The atmosphere makes it ideal for anyone looking to relax and recharge. The host was exceptional: always happy, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more special. The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply amazing and clearly prepared with care. One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service. I don't know why the hotel was booked on Saturday and Sunday, but the hotel I finally found was very cheap. Compared with other hotels, the price was not said. It was very comfortable.

This is the second time we host in Quality and, as always, they are perfect in the hosting. I would like to highlight my compliments to the extremely careful, dedicated and organized official Rosa, as well as to the sub-director Roberto (I think that's the name) who received us wonderfully well at breakfast. We will certainly come back soon!

I booked a double room and when I arrived I discovered that the bed was actually two single beds that had been pushed together. I went to celebrate my anniversary and had to sleep with a hole in the middle of the bed. When I checked in I was informed that the hotel was full, and since I had already removed all my clothes from my suitcase, I didn't contact the reception, especially because it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the bed assigned to me will be the same one that was reserved. I also found the air conditioning to be weak, as if something was blocking it. The breakfast, especially the sweet options, were not tasty and left much to be desired.

The hotel is good, the cleanliness was also okay, and the service was excellent. The food is nice and, overall, I had a good experience. However, what I didn't like was the elevator—it's quite old, very noisy, and doesn't have the technical specifications displayed, such as the date of the last inspection, which made me feel unsafe, especially since I was staying on the 12th floor. Apart from that, I really liked the service and other amenities of the hotel.

Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

I liked the hosting, excellent service, I only found the takes strange to be 220v since it is not common in the ES, but they borrowed me a transformer and gave everything right.

The service is very good, every time I come to this hotel, clean and breakfast is very good. The only downside is that dinner here is very expensive. Everything else is very good, everyone can choose.
