Great service. You can call the onsen ryokan when you arrive Yufuin station, and they can arrange shuttle/car drive the ryokan. The service of the staff are professional and friendly. Our room was big, and they provide good and ergonomic pillows. The dinner and breakfast were great too! Freshly made with seasonal food. One of the best place I’ve ever stayed in!

This is a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms, the small one is more than 70 square meters, and the large one is more than 100 square meters. The price is relatively expensive, but we were fully booked during our stay. The hotel is located in a layered garden with a very sense of design. There is a small green landscape outside each room. The room has a living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, large pool hot spring, shower room and sauna room, and two small platforms. The wine, snacks, ice cream, etc. in the bar are all free. There is also a one-hour free spa. Breakfast is in its own restaurant. We stayed for two nights. The first dinner was in its own restaurant. The second night was in the hotel's exclusive restaurant that was not open to the public. The Japanese chef only served us and our husband. We have absolute private space and will not meet other guests in the hotel. When we checked in, the hotel had just opened for 3 months and was still in the running-in period, but we could feel that the staff were very dedicated and wanted to provide the best service. Our account manager and housekeeper Eliena was very thoughtful, available at any time, and had no problem communicating in English. Question: 1. The room design needs to consider the safety of customers. For example, the bed in the bedroom is on a half-foot high platform. Although there is a floor lamp, it is easy to step on empty space when getting up at night. In addition, there are three steps from the bedroom to the hot spring, bathing and other areas. The steps are cement gray. Although not high, they are easy to be ignored. 2. Although there is a glass partition door, the hot spring water and hot spring related equipment are quite loud at night. It is very uncomfortable to fall asleep on the first night. Guests with sleep problems can negotiate with the hotel to turn off the hot spring at night so that the water will not flow.

The hotel is very beautiful, the room is also very big, and I booked a private bath, which is really enjoyable. The most surprising thing is the dinner. I thought it was just a set meal, but it turned out to be very rich, similar to Kaiseki cuisine, with not only various sashimi but also small hot pot, Wagyu barbecue, desserts, etc. I was really full at the end of the meal, and I felt that the room price was instantly halved. Haha. The Japanese breakfast the next day was also very good. Disadvantages: The transportation and life around the hotel are really inconvenient, and you can only choose hotel dining. There is not even a convenience store at the door. The hotel waiters are a bit short of staff and there is often no one at the front desk. The heating facilities in the lobby are open flames. Although you can't touch the fire inside, the shelves outside are hot, and children are prone to accidental injuries. This is especially important. Our room with a private bath is on the third floor, there is no elevator, and you need to carry your luggage up the mountain by yourself. If there is no man with you, it will be really tiring. This hotel has about 30 rooms, which is relatively large in Yufuin. The location is a distance away from Yufuin Railway Station. If you have a lot of luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi. We walked for about 20+ minutes to get there, mainly because the suitcases are not easy to push on the way up the mountain.

great experience This time I am traveling alone But I get very warm care from here There are a lot of cute touches everywhere in the hotel room + public areas The whole building is very beautifully designed Most of the walls are water molded But paired with wood and cute graffiti, the overall feeling is trendy and warm. There is no bathroom in the room, but there are three independent bathing areas on the first floor (you can bathe by yourself by locking the door) The front desk is very friendly and helpful It happened that the restaurant was closed for dinner and he recommended it to me + called to make a restaurant reservation. The recommended restaurants are also great! It's a pity not to have dinner But we had breakfast the next day, which was a Japanese buffet breakfast. Saury + white rice is really delicious! Overall I had a great experience

The location is near the scenic spot and it takes ten minutes to walk to Jinlin Lake, which is very convenient. The hotel staff's service is very good. There is a free parking lot, which allowed us to continue parking until the afternoon after check-out. The view from the room is very good, and the mountains opposite are very beautiful. The breakfast is exquisite.

Overall, the building is clean and quite large I thought it might be a bit small compared to the number of people because there are only two family baths But I was able to use it without waiting because the timing was good It might be a long walk from the station, but it only takes 5 minutes by car You can call the pick-up service 5 minutes in advance If you can't get through, you can use Trip.com's free internet phone! The dinner and breakfast are also neat and tidy, so they keep serving enough to fill you up It was a birthday gift for my mom, and she liked it.

3/19-20 Stayed at Yufu-no-Sato Ayakekan. The hotel has a special car to pick you up from Yufuin Station. This is a traditional Japanese-style hotel. You can see Mt. Yufu through the window. The one-night, two-berth room is very clean. There are sanitary ware in the suite but no shower. Facilities; The open-air hot spring is quite large and very comfortable. The second meal was very exquisite. Except for being a little far away from the main street of Yufuin, everything else was very good. Highly recommended.

My friend and I stay at this hotel for 3nights.  The hotel is very clean and staff were friendly. We very enjoyed  onsen there. The hotel breakfast was pretty good but It would be more better if they change like typeA & typeB every single day. We had to have same breakfast for the first 2days. 

Facilities: Newly renovated, everything is very comfortable; Hygiene: Very good; Environment: Good scenery, you can see the snow-capped mountains from the hot spring in the room, quiet and beautiful; Service: After check-out, the hotel can transport your luggage to the information center of Yufuin Station Disadvantages: It is far from the subway station or bus station. It is best to take a taxi to the hotel. There is a 600-meter uphill road, which is a bit challenging to pull the luggage up.
