nature and all the green.
We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway. We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience. For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic. Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable.
