Yufuin Onsen Ryokan Mebaeso

It was my second visit. However, I was surprised to see a photo of the room introduced on Trip.com and booked it, but another room was booked. The Japanese room I booked had a rock bath in the photo and no bed, but the room I booked had two beds with a ceramic bath (this option was marked on Trip.com as a Japanese Western Room). When selecting a room, you should correct the room name and upload it so that there will be no such mistake later. I think it should be marked as a rock stone bath or a ceramic bath in the room, and the photos in each option should be corrected to be photos of each room, not the entire ryokan, so that there is no misunderstanding. Fortunately, there was an employee who spoke Korean well, so I was grateful that he changed my room and took care of me very carefully. However, they said they would lay a futon, but even though we ate kaiseki for dinner, the room was cold and the room was still there, so we just laid the futon on our own and didn't know how to use the heater, so we took a picture with a translator app, turned on the heater, and slept warmly. There are a few things I did myself, but I spent the day thankful that I was able to change the wrongly booked room and stay at this ryokan. I would like you to correct the room name I requested. I hope there will be no such misfortune the next time I make a reservation again.

Most of the guests in this hotel are young people, look up the original loan to shoot Japanese drama, so many people come to the impostor to stay here. We booked two rooms with private open-air hot springs for one night and two meals. The hotel is quite far from the Bryant Station and if you don't drive, you need to call the hotel in advance to let them pick you up. We booked the Ocean Room, the room is wide and the hot spring water is very hot. As for dinner party, because we have two people who don't eat cattle, they asked the hotel to use other meat as far as possible in advance, they helped us book chicken instead, very careful. The food is very delicate and good quality, and the weight is quite enough. Breakfast was also and food, really very satisfying. Everyone here was friendly and helpful and very nice. I felt the hotel was very good value for money and I would recommend it to my friends.

I chose Yufuin Yubel Hotel this time after looking at the reviews. The evaluation score was 2.5 points, rounded up to 3 points. The location was deep within Lake Kinrinko and within walking distance of Yunotsubo Kaido. I left my luggage at the hotel and headed out for a walk, but on the day of my stay, many of the shops on Yunotsubo Kaido were closed due to heavy rain from yesterday. However, there were many tourists from overseas due to tour schedules. Pull up from your stroll and check in! After taking a bath in the room and resting for a while, we headed to the dinner venue. I received the appearance of Seki horse mackerel. At other onjukus, Seki horse mackerel and Seki mackerel have a certification label that is a branded product, but Yufuin Yubell did not have any labeling. There was a menu, but there was no explanation from the serving staff. I felt disappointed. The next morning, I was waiting for rice and miso soup to be served for breakfast, but they never served it, so I got impatient and rang the doorbell to have it served. I felt uncomfortable since this morning.

The room is large in size, there is a free shuttle bus, things are very complete, there is a welcome drink in the refrigerator, and the bathroom is also very large. It will be a bit cold at night, remember to turn on the air conditioner. There is no restaurant near the hotel, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest restaurant.

From the moment you step into the hotel, attentive service begins. . . - Waiters are polite and smile brightly - The room is neat and comfortable, with a bathtub where you can enjoy the scenery while taking a bath - The food is rich and delicious, beautifully presented, and a feast for the eyes! The chef deserves a credit! This is the best one-stop-two-dining place I’ve been to in recent years! If you have the chance to visit Yufuin, it will definitely be your first choice!

Stayed in a suite with two single beds which have our own open air bath and an indoor bath as well. The open air bath was just great, very large and beautiful. So relaxing to enjoy after almost three years not being able to visit the country and use onsen. Suite itself is very spacious and the amenities are new. There were however two small windows, one at the living area and the other near the suite's entrance which did not have curtains or blinds, and could be seen from the outside. Otherwise everything was perfect. The ryokan's public bath has an excellent view of Mt. Yufu. Food quality of the Kaiseki dinner was high. There were ample parking spaces for guests' use. I would like to thank Mr. Pralhad Pathak at the front desk who helped me make calls and spoke on my behalf to the staff of the hotel where I stayed the night before to help me look for my watch which somehow got lost. He was very caring and assisted me to follow up even upon my check-out. Very nice of him. Really appreciate it. My stay at Baien was a wonderful experience. I stayed at three different ryokans and some other hotels during my 8-day trip to Kyushu this time, and I ranked Baien no.1. I would definitely stay there again next time when I visit Yufuin.
