A very Cosy hotel right in the old city centre. Staff members are so nice to put chocolate bars in my allocated room as birthday gift as I check in on my bday.
Beware there are rooms with wooden logs that may not be acceptable by some tourists. Some rooms are on G/F or underground floors which you may need some psychological preparation.
In a word, a very good hotel with professional staff and excellent location to go everywhere
Very good hotel, next to the river, whether it is the courtyard or the river, the scenery is beautiful, the facilities are complete, the water pressure is great, you can enjoy the hot bath! The breakfast is rich and delicious!
The location is close to the subway, which is very convenient, but the signs to find the entrance were not very clear, so it took a bit of time to find it. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay overall.
The reception staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly and took the initiative to introduce me to where there was a fitness center and swimming pool, restaurant, beach, etc.
There is a spinach center on the first floor of the hotel. There is a restaurant in it.
The room is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, with relatively new facilities. The only problem is that it is far from the city center, so it is suitable for travelers who drive.
There is no bathtub, only a shower, but the shower room is spacious and clean, and the shower comes with a one-push button for a consistent amount of water.
The front desk staff were all calm and cheerful, and they were able to help me with my poor English.
The croissants and paon au chocolat at breakfast were big, unlike other hotels I've stayed at, and I was full in no time! Lol

GGuest UserI picked this hostel for its location and reviews online. In general, I say that it is good. There are some small things that could be improved in terms of quality and overall building maintenance like updating bunk beds and sound proofing.
As for service and amenities, I felt the staff communicated well and supplied sufficient offerings especially about what to do and where to go.
I was happy to know that they do bike rentals at an affordable price and locker storage.
Only suggestion I would have is to provide bikes that are more suitable for longer distances if you suggest riding up to the coast or visiting Netherlands. While the city cruisers bikes are suitable for strolling around on cobble stones inside of Bruges, they are not so nice for longer rides (at least for me) and can make for some heavy slow cumbersome riding. I enjoyed the cycling trip to the north and was amazed by the beauty, nature and farmland heading toward the coast but the bike really made it less comfortable. I kept aching for a simple single speed road bike the entire time 🫠.
Just food for thought😌 Otherwise, I was pretty happy with my trip to Bruges. I came by train frim Liége and felt it was worth the trip.
Thank you so much for your hard work and effort.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and the overall layout of the hotel is very comfortable. It has air conditioning and a bathtub. There is a courtyard inside the hotel. You can reach the main square within a two-minute walk outside. There is also a supermarket when you turn right when you go out. Knowing that this was my first time in Bruges, the guy at the front desk introduced the tour route in detail and was very enthusiastic!
GGuest UserGood location and walking distance to the main attractions and local restaurants. The only issue is the noise level from the hotel room. Since there's no AC we have to keep the windows open but that means you can hear people walking and talking in the streets, along with the luggages. If you want to sleep in, you'll be awaken by the church bells at 9 am.
The room is quite tiny, not much space around the bed so pack light and avoid big luggage if possible. Bed is a bit on the soft side, the washroom is tiny. The staff are very friendly and helpful, you can leave your luggages in the lobby after you checked out and return later to pick them up if you still want to wonder around the town.
GGuest UserJust back from a weekend in Bruges and I can't recommend the Hotel Bryghia highly enough. It's in a great location - just far enough out of the centre to be blissfully quiet and but less than 10 mins walk from the Market Square and Belfry. Right next to a beautiful canal and bridge. It was the perfect balance of an old building but with modern facilities. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best night's sleep. We were welcomed by the very warm, friendly owner, and by some Belgian chocolates in our room! The map and local knowledge he shared were priceless. We are already planning to visit again in the Summer and will definitely book the Bryghia.

王王伊丽The room was small but clean and comfortable. Location is very good, staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't say anything about the food.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.
