Love Yufuin Onsen area and we got a big room w/outdoor Onsen tub. Food was good n we each had private room in dining area. Like the 1hr privatising of the public pool. Shuttle to take us back n forth

The place is big and very comfortable
Very suitable for a family to live
Very close to the main street

Traditional Japanese-style building with only 11 rooms. It is located on Yufuin Mountain. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Kinphosphorus Lake. The service is attentive and the staff are polite and understand English. The environment is beautiful. Two meals per stay. The food is exquisite. The room has a semi-open-air private hot spring. Very comfortable

The service of the restaurant staff is very good. There is a shuttle bus to take you to Yufuin Station, but we didn’t remember to make a reservation when we went there. It’s such a long journey. The bed in the room is nice, but will there be snakes and geckos in it? Very nice staffs with exceptional services especially the staffs who served us in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast are great. The hotel is a bit far from the main yufuin station. There are bugs and house snake and mosquitoes in the room, which shocked me From time to time, the air conditioning is noisy. But the bed is good and comfortable to sleep on.
