續住了房間，床就這樣整理，下面兩張床，好像是很隨意的整理了下，上床根本沒有整理，我九點出的門，晚上五六點才回到房間，應該是有充足的時間來整理吧，不知道是管人員的鬆懈，還是做房間人員不夠專業，一晚三百多的房價，就這個服務態度下次再也不會去了

入住3人間差不多400的房價，三張床 床頭邊的手機插座都沒電，房間放置可租借的移動電源。這是什麼意思？故意破壞插座，強迫我們租借充電寶？反映了酒店以後説給我們一個插排，我問難道三個人擠一張床手機充電嗎？前台回覆：你們就不能分開給手機？非要一起充（原話）這是什麼服務態度？花錢出來住酒店給手機充電的基本設施設備都不能滿足，還有理這麼拽？
2、反映了洗手間水龍頭出水慢，來房間檢查了説是正常出水量？就這是正常的還沒我尿的快？
3、前台張貼退房給好評返15元？和着你們家提供這麼垃圾的設施設備，用15塊錢買好評？

首先酒店環境可以住的也舒服，但是服務一般……先定了一晚，第二天續房門卡沒有重置成功導致我們在門口等了15分鐘，然後下午正在睡覺，忽然保潔過來打掃衞生？！本來趕路就很辛苦，還被吵醒，真的很讓人生氣。而且前一天保潔問我們幾點可以來打掃房間，我們已經跟他講過是上午！電腦配置很高網速也快，但是WiFi很卡，整體公寓電梯去負一樓停車場要換乘電梯也很麻煩！

住了四天，每天都能遇到一衹蟑螂，床上有毛，剛進房間也有煙頭，連擦澡毛巾也有毛，沒有給任何解決方案，衹説收拾，沒得到滿意的解決方案
