The breakfast is not adequate for 4 stars hotel, fruits are old. Service at restaurant is not adequate,. - they knock at door’s early 8:30 am for room service - it is not more than 3 stars hotel

The front desk can speak English, and I chose a hotel in the Asian region that is closer to the customer. The service is good, the room is quite satisfactory, and the overall is relatively clean. The hotel is 20 minutes' walk from the metropol ISTANBUL shopping mall. There is a QUICK CHINA in the shopping mall that serves Japanese food. , Korean food, Thai food, Chinese food, etc.

The price/performance ratio is not bad. There is a Carrefour supermarket not far next to it, which is generally more convenient

Location is ok with little traffic rooms clean and quiet. Ideal for a short stay.

All fine good location for my business trip

The rooms smell like smoke, very very strong smell of smoke. Otherwise great! Breakfast was amazing , service was phenomenal. No complaints

The property was fine for the first part of our trip as it was for a medical procedure. The only issue was the fridge that broke down the first day of our stay and was never fixed . We did mention it to 3 people

Wind and noise are not blocked by windows. I tried to change my room, but the window of the other room was worse. Even though I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, the cleaners forced my door 3 times in the morning. Then they called me to explain that your room seems empty. When you said you moved my room because it was noisy at night, they said haaa. In fact, the walls move with every door slam.. 2 stars are not worth it.
