If you stay in the hotel, you can only buy a park day ticket and use it until the day of departure. When buying tickets at the window, they said that you can stay at Melia. There are not many people. If you go to the city, the hotel can book a chartered car for 70 US dollars. No matter how many places you go, you will be followed and waited. The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the bus terminal. Whether it is to the scenic spots, the Brazilian waterfall or the airport, there is an hourly bus. It is very convenient and is the best choice for independent tourists. The room was of medium size, clean and tidy. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

The hotel is well located on the side of the main street, making it a quiet area. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Variety of products including local pastas. Friendly and attentive staff at all times.

It's all right, though in something minimal. But everything is in availability.

The design of the hotel is extremely pretty, makes you feel like you are in a rainforest resort. Breakfast has a huge variety but I love eggs so I always request eggs done differently from scrambled. The hotel is located away from the city center so you will need a taxi every time when you go out. Had a bad first experience with the taxi driver but the hotel listened and I had a great driver, Pablo after that incident. A big thank you to Vanessa and also Lucia for all their help during my stay! The other receptionists are really either not helpful or can’t speak English well, that’s disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance so I didn’t get to use the pool.

When I arrived at the hotel, the electricity was disabled for all my arrival time (2 days). The room died of a cockroach from the oven because the air conditioner was not working. All the street was electricity except our hotel. The host did not take any action. They had lights on the solar panel, which means that electricity is often turned off here.

Excellent Hotel, beautiful place, views, installation, the attention is also excellent, from reception, mucamas, snack and stayed... all Very friendly and pleasant, the rich and varied breakfast,the restaurant with its shows very good,acceptable and good weather, would certainly return....ameee

There aren't many breakfast options, but the swimming pool is great. You can order a drink and sit under the stars at night, and you can see the Three Kingdoms Bridge in the distance (it's lit up at night)
